My husband went this AM for a blinker light. And I talked to a lady on the phone I asked her if someone can go and look at it and maybe put it on since my husband was in a hurry she said she didn t have anybody until after 10AM. While my husband was waiting for here someone came in for the same thing and she had someone go out for it. I guess she doesn t like Hispanics people but I bet she loves Mexican food. Will not be going back

Kevin and Bryan went above and beyond to help me. I had a dead battery, it was still under warranty and they took great care of my needs. Outstanding customer service. Heather at the front desk also was a huge help! Highly recommend these guys!

Trying to change wiper blades was a hassle, but these guys figured it out for me and was super helpful!! Definitely recommend this auto parts store!

Went in to get an alternator checked out... the manager got rude an very unprofessional...he didn't want to take the time to test my alternator...but the cashier remained calm an continued helping me find out if it was good or bad...terrible experience...

Omg the Asistant Manager Jessica helped me with my car after one of her employees sold me the wrong part. She even found Me a Mechanic to reassemble the right part. I was having a horrible day. What great customers service! I prayed and God sent Jessica right in our path to correct the situation. Thanks so much Jessica and O'Reilly!

Best place to get automotive parts in town. They, will price match all other competitors. Been around trucks and cars forever always use O reillys. Always a warm welcome when I come in.

I do love auto part stores and going into one that they have the part or will have it ready is also a love. The like is for the customer availability some times they have too much going on and others they are ready and prepared I guess that's supply and demand. So it's a store for what u need on auto parts that's for sure

Like many places stock was low or missing. The staff was very helpful in finding alternatives to the missing stock. I have used an O'Reilly close to home for thirty years because of great service. Other parts stores have given me the wrong parts for my 2004 Ford Lightning too many times. They insisted that they were correct and I was wrong. I never had this problem at my O'Reilly store.

Hit or miss, for the most part. Generally speaking, the service is alright. If you're a regular and spend money, they treat you WELL. I'm greeted 50% of the time, asked if I need any help 25% of the time. This is a recent development. The management is usually on top of things, from what I hear conversationally, towards their employees, however, as a sales job the junior employees lack initiative. The store has a very generous selection, there is almost always someone outside helping a customer, and always someone manning a POS terminal.

O'Reilly has a great store it's very clean their stuff is very helpful and positive however I did order a radiator hose for my car and receive the wrong hose twice in addition to that I needed a canister that I received a solenoid when they did a special order. O'Reilly has always been my go-to for auto parts but they did leave me a little concerned when I received the wrong parts for a vehicle that is near to breaking down.

These guys up here are the most helpful auto parts store in town. They will help you till its finished whatever your working on. Super friendly and they seem to not mind that they're at work. Which is always refreshing. Good job o Reilly's ill never go to auto zone again.

Awesome customer service, I always go to Jose, store is clean and well stocked if they don't have the parts there usually within a few hours they get it for you. The Parking lot needs repairs very bad but its not their fault that's their landlords problem that's why I didn't take any stars. Totally recommend O'Reilly's

The younger staff is polite and as helpful as they can be. It s a privately owned auto parts shop so may be somewhat limited in in merchandise the time of day the time of day can usually have next day. Prices are competitive with the larger chains. Give them a try.

Employees here are very condescending and have, on multiple occasions, made snide comments that show they assume that I have no idea what I'm doing with my car repairs and have also given me bad (and unsolicited) advice about my car. The last time I went there, three employees AND a customer all tried to tell me I was wrong about an issue with my car and when I calmly explained why they were wrong, they were more upset than anything else, although at least one of them had enough sense to be embarrassed. I shop at NAPA now and they are always helpful, knowledgeable and respectful.

The mechanic Jeff I believe is his name, was amazing. My ac went out on my way home from Galveston to Fort Worth and he added freon to the car and it worked!!!!! Highly recommend this place for your mechanic needs!!!!!!!

Always helpful with parts needed. If not on hand will order and have them ready for pickup at the time promised. Always willing to answer questions with patience. No problems when returning items.not needed.

Sergio was extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He even helped me put the fluids in my car and suggested a shop close by when we noticed how bad the leak was. 10/10 experience. Give the guy a raise!

I personally won't be going back here. My friend and I waited in line, then asked to get our check engine light scanned, at that moment another person walked in and he said "I'm going to take this customer first, alright?" Then proceeded to help the other customer. I laughed because what's the point of waiting in line if it doesn't represent when you'll be helped. We went to another line, which I believe was a more experienced employee. We asked him to check the light in our vehicle because the the first employee had something better to do I guess. At that moment the employee (rude one) raised his coffee and started yelling at us. The senior employee ignored it and checked the light. This would be a one star if it wasn't for the senior employee being quite nice outside by the vehicle. Nobody should feel attacked at a store, especially from an employee.

The staff was very helpful and they had plenty of stock. There were 12 other people in the store and the staff was able to get everyone in and out in a short amount of time.

I went to O' Reilly's this morning to get paint that matched my vehicle. Went in for help, was told to go take a picture of the door jam part of the car, or the glove compartment, or the trunk... that the code should be in 1 of those places. Could not find it. Went back in for help. No one was willing to come help me find it. So, i left without getting what i needed. Very disappointed in the customer service.
