Accompanied my son as he traded in his vehicle to see how the process unfolded. Not a good time to buy, in my opinion, but...here we are! We barely got in the door and were welcomed by a friendly receptionist. This dealership has the best assortment of vehicles I've seen at a single dealership in a long time! This is the last year for Challengers & Chargers and they have practically every model here. We went to other dealers before here but they had limited inventory. Just be prepared for a $10K dealer markup on all V8 units at this location except for RAMs. I watched the process closely and didn't care for the "finance dance" that occurs now even with excellent credit. The cost of credit is high right now for everyone so be prepared! Texan gave him more for his trade than three other major dealerships we visited previously. Samuel Dawson was super friendly and helpful as was everyone else I encountered. My son left happy, so I left happy. We came in at 4:30 PM and left at 9:00 PM. Some of the excess time is on us trying to decide on which vehicle to purchase with such an assortment of "eye candy"! I don't live in the immediate area but was so impressed that I will be driving the distance to buy at Texan.

I was a bit intimidated to step in this place however, Texan Doge has a family/neighborhood feel to it. Great place!Santos, was absolutely wonderful to work with! This car purchase was so smooth. He was readily available for any questions or concerns that I had. He was genuine and had great communication the entire process and after. I definitely recommend Santos for your next car purchase!

I called on a Monday (3/25/24) to schedule an appointment for oil change and was told I had one oil change left in a advantage package that was purchased but it had expired but was told to come in and we would honor it. (What happened was I had a previous vehicle that I traded in so I called and was able to transfer the remaining oil changes to my husband's vehicle). Well low and behold I sent my husband to his appointment (3/27/24) at 7:30AM and was told oh, we don't have a record of that and you would need to purchase a new advantage package if you want an oil change. When my husband called me, I explained to Josh the person's name I spoke with but he didn't even bother to contact him. We have been coming to this location for over 7 years with no issues but THIS. I was not happy with this visit at at!!

Our truck has been in for service for over a week. Allegedly a technician came in on their day off to work on it on the sixth day the truck was in the service department. Every day I call I get nowhere and they won't transfer me to the service manager.Update: It has been over 4 weeks and the truck still has not been repaired. It is January 19 and parts were ordered before Christmas. Thankfully we have the truck but are the parts here, still on order, who knows because no one is making contact.Next update: we discovered they installed incorrect parts and it would be 3-5 days to get the correct parts, it has been 12 days and no contact from Dalton Hobbs, Service Manager. First I was being accused of how could the parts be wrong, good thing we take our own pictures from before and after for situations like this. Shifter is clearly missing buttons after the replacement of the knob.

I purchased my first new vehicle yesterday! Big shoutout to Sam for taking care of me. If I ever have to purchase a new vehicle, I m finding Sam immediately!Don t walk but run to Texans Dodge Jeep and ask for Sam, I d bet all my money he will take care of you!Oh, did I tell you how much I love my new 2024 Jeep!

I would just like to say that my wife and I were looking for a certain truck when we went into the dealership just to shop around until we got our funds together. We left our phone number and name with Sam so we could stay in contact with him until we were ready. Once we were ready we set up an appointment with Sam, we took a test drive, and he took care of all of our needs. He displayed great communication skills, clarity, and professionalism when speaking, and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and Sam specifically.

I had a great experience here. I worked close with Sam during my process. He was extremely informative and helpful throughout my time here. The process was smooth and painless and I was able to walk away with my new car. I would highly recommend going here and specifically ask for Sam. I had purchased a used vehicle from here a few weeks back. I was initially taken back with how I was treated by the previous salesman who at raised their voice at me in an effort to make me feel bad for negotiating price. However, I decided to give it one more try after looking through the google reviews and seeing Sam's name being mentioned. While that initial interaction left little to be desired, the smooth negotiation process and respect that Sam showed helped turn my experience around. The vehicle was great, he helped me sift through all the fluff that I didn't need as a business owner, and I'm looking forward to working with him again in the future.

I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Texan. I bought a 2023 charger hellcat jailbreak and a 2023 compass for my mom. Sam was able to make both deals happen for me on the same day! Very patient salesman and never tried to pressure me into making a decision, he would walk away and let me and my girlfriend discuss before making decisions. I will definitely come back for my next car! 10/10 highly recommend

I give my salesman Samuel D a 5 star and the dealership a 4 star. The reason why I say this is because for every issue I dealt with Samuel goes above and beyond to get the issue resolved or connect me with the people that can help me. I did not have the same experience across the board with every person that I interacted with during the sales process. Overall I recommend you look up Samuel when you come here to purchase a new/used vehicle. Of course, do your homework and do a price comparison with other places apples to apples. Just know in advance the dealership adds a protective clear coat and PladTech which is a vehicle tracking device which adds an additional approximately $2K to the price of your vehicle. This is across the board and not something any of the salesman can control. Also, make sure if you purchase a used vehicle that you check it out before buying it and leaving the lot because it will be much harder when you try to get them to fix the issue after you have purchased the vehicle and have left the lot. I suspect this would be the case with any dealership. In the end Texan Dodge made it right and I would shop here again. Thank you.

