I recently had my truck wrecked, and I entrusted it to Ammyas Collision for repairs. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous and professional. They handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated throughout the process. When I picked up my truck, it looked brand new! We are extremely happy with our experience with Amaya's. They worked a miracle to repair our 4Runner after another repair shop tried and repeatedly failed. The staff were courteous and professional and the quality of their work is top notch. We highly recommend Amaya's Collison Center.

If you want a paint job that last 6 months, this is the place for you.Company assured me they were experienced in painting chrome. Due to the lack of proper prep work before paint, this is the outcome.I highly recommend using another company.

Took multiple phone calls to even get to have someone look at my car. I was told they'd send me an estimate, never happened. I wasted over a week of time in communicating with these people, got nowhere, and ended up going to another business that helped me far faster and with fantastic results to boot.Don't go here unless you're actually wanting the runaround, for some reason.

They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. They fixed my truck and had it back to me by the end of the week!! They called me often with updates and were very polite. I highly recommend Amaya s.

I gotta give a huge shout to amayas for getting my baby back on the road. It was a massive battle with my insurance but thanks to Robert we were able to get what was needed. My experience with Amaya's Collision Center has been very excellent mainly for their great customer service. Javier, one of their consultants was very up to speed with my predicament. No one prays for an accident, but Amaya's Collision Center was recommended by my insurance adjuster and I don't believe I could have done better elsewhere. Thank you very much Javier for giving me a soft landing.

Amaya's did a wonderful job on my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. Gave a jeep a love tap on 45 and messed up my chrome bumper, grill and front fenders. Only took a week to fix. When I dropped it off Javier was very informative and reassuring that we would get my truck done asap. When I picked it up was clean, vaccumed and even had tire cleaner on it. Definitely recommend Amaya's to anyone in Huntsville. Thanks Amaya's for fixing my baby! Posted this on their Facebook page but doing it here since this is generally what I use for reviews for a business.

I was sent here from progressive as their driver was at fault and going in I was obviously skeptical. But this was the BEST experience. The receptionist was sweet on every call and I barely had to call in because my advisor Javier kept me updated the entire time! Seriously he was great and the entire experience could not have been better. I would come here on my own if needed in the future and I m down in Conroe.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

WOW! Service Advisor Trace McMahon and the entire Amaya's Collision team did exemplary work in restoring our 7 year-old automobile to its original beauty. We are still amazed how they were able to Perfectly match the new paint job to the existing paint. Amaya's Collision Center is very professional. They have the lowest cost, and very good work. I wanted to replace the passenger side mirror. I got the part, they replaced only the broken parts and lowered my cost. For the same work, the local Toyota dealer quoted more than $400, but with Amaya's help, I reduced my cost to around $112. If you need any body work on your car or any other type of auto, I strongly recommend them. The people are very helpful, cheerful, and professional. My contact was wonderful young man, Mr. Trace McMahon. I wish him the very best.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible communication.I made a request for them to look at extra work outside of the insurance claim (something they offer on their forms at drop off), and I never got a call back. After almost 3 weeks and some back and forth with insurance over continual delays, I called to ask for an update on the extra work I requested to be looked at. The person I spoke with acted like he had no idea of my original request. I gave him my info again. Was told I d hear back within a day or two. Nothing. 4 days later, It s my insurance company that calls to say the car is ready. That second request also never got to the appropriate person. We go to pick up the car and at check out, I ask for a copy of the original form I filled out with my request to have additional work done. The woman at the front found it easily. First page of the file. She Looks embarrassed and says it must not have ever been relayed to the back ppl. I stupidly ask if it can still be looked into, and we walk around to the car with another guy from the shop to address my questions. He takes down info and says I should hear from him in a few days. Never heard back and I never reached out.It took them 3x as long just to repair the work paid for by the insurance, and communication was worse than subpar. I am wondering if family and friends of family have left these positive reviews because after meeting with another repair company to have my issues looked over, i was told that *they* had several customers also complain about Amaya s. My advice for anyone looking for a place to have body work done: Stay far away from this place.

Great attitude! Great service! Great Quality!The employee's really care about your experience and will work with you and your situation. The owner (Oscar Amaya) is involved with the shop's work and doesn't just sit behind a desk all day.I will always go to Amaya's for all of my car needs. At Amaya's they make you feel a part of the process. That's how you know that it's being done the right way. Amaya s did a great job on my car and for a great price. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date on throughout the process of having my car fixed. They provided a warranty for their work and even called me back a few weeks after it was done to make sure everything was still going well. I highly recommend them!

Awesome customer service and cooperation! They managed to get my vehicle back to me 20 days after my collision. They worked with me and my insurance every step of the way, ensuring that my vehicle was the way I wanted it to be. They were super easy with allowing me to replace stock parts with aftermarket parts and even managed to reimburse me with the parts I bought since it saved from purchasing some stock parts and labor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone at any time.

Had an issue driving up I-45 for the holidays where an adjacent 18-wheeler's tire blew out and I couldn't avoid driving over tire scraps! The bottom of the front bumper was torn as a result and we had no idea what to do because we were on our way from Houston to Dallas. It was dragging along the ground and likely to cause more damage. Luckily, right before we checked the damage out, we saw Amaya's Collision Center and decided to circle back around. I'm glad we did, because they were very understanding of the situation and helped us out with a quick fix to get us going until we afford some time for a more permanent solution. We're grateful for the great service. I'd recommend anyone in the area come by for a five star vehicle servicing experience.

I called Amaya's this morning on a Saturday and explained that I needed both headlights installed today if possible because I work on weekdays and can't get there. They were very polite and professional. Got the job done on our Honda Pilot. Looks great now. THANKS!

The work done by the employees of Amaya's on our Ford super duty truck after a tire blowout damaged the whole right rear panel including muffler and tailgate was excellent. The timeframe for the repair was fair. The truck looked like new when we received it. I highly recommend Amaya's Collision Center if you need repair work done on your vehicle.
