I was looking for a shop to diagnose an issue with my car and not keep it two days to do it. I made an appointment and was taken even a little early. Everything was very organized and moved along promptly with regular updates as I was waiting. Once Tim knew the issue he brought me out to show me, gave me a price, and we scheduled the additional service. Everything inspired confidence and this will be my regular place now. Great experience.

Tim and the guys at The Shop are so generous with their time and are conscientious of yours!! He has saved us more than a few times from spending the more that others quote. I needed a mechanic to look at my tires. It appeared that from my experience it needed an alignment. I searched surrounding areas who would do an alignment inspection. I called and Tim told me to stop by he would take a look. 6:35p drove up, he walked up started checking my tires and gave me the ol fist bump and said I am Tim. Tim seems to be knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He gave his professional experience and determined what route I needed to take. Very helpful and looking forward to doing business with the shop and referring them to friends and family!

The absolute best!! I called around getting quotes to replace my headlight ($80-$100). I called The Shop & he told me bring it over in the morning. He got me in and out in less than 20 mins for the most reasonable price. I really appreciate you. Happy Holidays!

Tim and Taylor are the BEST! We re have a road trip ahead of us and of course heard some not great sounds coming from the car. They had it fixed up quickly and were transparent with updates and easy to get a hold of. 1/13/24 New review: The Shop has done more work on my vehicle a few times since the first review. All the things I appreciate: Tim and his team are top shelf pro s in mechanics and customer service; he has refused to simply throw parts and labor at me in an effort to repair a very difficult-to-diagnose issue; honest and thorough in explanations and options. They keep the 5 stars and my auto service business. I highly recommend them. Called in the morning, and Tim wasn t sure he would be able to get my vehicle in for that day, but would at least get it in the workflow. They were able to get it diagnosed and repaired within the same day after all. Tim seems to enjoy his work and helping people understand what the issue is with the vehicle. After several bad experiences with less than honest auto shops, The Shop seems to a great place to work with. Keeping The Shop in my phone book for any future needs. Based on this experience I would recommend them.Service: Auto maintenance

I am sharing my recent experience at the Shop. I had been away because of illness. But I was still impressed with how quickly Taylor was able to get me in and out for a oil change and state inspection. The road repair on 1960 is near completion and this repair shop will be where I bring all my cars to be serviced.

Tim was amazing! He was friendly and provided great customer service. He was even willing to educate me on the problem. He technically didn't have room on the books for me and still gave me same day service (due to the problems feasibility). Thanks Tim and team!

Tim took care of me as he always has before. He did a brake job for me and instead of charging me for rotors as well. He made sure mine were still in good condition and saved me money because they had not been grooved and another shop probably would not have done that. My 2013 Ford Edge was making a front end noise. I first went to a local dealership who charged me $199.95 to estimate the price to repair. They said it would cost $3165.12. I then took my vehicle to The Shop where they made the repairs for $1254.93. That s a savings of $1910.19! No more noise in the front end. I went to The Shop to get a 2nd look at my brakes, after being told by a local big chain tire store that I needed new brakes and rotors. Tim and his team assessed my car and determined not only did my brakes not need changing, the rotors were fine as well. If you re looking for an honest mechanic, who can instantly diagnose your car issues, The Shop is the place to go! Tim and his crew know what they re doing and get the work done quickly. The Shop welcomes you as soon as you enter. The owner and all the mechanics do a great job addressing your issue. This time I requested an appointment to have an oil change. They took my car in at the appointed time, they have a nice waiting room for customers. If you leave they call when your car is ready . My air filter needed replacing so I had that done too! First Time.Alternator was shot and needed replaced. Tim and The Shop got me in, confirmed the problem, and had the job done the same day. Great service. Great price. I think I found my new go to place for my car repairs.Second Time.Starter went out and needed replaced. I took my vehicle in the Tuesday after Memorial day weekend. Car was in and out in less than 3 hours. Fast work. Great service. Friendly people.Third Time.Engine was struggling to run or wouldn't run. Tim and The Shop diagnosed a bad air flow sensor. Part was replace and the car is running great. As much as I can I am making Tim and The Shop my mechanic of choice for my automotive repairs. Great service. Good prices. Extremely satisfied.I keep coming back.I trust Tim and the workers at the Shop. They are very trustworthy and reliable. Needed struts replaced on the car. The Shop is the only place that me and my girl get our vehicles serviced at when it comes to anything more complex than an oil change. Tim is the man to see and he always goes over and beyond to provide top notch customer service. He is committed to quality and always keeps you informed throughout all aspects of the services completed. We don't take our vehicles anywhere else and you shouldn't either. The Shop. Remember it.

This place was by far the most legit repair shop I have ever been to! My car was messed up during transit and they figured out the problem right away. Not only that they were straight forward and even contacted me if there was any work that needed to be done before they did the work. And let's be honest Tim is an angel! I have already recommended them to multiple ppl!

Had an amazing experience at the shop, not only is Tim very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand, he also acknowledges the hard work David did in my daughter's vehicle. It s hard to find a mechanic that you can truly trust. A friend suggested The Shop after a very high quote that we got from another mechanic just up the road from The Shop. We had to pay $160 for the $4100 quote. The Shop did the job for $1800.
