I have been coming here since inception and a customer for over 20 years... my loyalty to this business is simply that they treat you right, they don't overcharge and don't do unnecessary repairs... I always feel that I have received good service and value for my money I wouldn't go anywhere else and either will you after you start becoming a customer

Ultimate Car Care is the best place in Texas/Houston/Humble to have your car repaired. The quality of repairs and their reasonable prices are second to none. They stand behind their warranties. See Ben if you want your car repaired and done right the first time. I would not consider taking my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend this company.

Had my breaks done at Benny's Ultimate Care Care, didn't realize I had been driving with no break pads, was all the way down to the medal. Benny's the guy if you need any work done on your vehicles, he will give you a reasonable price and show you everything that is involved and explain what needs to be done. Thanks Benny

I was in the area with very low tire pressure on two of the tires. One gentleman filled both at no charge and we were on our way. If you live in or near the Humble area, you have to take your car here for maintenance . Customer service speaks volumes about this place!

Paid almost 1000$ to have my fuel pump replaced and injectors cleaned out. injectors were not touched car was not running was told spark plugs were fine I needed new injectors. turns out my injectors were fine and my spark plugs were fried. so emptied out my bank account and had no real repairs or diagnostics done to my vehicle.

I ve been going to Ultimate for many years now! Since I was a single lady to now married. With that being said Ben always kept it real, never cheated me out of my money just because I was a female. It's been three months since they damaged my car while it was in their shop.They said they would order the part and replace it, I've called, text and left voice mail. No answer from the scammer.

great work great service no bull broke down on a road trip the owner Ben took care of me had me in and out the door no hassle didn't try to up sell me on anything fixed my problem and i drove out in no time
