The review below mine is false. I've been a customer at VIP Body Shop for the past two years, and they consistently attend to my car's requirements. I can personally attest to their excellent customer service.

I gave 1 cuz there is no 0. He is a big liar. DON T fall for his 5star ratings. Took $2000 from my insurance for repair and didn t do everything he was supposed to. Do NOT use them for anything. And NO. He did NOT get me any funds other than $2000 he kept. LIER

I came to VIP Body Shop to get my undercarriage fixed. I was told that they were unable to get my car completely fixed back to new, but they would still be able to fix the piece that was hanging. I picked my car up and noticed that the piece did not look like it was properly fixed. The very next day my undercarriage was hanging just as it was when I brought it to them. I feel as though I just got taken advantage of instead of them using their professional judgement by refusing to do the service due to not being able to provide a quality finished product to the customer. I waisted $500 with them and then had to take my car somewhere else and pay the $1000 deductible to get it properly fixed. In the future, if they know that what they are providing a service that will not even last 24 hours they should just tell the customer that the job can not be done instead of just attempting to do something that they know is not going to work.

They took care of my wife 2012 honda fit and did an excellent job looks like a brand new car again they went above and beyond great customer service highly recommend they work fast as well A+

Look no further if you're looking for excellent work Plus top-notch customer service. I brought my Infiniti in for serious scratches on the door and the bumper and they removed them all for an incredibly reasonable price and did it in the time that they said they would. Incredibly courteous owner.

I took my car here after my friend recommended them, the owner is really welcoming and understanding. However when it came to the work not great. I took my Impala to get the front bumper repaired after someone backed into the front of my car and drove off. I went in with high expectations, the repair was done early october they were very fast im getting the work done in a timely manner. How ever when i checked the work done the bottom of the bumper popped out with a small push so I called the shop and they had me bring it in so they could fix it which they did. But now a month later the same side of the front bumper pops out and I have to be pushing it back in place and one of my head lights has white paint from when they repainted the area. I would not ever recommend to take any cars to get repairs done here.

They are professional, honest, great customer service. very good at what they do. Repairs are done within a good time frame. I have several cars repaired here at I will come back if I need them again.

They are very professional . Very helpful in a step by step basis on what the procedure will be and how many days it will take to fix my truck . I didn't have to guess or call them they kept me informed on what's going on and where they are at with my vehicle hands down best body shop in humble area and spring . I definitely know where I'm going Incase someone else hits my vehicle in the future .Thank you Oscar for you services . I definitely recommend this place to everyone . They also do great and reasonable pricing on carwashes and detailes on vehicles .

They know they re doing when it comes to cars. Took my brutally wrecked camaro and they assured me they could fix it when I had doubts. They also did a great job with a dent that I had on the rear quarter panel. EXCELLENT JOB! Brought my vehicle with some damages. Oscar was able to fix it easily. Perfect and in timely manner. He was VERY informative. He guide me with what I needed to do. Overall the whole experience was EXCELLENT, oh also very PROFESSIONAL! Highly recommend this body shop if you need to fix your vehicle.

I had my truck work on with about 4 k worth of work... There was some other damage and they took care off calling Ins company to get appoved.They did a great JOB on the paint, no defectives found and they wash and cleaned my truck inside and out.

I had an Excellent experience at VIP Body Shop earlier this month (April 2016). Oscar and his team took care of me and my BMW X5 like I know no other body shop would have by going out of their way to:-Offer me very competitive pricing-Have my vehicle completed on schedule-Going above and beyond by negotiating with the insurance company on my behalf to make sure that I received the best components-They washed my vehicle, did a thorough interior cleaning and shined my wheels/tiresThank you VIP Body Shop Team.

I used Oscar today to fix my Chrysler 200. I told him that all I needed was a dent to be banged out in order to pass a city inspectionNot only did he NOT try to upsell me to getting a new body panel and paint, he got it done ahead of schedule and for a DARN good priceDefinently reccommend and use againThanks, Oscar
