I also reviewed the Service Department for terrible service. Been here many times over the years.TL;DR: This service department is to be avoided at all costs. We generally go out of town for all service, this is why. Steer very clear of this place.Detail:Before now, because we had a 2012 Fpcus SE lemon that they kept messing up or taking things from like wiper fluid caps. We now have a vehicle that means a lot to us and need to trust mechanics/service people.Quicklane at Bill Fick is not that place.Our experience has typically been rude people, horrible interactions (when there are any, usually we get ignored), they've botched multiple recalls on our Focus vehicles, they've taken wiper fluid caps from our cars and tried to make us buy new ones when we asked why they were missing after service. Just overall terrible.Recently we needed an oil change. A service boy floored our Mustang GT around the building in the rain, then had the audacity to tell us we need new rear tires. Have complaints? Dont bother - its a homeboy, family protected place.This service department is to be avoided at all costs. We generally go out of town for all service, this is why. Steer very clear of this place.

Took Mustang in for the 1st oil change and the service was quick & efficient! Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee. Technician returned the vehicle as clean as received.

My daughter that is in college took her vehicle there to get her serpentine belt replace and they broke the latch to open the hood and the plastic that goes around there. When my daughter told them what happen they try to put the blame in someone else. They actually try to say whoever change your oil a couple of days before must of broke it. My daughter told him that it was them that just changed the oils a couple of days before. He told her to wait and then came back on the phone and told her that they will order the parts and will fix it for her. Once the part came in the dealership only fix the broken latch not the plastic that goes around it. When my daughter to him what about this piece they said that we can t prove that they have broke that. My daughter told him can she speak to the manager or supervisor the technician told her that they don t have any. One I called over to see if they will speak to me the guy was very rude and hung up on me. Then my husband called and try to get some resolution and the guy hung up on him. I need to peak to the manager or supervisor or the owner of this facility they are taking advantage of a college girl and giving her excuses. Who can I talk to about this. I will report to the proper people to let everyone know not to take their vehicles for service there.

Although repair/recall work takes a little bit longer than I d like, they always do the work correctly and this time I got a loaner car.

I went in ND nobody say hi or how U doingService was OK within the hourEverybody seem frumpy or out of placeI guess is MondayBut after I break the ice Everybody was niceI thought employees supposed to came to uAnd ask what U needBathroom was very cleanOld lady say here is ur bill ND didn't even say tyEven cashier didn't say ty or cya again

I love how the red light allows you to enter and exit it's a high traffic place but the light makes it safe I love the selection of different stores and activities and lots of parking space
