Brandon sold us our 2024 Sierra Denali last night. We re so pleased with Brandon and staff. Very low pressure and super attentive and straight forward. Made the buying process easy and not the stereotypical car buying situation. Thanks Brandon and Texan GMC!

Nice sales guy. Told me after test drive that a $2995.00 FEE would be added over the agreed sales price of the vehicle. When asked what the fee was for, he stated that it was NOT part of a Warranty.Folks, this is against state law and its going to get Texan sued. This B.S. Money grab for "....if a sharp object you sit on tears the seat upholstery or a spill/stains your carpet floorboard..... .... we will take care of it for you...."I couldn't pull out of him a straight answer, though and expressed to them that it wasn't going to happen like that and promptly left.Dishonest, lack of transparency and disrespectful of my time. AVOID stealerships like this.

Will highly highly recommend coming here. They had great customer service & want to give a special acknowledgment to the service manager Abe. He did exactly what he said he was as far as ensuring me that I could trust the service department with my vehicle. I felt the integrity in his work ethic coming from him.He really operated in excellence & I could not go without recognizing him to other Buick owners who are looking for a place to get serviced.He was very professional, knowledgeable & comforting, which is rare sometimes being a female coming to dealerships. I m so proud & glad I got lucky enough to receive such great service.

Called early morning to schedule an exhaust leak concern I had for my 22 Traverse and the nice lady (don t remember her name)that assisted me got me an appointment right away same day. Humberto was my service advisor and he was very honest and transparent on how long it could take for repairs. He also was very communicative and answered all questions that I had. Humberto got my car looked at same day and fixed before closing time. If you bring in your GM vehicle for any kind of service or repair ask for Humberto to be your service advisor!

While their sales department is great , service repair department is horrible . A few months ago our truck stayed there close to two weeks because one of our sensors came on. Our truck stayed in the shop just so in the end they could say it was just a bad sensor and there s nothing wrong . They kept blaming it on the fact that they only had 1 transmission guy .Meanwhile we were out $400 for a rental that we paid out of pocket . All the service guy could give us was 3 free oil changes . Despite that a few weeks ago we had our truck checked out and this time there is something wrong and a part needs to be ordered . My husband has been trying to make an appointment and called over 10 times in one day and no one ever answered the phone . My husband has noticed that when he s taken the truck for an oil change , the phones are ringing yet they don t answer the phones despite being available .

I bought a vehicle with 40k in miles. Didn t buy any kind of warranty for the 2020 vehicleDrive it off the lot, 2 days later my check engine light comes on.Stop to have it checked.Turns out I need a need emission purge valve. This car would not be able to pass an emissions test w/o this valve.I bought a newer car w/ fewer miles so that I wouldn t need to worry.And here I am stuck with an auto repair 2 weeks after purchase. I haven t even made my 1st payment.Luckily I only have 6 more years on my auto loan.

Mr. Rafael Rivera is an A+ salesman completely honest and very organized and professional answered and returned all texts, calls and emails promptly and with good information! He was on top of everything from beginning to end sale/trade/financing all of it! He even answers call following the sale! I can honestly say, I would not have bought a truck if it weren t for his professionalism! I have to complement the finance guru, Mr. Roy Hall put the Icing On the Cake with how he got me in and out of financing in less than 10 minutes! In over 30 years of buying cars Rafael and Roy are the best! Ask for this team of two guys when you go to the dealership! You will not regret it!

The receptionist was very polite. Salesman was very friendly even though we stopped by not knowing they were closing in minutes. Found a vehicle at another location that better fit our budget, but this dealership will definitely be at the top of the list for future purchases.

First time going to this dealership for service and the parking is a disaster and they couldn t even bother to put air on one of the tires, which clearly showed it needed air when I dropped it off. On top of that the truck was returned to us dinged, either by service or the moron parked next to me who couldn t bother to park correctly. I never have any issues at Tejas Toyota and it always feel like valet. My 2 stars are solely on the decent customer service from rep who helped me as he did try to expedite my service and the cleanliness of the waiting area.

Very pleased with the service that Texan provided my wife and I when we purchased our Sierra 1500, the truck walk around and the explanation of all the features the truck was excellent. Daniel was very fair on helping us get the best deal compared to other dealerships after shopping around for a while. Thank you again.

