This was literally my WORST experience ever. I came here to purchase two new tires. Initially I was told that there was only one vehicle in front of me. After waiting over a hr my car still had not been completed. I spoke with an auto associate who informed me they had only replaced one tire and she was unsure on when it will be completed. With over five workers and the auto manager sitting in the office. There is literally NO reason why this should have taken over an hour. Very lazy workers and especially management. I will NEVER come here again!!!!

Had to go a new battery for my car and the auto technician wasn't pleased that he had to go thru my trunk to get to the battery. A week later I noticed my trunk carpet was wet. Found out my battery wasn't installed back correctly and it had water in the compartment. Bad business

Slow, uninvolved, and slow slow slow.Stood in line for five minutes with three service techs speaking with a customer. Not one acknowledged me until their conversation was over. One is which was the service manager.The brief interaction was to tell me they weren't there to help and to tell me I needed move to the next line.After I spoke with the CS agent about replacing my Walmart battery, I was given a turn time of 1hr 30 minutes.Walking out to the service bay, a single vehicle was in sight in the service bay for an oil change. Plenty of techs having, want seemed to be, entertaining discussions though. Four servicemen with soonest no work and I'm given an hour and a half.Mind you.... this is a simple battery swap.Came back an hour and a half later and the job had just been completed.Long wait for next to nothing. Would have done it myself but the less than one year old Walmart battery left my car running only after using jumper cables and I don't keep tools in my daily driver.Overall..... Garbage interaction with a garbage turn time for minimal work with almost zero vehicles.Service techs move at a snail's pace because they're obviously insufficiently motivated, underpaid, mismanaged, or a combination of the aforementioned issues.

I am not the type to leave bad reviews but this experience was terrible. I came here to replace my air filter and Avaya was great and helped as much as she could, but I waited over 2 hours for an air filter replacement! I wanted to just get my keys and leave but I was told Christian stopped half way and would finish after he was done with another car. Absolutely ridiculous to one start servicing a car and stop half way and two that an air filter replacement took so long! Never again!

They forgot to put the oil cap back on and all of my oil exploded out onto my engine

Call this auto location trying to purchase/order a tire when the employee initially answered the phone he was pleasant, I was placed on hold the for the first 7 minutes which wasn t an issue for me but doesn t make the situation better when looking for my tire size he informed me that they had one the cheapest and the others were out of stock cool I let him know I was going to pass and homie straight up hung up the phone as I was appreciating him for his time I understand I pass but for him to just hit the slam on the headset was just disrespectful . I had an appointment for 1 pm .they were done with my car after 5 pm. This was the poorest service. Don't let the name to fool you. Never coming back.

The wait was outrageous. It was crowded and had angry people everywhere. I have to say I save aprox 50.00 vs. Going to auto zone for a battery. So ... I took myself out to de-stress myself.

This is the most horrible individual at church Walmart. You should avoid him if you can. I came in for a service, I was charged beyond and above. This very guy insisted I must pay for something i never requested for. I hope you are sack from this job. You are not fit to be in the post of a leader. I was visiting family in humble and ran over a nail. They helped fix my tire to get me back home and gave me their honest opinions regarding the repair. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The wait was well over an hour for a tire plug but seeing as it was a last minute appointment and I really needed it done before my journey it was worth the wait.Service: Tires

Workers are rude! My daughter was passed over for over an hour and people came after her getting waited on long before her and she couldnt get anyine to take her service slip. One employee there turned his back on her and wouldn't wait on her. He was too busy on a personal phone call.Two or three cars in line for an oil change but is always at LEAST a two hour wait. The service personal is very rude and uncaring. This is not based on a one time thing! We expect nothing better from these people!

Was turned at 9 am when trying to receive an oil change and workers were very rude and walked away and didn t provide a supervisor when asked to speak with one. Wouldn t recommend anyone to get serviced here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Really nice guys. Needed air in my tires due to dip in weather. They got me in and out in a few minutes. I asked if I needed new tires and unlike Discount Tire they said no. I have a ways to go.

