Absolutely abysmal service and time management. Showed up for an inspection, waited two hours and they still haven't even gotten to my vehicle. Most places seem to run inspections in under 10 minutes per vehicle. I was told my turn was "next" an hour ago. Clearly customer care isn't important here.

Repaired my daughter s car while she was going to school. They were honest and so polite. I m so glad to have found a mechanic that I can trust while my kids are off at school.

I have been looking for a one stop mechanic shop for little over a year. Yesterday, I got a flat on my vehicle so I tried Discount Tire and Firestone who quite honestly weren't interested in my business so next on the Google search was Ringo's Tire Center and this is where I found my one stop mechanic shop. The guy was extremely helpful and did his best to repair my tire but wasnt able to and they didnt have my tire in stock but went out of his way to promise me it could be here first thing the next day. I will go no other place but Ringo's (I didnt catch the guy's name with a 49er's cap, but this guy deserves a raise!!)

They had the tire I needed and although no there could install it They contacted a nearby garage where it was done.

This place is totally amazing very family oriented . Lady at the front desk named summer is totally on top of her job she pays attention to everything that goes on in her lobby and is willing to go beyond her job to help for instance my two-year-old was getting rambunctious she went and found some toys for for him to play with while I waited to get my truck inspected they told me 1 hour 46 minutes later I was walking out it was very prompt if you need tires or if you need an inspection on a vehicle or minor problems on your vehicles this is the place to go in Huntsville

Wouldn't recommend. I've been to more reputable shops that does not joy ride in your vehicle before the do a alignment. They just do what you ask. Refused service now my truck reeks of chewing tobacco and alcohol coming through a alcoholics pores. Thanks for nothing cheap service is not always better service

So This lady decides to slam the phone in my face than I called back she continued to do so, She needs to explain to her boss why feels this is appropriate. Some people do NOT need to be working in service answering the phone. This is exactly how some feels to treat Black people!!!!8-29-22 at 2:44pm

Ringo Tire saved the day! Staff are genuine, down to earth people with a conscious, they looked out for me today and I'd recommend them to my momma if she asked :)

I came in for all wheel alignment on feb 23 came back a couple weeks later tell Robert my car still shaking he tells me I have 30days so 2 weeks later my tire goes flat get it check they have been eating up fron the inside bring it back to Ringo where they tell me they well check it out so they fixed the front in alignment but the owner refused to talk to me like a man I tells Robert he not responsible for my tires when it s the March 26 in no way my tires should be balled in a months time but why would yu fix sumthing it was supposed to be done at first bad business I will never go back GREDDY IN BAD MECHANICS

Took my truck to get a front end alignment, only cost $50. First time around, the steering wheel wasn t quite straight, they saw me soon after, and fixed it. Very friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating.

I've only been here a few times they replaces my tire rods for me for a good price and know what they are doing when it comes to state inspections and will show you in detail what needs to be done or why they failed they even look to see why Jiffy Lube failed me and told me that Jiffy Lube was completely in the wrong that they get alot of customers come in with wrongly failed cars frome that place

Ringo's has been in Huntsville for almost 50 years and they are very trustworthy and always do fantastic work. Never had to take something back to get it corrected. They are the absolute best on front-end alignments! Very good at that job!

Quick and reliable. Nice cold AC beverage and snack available with some coins or cash. Summer at the front desk helped with my two year old. Thanks for the service

Always fast and EXCELLENT service... Their customer service is the best I've experienced since moving to Huntsville a year ago. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer questions. Highly recommend this business to everyone!

This business is crooked, I can't speak for tire change, but as far as mechanics they are crooked. I am a self-taught mechanic, but couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car I brought it to them and they missed diagnosed it multiple times and left me stranded on the side of the road. They told me the caliper I just replaced on the car was defective, but it ended up being the brake hose and when I brought back my car to get a refund for the caliper they wouldn't. Plus rude all around service

DO NOT GO here to get any type of service done. I went in to get an alignment on my car on December 23, 2015. Dropped it off at 3:45 pm they called me at 4:30 pm saying my car was done. I was surprised they finished so quick. I picked it up, went to test drive it and my car felt the same, my wheel was not straight and it would just move to the right. I went back and told Ron about my wheel he said can you bring it back tomorrow before noon 12/24, so I did. Went back, test drove it and still felt the same. Since that day they closed early and closed the rest of the week, I went back Monday and said they didn't have time. Made an appointment for Tuesday at 2pm. Went there today to get it fixed. Got it back test drove it and they had made it worse. Every time I would break my wheel would shake and the check engine light turn on. My wheel did not shake and the engine light was not on before any of this. Took it back and they told me they switched my two front tires without asking me and I asked them to switch my tires back to how they were and I got told their is no one here to do that. When there was two guys just sitting around. Finally they told me they can refund me my money. Took my money and left. NEVER going back there EVER again.

Let me bring my own parts after premier in livingston wouldn't let me bring my own parts. They were tie rod ends. They aligned my jeep after I rebuilt the fronted end myself. Drives straight likes it's brand new. Even tried to find the tire I needed. Even though they couldn't get them I wasnt even mad about that. Will do business with again. Real customer real review. Treated me with respect didn't insult my intelligence because I do my own mechanic work. Just didn't want to mess the tie rod ends. They did chip the cap on my black lugs I just got. But I can look past that. Stuff happens.

Well overall they got the job done now the journey to getting the job done was definitely a process smh I had to drive to Huntsville twice all because when I called I received incomplete information so word for the wise ALWAY ASK "DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?" And take down the name of the person you spoke with smh I had to miss one whole day of my internship and half of a day because of this failure of information received. When I got there on the day of the appointment everything went smoothly for the most part everyone was helpful and willing so I'm now pleased.
