My daughter bought me windshield wipers for Christmas. YES, I wanted them. The guys here put them on for me. Thank you! It was harder than I thought it would be. I'm sure my husband, Mike is glad they did it. Reliable Auto parts has always been a staple of trust and honesty all my life. Just simply good ole place to go. Thank you guys again! God Bless

Good people in management and trustworthy,I recently ask if they could get parts I needed for a 2008 dodge rear end only place that takes a vin number and runs with it.. no other auto parts stores do that..they are not experienced,sadly for me reliable couldn't get my parts but the researched for 2 days for me,and I want them to know I appreciate them ,since 2006 ,I have bought all parts from them when I had my shop before i lost my 15 acres my house and my shop every thing...when Obama was in office

Great old school parts store . "Most" of the guys are pretty knowledgeable. I had a AC hose that noone in Texas could get. Vernon completely remaid the hoses with one of my old ends.

Just stopped by and needed to replace the brake light on a family members vehicle. The retaining screws had been put on too tight at a prior location and stripped. The employees came right out and helped with removing the screws and getting a replacement bulb. Some of the best above and beyond service I have ever seen. 100% recommend coming here for anything you need; they will do everything they can to help.

Been in Biz in Huntsville for years, Counter people are very experienced and you see the same people each visit which makes for better knowledge in their job since they have been there several years. Have parts that I'm sure no one else has. they even sell and install new and used tires at good prices. They have rebuild options for certain parts which sometimes may be your best option. My experience with Reliable has been great and I strongly recommend to anyone needing auto parts

After having to swerve turning into drive to parking lot not to get hit new tire had a bubble in it. ONCE AGAIN, THEY TOOK EXTREMELY GOOD CAR OF ME & MY CAR (April 15,2022)!! THANK Y'ALL RELIABLE They seriously go ABOVE & BEYOND!! Yesterday (3/1/22) i was going to have 2 bad tires (wire showing) changed. Well, 1 of my good tires had a nail/screw in it & went flat. I get spare out, as soon as I release Jack spare goes flat.. I "creeped" 3 blocks, park by tire shop.. Go inside give Harley my keys, info tell him where I parked & Ms. Betty knew what was going on. My mother (76) was also with me. She (mom) decides we're just gonna walk back home (gps showed 3.3 miles). We just get home my phone rings it's reliable telling me my cars done. After I explained situation he asked where I live after slightly hold he tells me "we'll bring it to you". They not only changed the 2 bad tires they also fixed the good flat & my spare is now holding air!!! THEY ARE TRULY GOD SENT Staff helps me take care of my baby. Not to mention, Ms. Betty!!! I refuse to go anywhere else in town. Local owned business

As usual, if you can't find something for your vehicle go to Reliable Auto Parts. They found us a rebuilt long block for a Ford Ranger pickup. All of there staff staff are knowledgeable and personable. Great people.

It's an amazing Down to Earth friendly parts store everybody is helpful. Everybody is kind and polite and they get you what you need at the lowest price that they can get it helping your budget any part doesn't matter what it is they'll try to find it if they can't find it to find you somebody else who can.

Employees are very knowledgeable. Know exactly what you need for your vehicle's problem and get the correct part for you every time. Also, women are treated as if we really do know the difference between ball joints and a ball gown.

Helpful staff. They allowed me to order a part over the phone w/of payment.....after making 2 trips to pick up the part. They didn't have it either day. Bad inventory counts.

True old school parts house-had what i needed, unlike the chain stores. Explained to the gentleman what i was looking for and he found it for me, so that was much more gratifying than the blank stares i recieved from the highschool kids @the other places i visited that day.....

They are knowledgeable but they are rude I avoid going there if at possible I took a tractor tire there today to have fixed and knowledgeable or not I will not go back
