If anyone is looking for an honest Owner/ Mechanical Shop please ask for Robert. He s an honest man and that s rare in the world we live in. There was miscommunication in which he had no idea of the situation that had taken place. I explained the issue to him and I was refunded the monies that was spent.If there s any women that may be weary about someone taking advantage ; please note that he is not the guy. May JEHOVAH GOD continue to bless this business.

I find Huntsville muffler shop to be a very honest no frills muffler repair place. Please manage your expectations, for the waiting area. Is a time warp back to 1970. However, the men have been preparing exhaust systems longer than you have probably been alive and they aren't super proud with their pricing so that is always refreshing. Yes

Got my stock muffler replaced with a after market muffler. Got there at 1 pm and they started on it immediately. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back for more work.

I recently had my catalytic converter cut from my old corolla. I called up a few shops in my area and this shop seemed to know my situation the best. After giving a couple estimates per situation, they said that they could lift up my car to give a better estimate for free. After school, I dropped my car off at their shop and came back just a couple hours later with it ready. Knowing that I was a student one man even offered to pay my vehicle expenses in full. This shop staffs nice real people that are fair. If you are looking for a good-fair price with nice people I would recommend this shop to you. I plan on taking it back soon to get a $7 state inspection.

SOoooo....I'm new to Huntsville and was told to go here and let me tell you this place was awesome ! They did my inspection efficiently, quickly and they we super polite and knowledgeable what more could you want or need ! Try em out you won't be disappointed!

I've been going here for my State Inspection for several years. Always professional, knowledgeable and honest. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've read the other comments and can't imagine these guys being "rude". Maybe they were just honest and said what you didn't want to hear. I'd rather have someone be honest...than lie n take my money!

I ve been by here twice while doing my own repair work on my exhaust system and they were very helpful. They stopped what they were doing and quickly welded a section I needed help with in no more than 10min. So thankful to have these guys to go to. I will definitely go to them when I need more extensive work!

These guys were just exactly the type of business I like to do business with. They were just the right amount of good business with good manners which is rare in this day and age. I highly recommend and I am a retired business manager for doctors and lawyers with reasonable expectations. Good job bravo

They had me in and out quickly for my inspection. I had been to them before when my muffler had come off. I should have taken it to them instead of dealership. They double check what dealership did. I am sure their cost would have been better than the dealership

Went to Wes to finish a trailer hitch install that I had started. It was too difficult for me. He took me in the same day, did it in 30 minutes and only charged me $50. (I had already removed the factory hitch). Very nice man, excellent work and very fair and polite. Thank you Wes.

This place was great, and super fast. It cost more then I was hoping, but thats just cause of what part I have. One of the mechanics explained to me what he was doing, and I really liked that!

This place is small call before going hard to find. The knowledge and skill of the people working there is awesome.you would have thought they were painting my car as careful as they measured everything on my exhaust. An awesome place and awesome people.

Was on my way from Galveston to Dallas and my car started making strange noises. Figured out my muffler was the cause. Took it to these gentlemen and they fixed my problem in less than ten minutes. They were so kind and gracious. Really made my day. Fantastic service. 10/10.

Wes.....never tell a customer they're "jerking your chain". From reading other one star reviews you seem to have a habit of being scathing and rude to customers for no reason whatsoever. Makes it easy to take money down the road. What gives? If state inspections are that inconvenient for you why don't you have Mr. Cole discontinue the service?

Was a quick and professional visit. Had visited two other locations in Huntsville to get inspection. Both told me they were too busy to do inspection. Hunts. Muffler Shop got rite on the inspection and were very professional.

EXTREMELY RUDE GUY!!! Had a lady tell my husband where to park after the guy did tell him not to park behind someone! Girl comes out and takes our insurance card and tells him to park right where the guy said not to and then my husband gets yelled at and embarrassed by the man! Horrible customer service in my mind! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE!!!!

Excellent group of people with excellent customer service! Always came here for state inspections since beginning college, and they are always proactive in providing service.
