I had a great experience with sales and finance department at this dealership when I purchased my 2018 Highlander last year. The service department, however, was a different story. When I purchased my Highlander I opted for the dealership service package that included the oil changes and inspections. The problem was that when my service agreement expired, the service department failed to give me a warning when I went in for the oil change and ended up charging me nearly 100 bucks despite me providing the oil and oil filter(this isnt the service department's fault... but a nice heads up would have been nice). What is the service department's fault is the very next oil change I did myself I noticed a few issues that were directly related to the dealership's service department.First... when I went to drain my oil i noticed that the oil plug gasket was missing. This is a very big problem as the gasket is kind of important as it ensures the oil plug doesn't leak oil!Second... the oil filter cap was torqued way more than the 18 ft/lbs that is specified in the manual. I broke 2 oil filter cap sockets trying to remove it.Third... when I removed the oil filters cap I noticed that the oil filter was a different one than the one i had provided the dealership during my last and final visit for my overpriced oil change. I am not one to accuse anyone of unethical service as I have no proof that this was intentional. However, this is very concerning to me as I have always provided this dealership with the same style oil filter for the previous oil changes, and I have just discovered a completely different one in my vehicle. I can only hope that this was a mistake and not laziness because a technician had difficulty removing oil filter cap and decided to skip installing the new filter I had provided.In all, I regret opting for the service package when I purchased my vehicle. Toyota is a great brand and a very reliable vehicle. I had a great experience with this dealership when I purchased my highlander, but I would warn anyone thinking about bringing their vehicle to this dealership for servicing. I would either do it myself or find another mechanic to do the servicing.

My son took his Highlander in and they had to change out some parts that required removing dash. In the process of replacing dash they left a metal brace unbolted that holds passenger side airbag. Had air bag deployed metal brace would have came out with airbag. This would have been fatal to passenger. Not to mention they left about 20 different bolts out of dash during process. Now that he has taken it somewhere else and all has been replaced the rattles have all been fixed. And airbag is now secure no thanks to Huntsville Toyota.The last time I took my highlander in for service they left the engine air filter box unsecured and laying flopped open. The bolts were lost and I had to tend to it myself due to I m not going to let them touch any of our Toyotas again.When this information was passed on to them all that was said I ll pass this on to my manager. That s it?Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Courteous service staff! I find this service department to be one of the honest about what needs immediate attention versus the items that need to be addressed in near future. This philosophy will ultimately get all of the customer's business in the long run because they gain the customer's trust! Support our local business!

I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 6 years. I will not be coming back. My wife would bring her vehicle in for service (oil change and tires). They always try to make an upsale which is understandable, but they told my wife she needs new intake and cabin filters even though I changed them a week prior. On another visit they tell her that her battery is low and tht she will need a new one (the battery in her car wasn't even 3 months old). On her last visit they told her that her water pump was leaking when it was not. Her reservoir was not even 1/4" low. We purchased the platinum warranty with full coverage on wheels and tires. When my wife had a flat and Toyota was called to assist they tried to charge me $200 to come fix her tire due to us being 60 miles away. They told me they can't come that far. I know for a fact that they do. They came to our town to help someone else with their vehicle just a few days prior free of charge.Needless to say.... I'm done with this dealership and their service department.Services: Tires, Oil change

We broke down on a road trip and the wonderful staff waited for us to be towed to the service center at closing time, got us a rental car and is helping us figure out why our hybrid car lost power. They stayed late for us and we got to get back on the road to pick up our family waiting at the Buc-ee s and continue on our way. What a great place with professional helpful people.Service: Electrical repair

Great service, met at service center by professional staff, car needed tires rotated and oil change. 45 minutes later, done. Clean bathrooms, large waiting area. Glad I bought my Toyota from them.

This dealership is slow, expensive, and has poor customer service. Would not recommend for service. They don't know what the Toyota maintenance intervals are or what is involved at each interval. Their online appointment system does not work and their employees were complaining to me about it, and also about their day at 8:30am. I did not want to hear about it.No mask wearing by any employees, no sanitization of surfaces inside the waiting area or my car after service, coffee station inside the waiting area was a mess.2 stars because at least they completed the service I requested without breaking anything.

From the time I drove up until I left I was greeted by a young lady that checked me in and all three ladies in front service area very knowledgeable and professional. I just went for an inspection and it didn't take very long everybody was very friendly and very nice!!! I hope to be back soon maybe next time to buy a vehicle
