Outstanding customer service. We needed a very quick turnaround on a window replacement. We are so pleased with the fast service we received, as we were in another state. Even with Us not being there, they found a way to meet our needs. They had to order a window, and they had the replacement window installed the day after it arrived. The outstanding attitude and willingness to go that extra mile exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

The team at Glassdoctor were phenomenal. They squeezed me in on less than a days notice and had everything buttoned up with my vehicle in less than 6 hours. The price for the work was extremely reasonable!Very professional and helpful.

Installation of new upper glass panel was fast and clean. The outer pans was broken by a gulf ball hit. Replacement of upper pane unit was less expensive than replacement of entire window, and it is a perfect visual option.

This company does a great job for a very fair price. I had another local company bid the job and Glass Doctor $140 less. Their service employees were very quick and thorough with the work.I highly recommend this company for your glass needs.

Very professional and competent folks. Planning another project with them! - Here I am doing another review for another job with these guys. We did a glass enclosure with a door in our covered back patio. Amazing job by Brad and James!!! This was truly a superb job showing a lot of pride in what they do. Truly outstanding!!!!

I reached out several times to get a service and went days with no response. Then when I finally did hear back I was told they didn t want to make a trip out just for my house so they had no idea when they d be able to come. I was shocked at the flippant attitude and terrible customer service. If customers are so irrelevant to them that they can t even bother to put you on their schedule because it s a bit inconvenient for them, then there s no telling how difficult they d be once they started the job.

I can NOT fully express how absolutely amazing this company is! I needed my front driver's side window fixed and safelite was quoting me over $400 and couldn't give me a more specific window than anytime between 8am and 5pm which really doesn't work for me. So I did some searching and I found these guys and man am I glad I did! The woman I spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment was very polite and professional and gave me a quote right away and said it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours but that they could drive me to their local shops to pass the time. The day of my appointment I called to let them know I was running a little late and they said it was no trouble at all and that they appreciated the heads up. I arrived at 1:42 (my appointment was at 1:30) and I was greeted immediately by Diana who was very pleasant and got us rolling. About 5 minutes later, Danelle (not sure if that's how you spell her name) who was incredibly sweet, entertaining and more than accomidating was driving my daughter and me to their local shopping center which was maybe 5-7 minutes away. We hopped out at dollar tree and I don't even think we were in there 10 minutes before I got a call saying my vehicle was ready and that Danelle was coming back to pick us up! The window was replaced completely in less than 20 minutes and it was only $216, which was actually less than the original quote! Unbelievably outstanding service, can not recommend them enough!

I've had 2 repairs done at the Glass Doctor. Ken and his team are amazing: they are perfectionists and are skilled in their work. Their service is outstanding. Their price very competitive. Ken is as honest and caring as the day is long. Can't praise them enough.

I called them on a friday and they did everything to make sure I was ok till they got the window replaced which was 12ft tall and 18in wide did a helluva job my glass guys for life ty glass doctor

I called these folks and they were absolutely fantastic! They helped me work through my insurnace claim (they did all the hard work), had my windshield ordered within 1 day and was able to get my car in and out within 3 hours!Each person I spoke with, and the owner were very personable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable about process!Although insurnace did cover the remaining portion of my windshield they still had the best value and were able to fit me in quickly.I appreciated that they also did NOT leave my car a mess after this. In fact I think they may have even cleaned the dash surface.If you're wondering If they are worth the call I would say absolutely!
