Great service. Whitty z diagnosed the issue with my truck, repaired it and returned the truck very quickly. I run a small plumbing company and we need our trucks to be working with little down time, Whitty z always gets back fast with no problems.

Great place! Randy and Jeff are very knowledgeable and honest. They answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to them handling all of the maintenance moving forward. The shop is 40+ miles from my house but it is well worth the trip for honest work at a fair price. Quick update on a recent visit. Had some service done to my truck and 1 of the parts I provided was not going to fit correctly. They had the new part delivered and on the truck asap. Great experience once again.

Don t waste your money here, took my vehicle here for maintenance and a diagnostics , they did not check even the basics like the oil and fluids wanted to charge me to drop the fuel tank but refused to fix the issue if there was even one, that would also be extra, impatient and rude to customers literally told me too pick it up and did not even install the new batteries i brought to them had to send my wife since I was at work to pick up the truck with dead batteries, be careful with getting the tow truck service with them they tell you there is no charge unless you get it fixed or diagnos with them that s a lie.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is a great shop and the people here are extremely knowledgeable. I just bought a 2018 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins and I got them to change the fuel filter and the brakes and give the truck a general once over for function. They knew what they were talking about with these trucks and were able to get me in and out with little fuss and a very fair price.I would definitely recommend them and they will be getting my business from here on out.

Another shop broke my truck, these guys explained exactly what the shop did wrong. The other shop had used the wrong year model gasket, which cracked the front cover when installed. Mr. Randy and Mr. Jeff are super nice and experienced. I brought my 2010 F350 to them and asked them to fix a issue that another shop refused to fix to completion. Whitty'z did a smoke test and located the exhaust leak that I told the other shop I hear after they worked on it. Whitty'z took care of the issue very quick and also fixed another issue. I wish I had came to Whitty'z from the very beginning. Anyway, lesson learned and I will only trust Whitty'z with my truck. We've been bringing our 2015 RAM 2500 in for upgrades over the years and have never had any issues with Whitty'z. They have always been prompt in letting us know if any additional costs will be incurred. We never have surprises and are always pleased with the finished product. My husband and I will continue to go to Whitty'z for all of our truck needs, as well as recommend them to our friends, family and colleagues. Keep up the great work guys!

We had a 2011 dodge in for repairs. Whitty'z diagnosed and went above and beyond trying to help us get our issues resolve . This company's honesty and integrity deserves a 10 star rating. Although our truck was repairable I would recommend them to anyone needing a honest and thorough repair job.

They diagnosed my 2015 Ram 3.0 ecodiesel for misfiring and fixed my truck, when the Dealer wouldn't touch it. I will recommend this shop for 3.0 ecodiesel repairs to anyone. Thanks guysService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Update 2020: Again, only place I will take my diesel. These guys have stayed after hours for me, and have taken the time to explain everything to me in detail. Will continue to give them all my diesel business.Best place hands down to take your diesel truck. They have always taken good care of me and offered fair pricing.

Owning any vehicle, means you're going to want a QUALIFIED, CERTIFIED and knowledgeable mechanic working on your vehicle. Randy Whitman and his son Jeff (Owners), know the value of customer vehicles and strives to take care of them as if they were their own personal vehicles. All of these bad reviews don't really state anything except for "Theyre a bad shop", or "Truck was working... but as soon as I drove by, it stopped working and I blame this shop".The human beings that own, operate, and work for Whitty'z are not superhuman (Although I sure like to think of them as such!). They are human, they CAN make mistakes. If a mistake is made they WILL rectify it and work with you to resolve the issue. They are not magicians and cannot snap their finger and give you a brand new truck that works flawlessly when you've brought in your beat up, unmaintained 200k mile truck or car.Example: I had brought my truck (2011 Dodge 6.7) in twice for a diagnostic on a grinding noise. The technicians couldn't find the issue having the truck for 2-3 days and they informed me of it. I accidentally stumbled upon the reason for the grinding noise and brought it back to them for diagnosis. Reason the technicians couldn't find it was because the A/C Compressor wasn't kicking on (Was cold outside when they were running diagnostics... simple and easy thing to skip over.) Grinding noises mean various different things and again.. They have to interpret what you're trying to describe and can't just touch your vehicle and it speaks to them what issues its having (Don't we all wish it worked like that...)A week later, after scheduling ordering of parts... I have nothing but praises for this shop. I gave them a tight deadline over a holiday weekend, and they delivered it flawlessly. There's a reason Whitty'z has 4.5+ star reviews over various different shops. Because they care.The positives (IF you've continue reading this review):Honest pricing.Up front about timeline of repairs.No hidden costs, flat repair cost for parts and labor that's printed on your invoice/estimate.Will go above and beyond for their customers.Open Saturday.Family owned and operated.Local business.The Negatives:You're not using Whitty'z

I have my 2005 F350 6.0 worked on. Head gaskets and head bolts among other things. Randy and Jeff treated me with utmost respect and integrity. You can't put a price for intergity. They checked my truck and explained with detail what was a must and what we not a must but recommended. I can say the work done in my truck was excellent. I can say with confidence this is my shop.

If you are reading this, you are likely more than familiar with the highly technical requirements associated with diesel repair. It's almost impossible to self diagnosis, or even worse, repair, mechanical diesel issues, and if left un-repaired, the repercussions get expensive fast.Randy and his team delivered as promised, on-time and within budget and they have made a life long customer out of me. Low pressure, stick to the facts, with a personal touch. Yes, it is about business, but they made me feel 100% comfortable with the repair requirements of my 6.4L and the options I could consider.They quickly have become my go-to shop, and it's a great feeling to do business with new found friends. Local, personable, attention to quality, and doesn't break the bank. What's not to like about that?

The best diesel shop in Houston area.They worked on at least 15 of our fleet Ford trucks during the past year.Did it all from regular service, suspension work, Bulletproof 6.0, performance upgrades, rebuilt transmissions, even swapped the motor on a couple.Their fleet rate is the best , their service is as good as the dealer "if not better", and they warranty their work parts and labor no questions asked.