My credit isn t amazing but it s OK. You can say when in there Francisco helped me out. I let them know from the start. I didn t have much money and my credit was not on the best terms. He said he had me ran my credit and was able to work with me gave $1000 down walked out with an amazing car. I am in love with thank you so much for helping me out and understanding me, he s amazing. I recommend him 1000%.

Worst experience ever! Left my jeep there for an oil change and warranty work. Was told waiting on parts and when I came up to get something out of my jeep found out it was missing ended up being stolen from their lot during business hours. No one even realized it was stolen until 6 days later. I had to file police report. GM said they would help us out filed claim with their insurance only to find out 30 days later that I signed something that releases there liability if cases of theft. That because the vehicle was locked it s not their fault it was stolen. Do not do business with these crooks!

I went to this location to purchase my graduating son a surprise gift. They had a great selection of cars within the price range that I was looking for. My salesman was Samuel Lawson and he was amazing. Not only did he find what I was looking for but he also made sure that I got something with low miles and a good warranty. He was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. Lol. Once a car was selected , it was the easiest and quickest experience I ever had when purchasing a car. I would highly recommend not only this dealership but also this salesman and team. They took care of me and I will definitely be sending all the people I know in search of a car there. I will also be returning when it s time for another purchase. My son was so surprised and happy with his new car!I give Texan and staff Five stars!!

Toad was nothing but amazing I walked in and in less than 10 minutes Sam Dawson got me approved and in my vehicle His knowledge and education he gave me on car was fantastic .The finance department was great as well I appreciate how he explains everything to me also in great detail and my paperwork Everyone at Texan Dodge I came in contact with today was so very friendly. Bought a 2022 ram 2500 Laramie, been at the dealership for leaking oil. 5 months later and the block changed out, I went to pick it up, truck wasn't wash, Oil stains in the bed of the truck and my truck has a dent in it now. Also found bolts in my cup holder, hope they don't belong to my motor. Not happy, nor satisfy with the service at Texan Dodge.

Bought a car from them in october, Not even a couple hours later it started messing up. Called them and they told us there was nothing they can do then hung up. On the way to have our daughter the jeep just stopped running and once again called them and same thing hung up. So after i get home I started calling and speaking to management, Told us they will bring the car in and look at since we had a warranty, over a week later they call us and let us know we have a bill of 400+ that we don t have warranty. They charge 190 for looking a car and if they find more then 1 problem, they charge you 190 for each problem. Get my Jeep back finally and then the guy text us and asked us not to leave a bad review. They sold us a bad car knowing it and tried to cover it up. They aren t helpful at all and buying from them would be a big mistake.

Update I finally spoke with service manager and he said I did not need a receipt they can view it in the system and he got my car serviced right away spoke to him in the morning got my car by afternoon after being there for a week. I was just happy to get my car back. But then a day later see oil in my driveway and go check and oil was spilling. They did a complimentary oil change after replacing my batteries but did not tighten the drain plug correctly. Took it back next day was told they corrected everything. Then by the end of the week my car wouldn t start again. I calmed and service manager told me it was probably my another issue and to get it towed to them. I decided I m not going to pay to get it towed to them again. Took it home my husband checked the wires and sure enough a wire was loose on the battery! Now I m wondering if the technician even replaced the batteries correctly since I had two issues from their service and on top of that my car doesn t run the same and I have yet to hear back from anyone. So frustrating can t have your vehicle serviced correctly! (Update end) if I can get someone to properly service my vehicle I will change my review but 3 months since the service and haven t heard back from anyone ..I have gotten 3 vehicles here but I swear they just have gotten worse. I bought a jeep and got the oil and tire rotation package they couldn t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were swollen and would not replace them even though I haven t had the jeep that long. Now my battery is completely dead and there has to be a warranty on it and they won t honor it saying we need the receipt but we bought the car from them we weren t given a receipt! The battery has a 3 year warranty and not expired yet. Never buying a vehicle from this dealership again they are absolutely ridiculous

I searched for days for the perfect Jeep Wrangler for me. When I found the one I wanted at Texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, I started an online chat and was so lucky to get Carrington Phillips as my salesman. I sent him everything he needed about an hour or so before I got to the lot (which was the basics check stub, insurance, credit app). I also told him which bank I wanted and to please not run my credit with 50 other lenders. And guess what!!! He did just what I asked! I got there and he had the Jeep ready for a test drive and loan approved! It was seamless! I highly recommend Carrington and Texan Dodge! I can t remember finance guys name (I m sorry) but he was just as amazing!