I needed my battery replaced and I called several GMC dealers to quote, Texan had the lowest rates in my area. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. I went in with no appointment needed and they replaced my battery and washed and vacuumed my car. Erica was very friendly. I was very impressed with my visit.

Our sales associate Jeff Turner is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and inventory on site, he is very efficient with making an excellent deal.Roy in finance is equally knowledgeable about finance warranty options. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about protection plans and gets paperwork painlessly completed. Overall the best experience buying a vehicle ever. A+ in my book

This department always provides me with the greatest service possible. All of the personnel are extremely pleasant and helpful. The space is clean and big, with a soothing environment. At the same time, I can wait for my car in peace and quiet. I enjoy going to this stress-free shop.

So, this is a little speculation, but I think they lied about a fix to a recall so as to get my car into service to find other issues,, and in the end, they can't fix my recall and I got a $1500 bill on other thins on a car with 60,000 miles... was thinking about a new Denali 1500, but not from these guys now.. get my once, shame on you...

Brought our 2019 GMC Sierra in for the second time due to another lifter/cam failure. Tried to get it warrantied because you should not have to replace lifters and cam twice all within 75,000 miles. Texan service advisor lied to me when I mentioned that there was a TSB on the lifters .she claimed she wasn t aware of any TSBs involving my engine. This is a very well known problem with the 5.3 liter engines.In the end Texan GMC refused to warranty their previous work which cost us close to $6000. Being a loyal customer of theirs for over 20 years means absolutely nothing. There are better dealerships out there that will take good care of their customers.

One of the worst most incompetent service departments around. I bought GMC Sierra 1500 from them back in 2022. Less than a month later, check engine light came on and the vehicle went to reduced power mode. The dealership kept it about a week and repaired the issues. Only few weeks later, same issues came back up. I repeated the whole process of taking vehicle back to dealer. They repaired the vehicle, which was more of a bandaid then an actually repair. Why? because the same damn issue happened again. This time the truck was leaking oil. In multiple spots. Keep in mind this truck is a 2021 year model. The dealer had the truck for almost a month. This time they damaged the radiator while trying to make repairs for a third time. The dealer contacts me to state the vehicle has been fully repaired. Not even driving the truck 50 miles, the check engine light is back on. This will be the fourth time of taking the truck back to the dealership. Not only is this a stress for myself and family. I am racking up miles on my wife's Jeep because of the distance I travel for work. My hard money for this truck is just going down the drain. Even though the repairs are covered by warranty, at one point this warranty will expire. I hope they dealer can replace the vehicle before other steps have to be taken. ****UPDATE**** After leaving the first review the GM of Texan GMC reached out with his contact information on Friday 1-27-24. I contacted him via email that was provided, with no response. I gave him 3 days to respond before editing this post. I had to take my truck to another dealer. New dealer and service department claims that Texan GMC is not properly repairing and diagnosing my truck. I get that other people have different opinions, but I will not be a loyal customer to Texan GMC. They are done with my business and I hope this review reaches the people in Utah.

These people are fraudsters, Worst experience, they changed the price on me 3 times, I have put pictures below of the different prices they gave me. And on top of that, they put 3k in fees for absolutely no reason and no service and tried to hide it on the quote. I put pictures below.

I got a car from this dealership, got a flat tire, the spare is flat too that they provided, now I am stranded in downtown Houston at 11 at night. What's even worse is they really screwed me on this car. Do not finance a vehicle from this dealership!

I got my Buick Encore towed here to be serviced, and Gunner took care of me. He communicated with me throughout the whole process, was transparent about costs, and when it was ready for pick up.Well, I go to pick up my vehicle and I get my key fob. I get into the car and drive off. For whatever reason, I look down and see that the multiple keys, membership tags, and miscellaneous chains I had on the keys were missing.I immediately called and started heading back to the dealership. I got no answer when sent to the service department and it would disconnect.When I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with assistant manager Hyme and informed him of the situation. He told me that according to their policy they do not take anything off the keys, and if they did it would be on the cup holder. I informed him that there was nothing there.He attempted to call the other dealership off of North FWY, but no one would answer. Hyme apologized for the inconvenience I was given a card, and I left.I called again to inquire about my items and spoke with the assistant manager s secretary who had me leave a message and told me I would get a call back.I told her that I was filing a police report as someone lost/took my keys and would not take accountability. Needless to say, my keys resurfaced two days later, but I never received a phone call back from Hyme.I came to get my keys from the service desk, and the guy had no idea where they were at first. I have yet to receive a call, an apology, or anything. I won t be utilizing this location s services if this is how customers are treated.

