All the staff was so friendly and professional. A great place for an oil change easy in and easy out! Also great place to get your inspection done. Two thumbs up!!

I came and got my oil changed in early January. The people that changed it didn't properly screw my skid plate back on properly, so I came back the next day to get them to put it back on right. I told them it was hanging off and that if they tried to drive it into the bay that it would be ripped off underneath. They told me not to worry and that it would be fine, then proceeded to do what I told them not to do. They drove it into the bay and it of course ripped off. Then they said they'd order me another one. A whole two weeks go by and I hear nothing from them. Came to the location to ask what was happening and they claimed that my paperwork got lost, "because of renovations". I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they took my information again and said they'd order it. Nagged them again a week ago and they said it would get here in a week. Finally, after two months the skid plate arrived so they could put it on. Took them 30 minutes to do so even though they weren't that busy. Didn't offer me any free oil changes or discounts despite the hassle and their mistake. Beware of this place. Not coming back here if I can help it. Also, other places will do your inspection much quicker.

Went in for state inspection. Was told 45 minutes. No problem. Came back one hour later and car was ready, keys on counter, but no one capable of ringing me up. Trainee inside office told manager I was there but he just kept on talking with another customer in the Bay area. After about 10 more minutes of me just standing there, he went out again. Still nothing. 20 minutes later, I finally got out of there. If you value your sanity, go somewhere else.

Zach and the other young woman did a great job servicing me. I was in and out in no time considering there were 4 cars ahead of me. Jiffy lube is one of the few places that I trust to complete repairs to my vehicle. Zach also recommended some maintenance repairs that I should have completed on my vehicle. They also kept me well informed throughout the process, which I really liked.

First time visit- Huntsville JL is very well run -- I have an oversize vehicle and the manager came out to guide me on where to park - this location is on a slight hillside and would have been difficult to back out had no one came out to stop and redirect to a suitable parking spot. Thank you to her - what a terrific personality and has a good team. Best regards and I will return again. JWF Oakhurst TX

The assistant manager was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all the questions that we had about our visit of what we needed done very courteous manager she knew exactly how to handle the situation and took very good care of us and I appreciate the time and effort that she put in to care about the customers satisfaction if all managers at all these different stores it would be such an excellent experience if they all would follow her as example I believe her name was Bonnie the one that took care of us when we came to get our vehicle inspected appreciate all the help and their respect that she had appreciating us for her business and I appreciate her for doing a excellent job on my inspection and getting me on my way in a quick and timely manner thank you so much for all your help way to go

I asked to get my tires rotated, but they reported their equipment wasn t working, and they were unable do so. They could not clear the low-pressure alert when asked, saying they don t do this. They did not put air in my tires when I asked. I had to ask three times before they put air in my tires. I ve come to this location during the weekday before, and I was delighted with their service. This visit was disappointing.

Went to the Huntsville 11st location for a state inspection,after waiting for about 15 minutes,a girl asked me to go in the shop and asked me for email ect,then to answer some questions on some sales website,I said I just wanted a state inspection?went back inside,after 10 more minutes,my hood was open in the inspection bay, then I walked in the shop and seen some mechanic trying to unscrew my air filter housing,the manager said that it s part of the inspection,I told him state inspection,you don t remove anything under the hood,my point is inless they ask your permission to work under your hood,because if they leave something loose like checking coolant, you will be replacing a engine BEWARE OF THE OVER SALE..NOW THE STATE INSPECTION STALL IS NOT FOR WORKING ON CARS..

Took truck in for inspection I look over I see a guy taking my dash apart I ask what he is doing he said he was checking for a filter another guy walks up and said it was a courtesy. No it isn t it was intrusive. A courtesy would be to offer. I just wanted a inspection. I won t go back to jiffy lube in Huntsville

I was second in line when the store opened at 7:30AM. The young man that initially greeted me was kind; it is because of this young man that I gave one star. I told the young man I needed an oil change and an inspection done. He said no problem, that he would do oil change first, and then come in for insurance card for the inspection which I had digitally.Thirty minutes passed and an older man that appeared to be the manager came inside where I was waiting to check me out. I asked if he needed to see my proof insurance on my phone. He said, "this was an inspection too?" I replied yes. He replied, "Seriously?!" I replied, "yes," and shared the conversation I had with the young man. I also explained to the older man that I had to pick up my daughter to get to a 9:00 appointment and asked how long it would take. The man said, "so you have an hour. Well, we already moved your car. You have time," and walked out into the bay.I followed him and tried to explain that I had less than an hour. The man yelled at me with his employees present, told me he was doing the inspection, and the longer he stood there talking to me the less time he had since I had less than an hour. There were also curse words said on his part.The young man who originally helped me apologized profusely to me. I went back inside.About 5 minutes later, the older man came inside to check me out. I don't know how long an inspection takes, but I believe it is more than 5-7 minutes and he did not drive my car around the block like they done in previous years. I asked if the man was sure the inspection was done. The older man said yes and handed me the paper with a yes on it for the inspection.From a customer service standpoint, the way I was treated by the older man was unacceptable and unprofessional. Had it not been for the younger man, I would probably be more upset than I am now.