Brought my 2014 Dodge Charger SE in to be serviced since my radio quit working which resulted in me losing control of my a/c, radio, etc. Got quoted with a "1-2 day diagnosis" which turned into 10 days. Already off to an amazing start. Get told they have to order another radio which will be $792 (I get it, Dodge is very specific about radios that I know), just to get told "the radio that was sent to us was incorrect. the radio that is supposed to be ordered is no longer being made. you can pick up car free of charge.". At least they didn't feel the need to charge me for not fixing my car and holding it for 3 weeks.I have a friend who works at another Dodge dealership near Dallas that I thought I'd get a second opinion from, and it's kind of funny the difference is knowledge and service. Within 30 minutes ordered me a replacement radio that I was told is "no longer being made" that will be here in a week for $350. Again from another dodge dealership not some 3rd party shop or something. So I guess I'll drive the extra 2 hours to a dealership who can actually help me for HALF the cost and wait.I asked why there's such a huge difference in price and what not, his response was "they either don't know what they're doing, or they're choosing to do stuff like that." which kind of backs up some of the other recent reviews here... 12/12/23

Went here to have cousin's Ram serviced under warranty. Her truck was there a week, and the problem did not get fixed. Has an issue with extra hard shifting. While it was there, the windshield was cracked all the way from one side to the other. The truck is back there now, trying to get all of the issues fixed. Will update upon getting truck back.

I had one vehicle in specific i was looking for. I went to several dealers and it seemed no one wanted to work with me at all. I met with Gerardo upon arrival and had one of the best experiences at a dealer i think i have ever had. I left that day but was able to work the deal over the phone which is perfect for me because i didn t have to leave work. The whole staff was wonderful. I already told Gerardo out next vehicle will be coming from texan! Thank you again!!!

Only giving one star because I can t give negative stars.I brought my Jeep there for service.It needed a part that was on back order so I left it under their care while we waitedI was under the impression it was in the shop and not operational due to the needed repair it was not.They parked it outside for a long time then the back order part was delayed the Jeep sat outside even longer.One day I needed something from my Jeep because it had been so longAnd that was when I found outThe dealership couldn t find my Jeep.I don t know when Texan knew it was gone but they played games and gave me the runaround after a police report and some more reindeer games from Texan.their insurance company tellsMe they were not going to accept responsibility because Texan Locked the doors and thats the best they could do and apparently all they needed to do in an attempt to absolve themselves of any responsibility.Their ownership group Ken Garff wouldn t help to make things right either just saying the crime in Houston is to bad and they can t help it when their customers vehicles get stolen. Or what their insurance company says.It s out of their control. We ll that s a lie you can put vehicles in for service behind a fence that s locked during the day and onlyTechs and porters can get in! That s just one risk mitigation mechanism you could use especially since they told me the crime is so bad why don t they try to mitigate some risk?That s where they keep their excess inventory by the way, the fence is already there.Not my first bad experience at Texan but hands down my worst service experience Ever in my almost 50 years on this planet. And I work in the service industry.Horrible experience treated like a child from the jump they know it all and you know nothing! my recommendation is to never ever do business with these people. Any of them Texan or Ken Garff auto group.

I recently found a great deal at Texan Dodge in Humble. One of the sales people Elizabeth reached out to me because I had inquired on the truck. She was very friendly and when I came to see it, she had it already cleaned and ready for me to look at and test drive. She was very friendly and informative on the options package of the truck as we test drove it, and even showed me a new feature the 2019 ram had on the infotainment center that my 2014 trade in didn t have (backup camera on demand display). I didn t feel pressured or uncomfortable at all during the process. I asked Elizabeth about Katskinz leather options, because my trade in has the option and I was interested. She brought me a sample of all the options and colors... the customization is almost endless. The option was worth the price for sure. I bought a nice low mileage lone star and have interior comparable to a Laramie now for much less cost. They were fair on the trade in price, not great but fair. Finance was very friendly and they have the most up to date technology (the crazy cool computer tablet desk.) to get you in and out quickly. I will be contacting Texan Dodge again when my wife is ready to trade. Ask Elizabeth about Katskinz.. Trust me it s worth it. I ve attached before and after pictures.

Most of the reviews for this dealer are from customers who purchased vehicles. Boy are they in for surprise when their vehicle requires services. My warranted vehicle has been at this dealership for over 3 months pending repairs. I rarely, if ever get updates, and when I do, there's always excuses, such as we're waiting on parts or the technician is out sick, and/or he/she is working on other vehicles. If you absolutely must have a Chrysler/Dodge product, I highly recommend you do your research before proceding with a very costly purchase.
