Jose and his team at USA Tire Pro do outstanding work at the best prices in Houston! They have done five of my vehicles, four of them are pictured below including my New Ram 1500 on 37 s. They also leveled my brothers New Ram and put it on 33x12.50 on factory rims (also pictured). Great Shop, Great Prices, and Quality work for the BEST PRICE .. Thanks Guys

Mr. Jose was extremely nice and helpful. Answered all my questions even when I was probably being annoying. Worked with me on the price which allowed me to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time.

We got a 6-inch lift on our truck from this location a few years back. Just recently been experiencing some alignment issues, so we went to see if they would honor an alignment for us. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was very polite and helpful to us. They aligned our truck and double-checked for safety free-of-charge to us. We are so very thankful to the staff here at USA tire in Humble/Kingwood. It's so hard to find genuine customer service these days, and it means alot to recieve it. Highly recommend this place. We are beyond satisfied.

Brought my 4runner for an alignment and was in and out in less then an hour, customer service was great and addressed all questions i had regarding my drivability issues beforehand. Highly recommended! My 4runner is driving straight and no more pulling to the sides when hitting a bump. Thank you USA Tire and Wheel !!

These guys are true professionals in every sense of the word. Jose and Efrain took the time to listen to what I was wanting to do and made recommendations along the way based on their experience, which was greatly appreciated. They were up front and transparent with open consistent communication. These guys do not cut corners either. My fender well required some trimming, and their installer took the time to do it professionally and it looks like it came from the factory with the precision that they put into the trimming work. The price was fair and they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend these guys.

The staff was dishonest and unprofessional. I brought my suspension to be installed by their team. During the install, I was told my oem UCA bolts were rusted out and they didn t think they could reinstall them, and couldn t guarantee alignment if they did.They said they called Toyota, and We re quoted $600 (and not in stock) for new BOLTS. I called the local Toyota and was quoted $240 for the same parts at a local dealer. I found them online with next day shipping. I called back and they said this was fine, bring them by and they d install them.I called Friday afternoon multiple times during their business hours with no answer. Called first thing Saturday morning, said I could bring them by, and was told they couldn t get to it until Monday anyways, so Monday was fine.I ended up stopping by Saturday to drop them off and they had my SUV on the lift, installing the old rusted out originals. All of a sudden their tune changed and they said they were fine. I went through a huge hassle and paid $170 for the new bolts and was told they would install them.I left them there for them to install. I received a call Monday that they were going to charge me $150-$250 to install them. We originally settled on an added $100.Had they have been upfront on multiple things I would ve been fine with the delays and some added cost. Instead, they try and act friendly just to screw you over any chance they get. Would never take my vehicle back there for anything.

Great customer service and best place to get your vehicle lifted! Had an issue upon another body shop tried fixing my truck after getting into an accident.My truck looked fixed but once I got home I realized they did a terrible job. I then proceeded to USA Wheel and Tire where I originally got my truck lifted knowing well they could get it back to normal. Of course they took care of the issue and my truck is back to normal and lifted as it once was by USA Wheel and Tire.Thanks again for your hard work/service! All during this crazy time of year.

Got my truck leveled and aligned before lunch. Rides great! Best price in town. I've got a body lift installed my them and now a leveling kit. Great company.

They do great work for a fair price and I usually don't trust shops and very picky since I'm in the automotive industry but I'm really impressed the work they do and I'm looking forward to give them my business again

Always treated like family. Since my first experience when another shop Refered me to them on a Sunday for a hard to find tire, they have done tires and wheels on 6 of my cars

Went in to get tires balanced was not a big enough job for them they sent me down the road won't come back here When I need new tires.

Absolutely horrific. Don't ever take your car here. Took my car here for tires and there tech could barely drive a stick shift. He left my e-brake up while parking my car and in the process stalled out an burnt my clutch.

This guy will rip you off he ll sell you tires and then he says he cannot balance them and then watch refund you half the money back on the balancing