Yhis was my first time at Jiffy Lube. It was close to closing time due to a competitor down the street who i used previously told me they could not service my vehicle any more due to some excuse about i have to take my vehicle to a dealership. So when i arrived i was greeted and service performed and i could not be more appreciative. You have my business from now on.

I was there for an inspection and wiper blades. They did not have a lot of customers at this time for oil changes but they had a line for inspections and appeared to be able to handle only one inspection at a time. Customers were grumbling about how long we were waiting. One customer there for an oil change said she never brings her car there for an inspection because it takes too long. I have never waited this long anywhere else for an inspection. Employees were hard working and very friendly and I would consider coming back for an oil change but not an inspection.

This place ripped my daughter off. Went in only for a state inspection and oil change. They told her that she had copper in her break fluid. She told them not to do anything she would have her dad look at it. They still changed the break fluid and charged her and extra 99.99, they also asked her about air filters, told her with the discount they would be 10 each. They did t give her a discount and charge her for them $241 total for what should have been just a little over 100.

BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. Went to get an inspection & was told it would take 15 minutes for inspection. Why are we waiting longer than 15 minutes? There s more than one guy standing around chit chatting! These guys would rather smoke vapes by the cars than work on them. Yes smoking by your cars! I understand it s an outside job, but break time should be somewhere secluded.Didn t tell us the documentation we would need when we pulled up. Waste of time could ve been avoided. Don t go here! This is your sign!!

Highly impressed with their quick and efficient service work. Friendly customer. I just wish they would be able to stop taking customer after they were supposed to be closed at 5pm. But took care of every customer with the best customer service, I have seen in a long time. We will be a lifetime customers of this store. If I could give them a zero. Went for an inspection and they took my filter out and said I need a new filter. PLUS checking the color of my brake fluid.Yes I understand my car failed but don't make me wait another 15 minutes to take my payment.....

Great service! The lady at the desk came straight to my vehicle and got me situated asap! As I waited in the lobby I watched her address each customer in an informative and professional demeanor. Although my vehicle did not pass inspection because of a front headlight she explained that I needed to get it fixed and come back in morning ~ I followed her I instructions and was in and out the next day within minutes . Never got her name but she deserves this compliment.

Never a bad experience. Sure, there's a wait, but you get great service, prices, work, and a friendly staff. Highly recommend.Edit 12/2023: It's still excellent. Can't imagine going anywhere else for an oil change/inspection! (They do more than that. Those are just the services we use.)Edit 03/2024: they're still fair and as allways nice.

I wouldn't trust this location with your car. They not only put my hubcaps back on wrong after rotating my tires, but they also installed the wrong brake cylinder in my car which caused my brakes to fail and leak. I nearly got into an accident because if it and had to spend even more money to fix the damage they caused. They also refused to communicate with me about refunding the part. Their service and manager are pretty terrible and I would generally not trust them with my vehicle.

If i could give zero stars i would.. I was overcharged fior services that were not performed at the jiffy lube huntsville tx 77340 location on December 8 ,2023 .. i m filing an executive complaint on monday December 11,2023 .. and notifying the BBB as well .. The state inspection cost was suppose to cost $7 .. i was told by an inspector that i had two lug nuts that needed to be replaced .. that were missing - on two different tires .. and a set of windshield wiper blades .. i was charged for brake labor of $125 and additional charge of $100 .. the total cost was $225 .. there was no brake labor job done or any other service that was done on my vehicle .. i m a disabled black woman on a fixed income .. so there you have it whites are charged regular fees . .. racism at its highest level and taking advantage of a disabled person .. and on top of that .. price gouging on a state inspection and overcharging when i m at the register to pay a whopping extra $100 i will not be able to buy food including no christmas dinner or buy any gifts for my grandchildren .. ..you ruined my christmas Future customers you ve been warned .. STAY AWAY