To management and mario eaqui,We understand the market is in your favor due to supply and demand and therefore you have a "non negotiable policy" however customer service is still a thing and being a somewhat decent person is still relatively important. That being said, please train/remove your staff (mario) in instances where he doesn't like an offer and instead of countering he thinks it's a good idea to block a customer from the online chat. This is tje most unprofessional, childish and idiotic thing I have ever witnessed. Even the Walmart greeter who checks your receipt when leaving the store offers better service than this. Just remember supply and demand always flips back and forth and there will come a time where you will beg customers to purchase the vehicles so treat them right and do better. What an embarrassment..

Have done business with them for years. Took my truck in for a bunch of service, but this last visit was beyond awful. Terrible advisor. She had almost no communication and the result was a terrible experience and a $1100 bill. I think it s time to move on.

Fake discounted price on the internet so they can add $3k+ in fees. They try to avoid saying how much the fees are and only want to show what the payment would be. They had the nerve to say their fees were much lower than other dealerships. What a joke.

Good service by actual crew servicing vehicles. The actual service representatives are horrible. You schedule an appointment with a provider and they pass you off to someone else. Meanwhile they just sit there and act busy.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The finance manager Robert Barrett was knowledgeable. The salesperson Sony was very helpful, and he even had a big red bow on the car I bought waiting for me when I was done with finance.

I took my truck in to Texan on July 5,2023 for a little bird noise in the engine at Idle but my truck ran fine because I had just come back from vacation in Florida .They said the bird noise was my came and lifters so I said fix it. Almost three months later and my truck is still there. Now they're saying my injectors are bad and my catalytic converter is bad. When drove my truck in there I had no problems and no check engine lights at all. My truck is still there. They gave me the truck on 8/21/2023 and I got three miles away from the dealer and the check engine light came on.Granted I just paid them $9600.00 dollars for the repairs.So i took the truck back on 8/22/2023 and it's been there since.I had no injector problems or catalytic converter problems.Your tech damaged these parts on my truck trying to make more money off my warranty.

Sales team was great when I bought my 2017 ram 3500. They talked me into getting the Advantage care plan which includes 3 oil changes, 3 car washes, and tire rotations. Took the truck in for the first service and when we went to pick it up the trucks was only half way washed and tire shine on one tire, and no tire rotation. Spoke to service manager and he said they no longer offer tire rotaions on dually trucks, and could wash it again and that just the oil changes was worth the money (which is true) but why advertise and sell you something you can't honor. Yes I took pictures of the basic half car wash we received. Also I think you should update your ad for advantage care to say you no longer rotate tires on 3500 diesels.

Was a great experience with sales and service lupe the sales manager was a big help and my salesman stanly was a even bigger help. They both went above and beyond to get me the truck of my dreams. I highly recommend Texan GMC to anyone looking for a GM vehicle and will definitely be going back in the future.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET SERVICED. It has been absolute nightmare to work with this dealership.I picked up my car Friday afternoon, I had been working with Gunner as my advisor, he was not there, but another female advisor helped me and when I asked questions about the work that had been done she was extremely rude and told me to look over my paperwork or call Gunner Monday. Zero help.The next day my check engine light is on AGAIN. Come to find out they DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM or do a proper test to ensure the problem was fixed because all of bank 2 is running a high imbalance at 245 and cylinder 6 is the highest at 305.Secondly, I asked them to check my tire sensors because they kept going out. I found out that they never checked those either because as soon as I took my car to another dealership with a code reader they immediately identified the sensors that were messed up and told me they needed to be replaced.Lastly, Texan GMC left stray parts in my engine bay (see image) that could have easily fell and caused more issues.I tried to get in touch with the dealership but they said there was nothing they could do and I should leave a voicemail for Gunner so he can call me. I left my voicemail and multiple others since, but not a single person has reached out to try and help me resolve this issue.
