Vic knows more about Cars then anyone I've ever met, he's also an Encyclopedia.

I have never done this, but because I read the reviews, I was astonished.I had this shyster replace my motor in my chevy suburban, with a brand new crate motor. Charged me extra to reinforce a motor mount as well, thought it was a good thing at the time. Then when the motor mount broke (yes the one he reinforced) he told me it was not his problem. According to his receipt it was covered I guess that really meant HE was covered. Not to mention when he told me it would be done, it wasn t. Everything since he touched it has gone sideways... the motor (brand new crate) just had the valve covers seals leak, as well as the rear main seal leak. So unless you want sub-quality human (if he is) I would stay away from Vics Automotive like the plague. This motor mount and motor replacement where all done ~ 3 years ago. But from his attitude then, I would assume nothing has changed. STAY AWAY!My vote for worst mechanic shop on the North East side of Houston.

It took them three weeks to fix a single switch in my car, Lance had poor customer service when I called to check upon my car every 2-3 days, they don't offer a courtesy shuttle back to your house, they don't stand up to any warranty they claim to have, and when the switch stopped working a few days later because of their poor work they said they couldn't get to it for ANOTHER WEEK! When I told them it was my daily driver they told me to find a different car to drive around while my car sat in queue. They suck!