The prices are acceptable, but the service was very poor. I had never used Walmart before and I didn't park where they needed me to park because they never told me. When they couldn't find my car, they just moved right along to the next customer and forgot all about my service ticket. When I brought this up to the lady behind the counter she acted like it was my fault. They got me in right away after I complained, but I was there for an hour and a half waiting on them to get their stuff together. I'll be back to get tires, but only because I am a college student and I can't afford tires anywhere else. It would be wise for them to retrain their employees on customer service. They would receive more business by doing so.

Wasn't happy at all. Took 3 hours to put in a battery. The person who puts them in didn't know what he was doing. He had to get help. Then drops a tool on the battery posts and sparks fly everywhere. Then he says he didn't do nothing. 2 days later my wife's car starts smoking. I opened the hood and smoke it coming of the post. He forgot to put the nut back on the post. Now we are dealing with Walmart insurance to fix it. Not good at all. Had to highlight one star to write this in.

The lovely older man checked my tires and explained tire pressure to me, because I am completely dumbfounded when it comes to cars. He even explained why my sensor said the left was low but it was the back rear and I truly appreciated that time. They take everyone in as efficiently as possible, which is appreciated. The older woman at the counter seemed a bit peeved, but the young lady with her was very patient, kind and informative. I highly recommend this walmart for all your tire and oil needs.

After waiting 30 minutes out front, I went inside assuming I was in the wrong spot. I waited 20 minutes in line to be told to go back and wait outside. After waiting outside I was finally able to flag down a worker. 3 hours later I came back because they never contacted me to get my car. 2 days later I came outside to a huge pile of oil on the ground. They did not tighten the drain plug and let all the oil spill out. Thx walmart

Waited over 3 hours worse part was not even full or short staffed. Didn t even bother to put my replacement tires back in it s place where other locations do so. Would not recommend don t waste your time or money here just go elsewhere. When I called to explain my experience with the manager DEBBIE she just brushed it off! Poor customer service from her as well.

If you need their service department don't expect them to pick up the phone. I called 7 times in two days just to try and see what the wait time would be to get an oil change, I finally had to drive in and when asked why they wouldn't pick up the phone i was told "We are busy". I proceeded to explain to the service associate that the person on the other end if the phone is just as important add the person standing in front of them. Its basic customer service.

Good price but horrible service. Guess that's what you get when you go to walmart. Got here at 330 and I'm still watching on my new 4 tires that are only suppose to take 45 mins and its 536 now . Talk to the Manger and all he said was well I only have one guy here and he's also working the other side . Yet I've seen 5 guys working and some already went on lunch and the guy working on my car walked off and started working on another vehicle . Don't come here if you don't want to waste your time.

Oil change pretty decent time and I got the pit crew oil change for 24.00 for a 2015 Nissan versa note. I highly recommend this Walmart for car care

It took them over 3 hours to put 4 tires on my car with no one in front of me. The first hour, I spent just trying to get someone to take the order slip that I got from the cashier. Not very well organized out there! They did not cleanup after themselves, especially the wheels. I would think long and hard before using them again.

I waited an hour and a half to have my tires rotated and balanced. My car was sitting on the lift for 45 minutes untouched. The actual work took 20 minutes.

The auto care center let me charge the battery on the motorized shopping cart after it died on me. I sat behind the counter with my cart plugged in for about 10 minutes or so...I just needed enough juice to get me to the check out counters and then out to my vehicle to unload my purchases So it was all good.

Well I was trying to get a battery for my car. They keep the phone ringing and then pick it up and hang it up. Very unprofessional poor customer service. They don t say a thing. I called 3 or 4 times. Ridiculous

Will is the best manager that I have seen. Very professional and reasonable price.William keep up the good work. Walmart, please make sure that you treat him great. Guy with extreme knowledge about cars.

Waited 4 hours for a nail in tire, only to be told they couldn t get the nail out so the tire needed to be replaced to then be told they didn t have the tire there and would need to go somewhere else. Poor service overall

They didn t give much details at all, I kept going back to ask questions. They were supposed to message me when my car was done so i was walking around for 2 hours then i went to check to see how my car was doing and my car was parked finished already!! Then I open up the hood when I get home because there was a burning smell and there was spelt oil everywhere!! Very dirty, sloppy, not professional work. First and last time going there.
