Loved my experience with Tejas!! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful! The two I worked with were Graham and Jerry. They made this the best car buying experience I ve ever had! 100% stress free and they answered all of my questions with no problem!! Definitely will buy from these guys again!

We re so pleased with our decision to have Jesus assist us with our car purchase. The team he works with made our important decision very comfortable without pressure. Jesus is very knowledgeable patient and worked with us to the best of his ability. He explained everything about the functionalities of the car, helped to set up CarPlay, Toyota app even took our first photos with our car to share with family. Our family is excited about our Highlander and can t wait to take it out on a family road trip. Thank you Jesus, Jared, and Jerry for taking time to work with us staying in the Toyota family

I came in for oil. But they went ahead to let me know what my vehicle needed done. I politely asked for the most urgently needed done and they did. I am glad with the service, and the repairs done.I will recommend anyone with Toyota vehicle to visit and you won't be disappointed or regret their patronage.Lovely and nice customer service representative. No pressure on to do what's not needed!

Absolutely fantastic experience here! Nash was my sales representative and she was so understanding, very thorough, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the process! The financial representative was also very patient, kind, and thorough. I never felt forced or pressured to look any anything I wasn't comfortable with. They were respectful of my budget and gave an excellent selection that matched my budget and vehicle necessities!

Good experience! Bit over kill with the reminder texts to get a review. However, it was a good experience. I took 1 star away as it always takes a long time for someone to come out to get the vehicle when I arrive. I waited at least 5 minutes with nobody else in the line before being contacted in the service line. However still an over all good experience. The rep was very friendly and provided great customer service.

I took my truck in to get repaired and they diagnosed it as it being 1 quart low on transmission fluid so they did a transmission fluid flush which cost me $357 and tell me it was fixed to come pick it up. I paid for it and got in it and couldn t get out of the parking lot without it having the same exact problem, I drove down the street made a U-turn check engine light came on. I gave it back to them and said it s not fixed, they wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee. I still haven t got my truck back. Hopefully they will make it good.

My first time to Tejas service center was awesome. I ve been going to another dealer , and they couldn t fix my problem , Matthew at Tejas Toyota service identified it right away and has the part ordered. Definitely will be using them from now on

Tried to purchase a car here and they did the old bait and switch with the price. We had cash and they ended up trying to tack several thousand on top of the price. They even wanted us to pay for a gps tracker when the car would literally be almost completely paid for when we drove away. Would never buy a car here.

At first going and looking at the car was good. Drove okay, price was okay(I ll get back to this), and people were nice. Back to the price, the online and in person prices are completely different and a high chance of not being able to move it. Also they add nitrogen filled tires and a tracker without a way to void that. All around weird experience.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I have one issue, I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked because the light was on. I noticed once I pulled away the tire pressure light was still on. This makes me wonder if the tires were even looked at or rotated.

Demarcus and David made my purchase experience one of the fastest and easiest one I have ever had. They didn t pressure me to sign anything and were so knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing. I would recommend going and looking at all there pre owned inventory before going anywhere else. They not only beat the competitions price by hundreds but they through in extras at no extra cost to me. Thanks guys!!!!

I made a reservation on line. On arrival at the appointed time I was greeted by a service technician along with a mechanic who had all protective items to cover the interior where someone would sit while performing tasks. I also inquired about a new lug nut to prevent stolen tires and rims. These were in stock and installed also. In about 45 minutes my car was pulled up front. The check out was done in minutes and I was on my way again.

My wife and I took our vehicles in for a service and decided to walk around a little. My wife ended up leaving with a 2023 Tacoma TRD PRO. This was our first new vehicle purchase from Tejas. The experience was great and we spent the least amount of time here than we have anywhere else. John, our salesman, was very friendly and we would recommend him to anyone who went there.

First of all , everyone was friendly and willing to assist in any way ; I found a truck that I liked and we made a deal in minutes . We completed the deal quickly and I was out the door within 2 hours . I have confidence that when I need help that Tejas will be there for me and I couldn t be more satisfied

I entered in the office for service I wait with someone come to take care me no even good morning. Then after three days may car didn't want tour on . I think is the battery ,no problem before.I hope my car doesn't has any problems.

I have been coming here for the past 7 years and let me tell you that I always get treated right! Demario has been taking care of me since I ve been there. I went to get my oil changed at another place and while the service wasn t bad, it wasn t Tejas Toyota! I moved about 2 years ago and now it s about a 20 minute drive from my house but I don t care because I will make that drive just to get my car serviced! Every time I leave there I feel like my car was handled with care. I will be a customer forever! Thank you Tejas Toyota for taking care of my car for the past 7 years! I recommend this place to everyone.

Took 2012 tundra last year in February to have the a/c system repaired and check for any other issues with the vehicle through the $180 multi- point inspection..Told them about the issues having with a/c not working and to add coolant to the coolant system a few times over the past year Results come back need new compressor and clutch, but could not find anything wrong with the coolant system the charge for the work was just under $4000 . 6mths later I was adding coolant again, and the a/c was not working properly, took it back, they checked at no charge and said could not find anything wrong, two days later a/c not working properly took it to a different shop and they said the a/c system was over charged, told the technician at the other shop what was happening with the dealer and what I paid, he did a evacuation and flushed the system and recharged $65 dollars, and also informed me I had a coolant leak possibly coming from the valley plate located underneath the intake, and needed to be repaired before it left me stranded, or worse blown engine from overheating and the cost of that repair would be additional $2500, didn t have the funds at the for repairs, shop technician said at least I knew about it and can keep a watch on the coolant levels and carry a gallon of coolant to refill when needed until I could afford the repairs The dealer over charged my a/c system said it was good and did not tell me of the the coolant leak..??Well exactly one year from date of a/c replacement, the clutch on the a/c started squealing again, first took it back to the shop that did the flush and recharge of the system, he said the clutch was going out, told I would take to dealer to replace it was under warranty, dealer charged the $180 multi- point inspection fee before they would even look at it, said it would be deducted from any repair cost that was not covered by warranty, after two hours of waiting the dealer rep. Informed me of a relay that was not working, said the clutch and compressor and the parts under warranty were in good shape ? I asked which relay he said the one under the fuse box, and the fuse box needed to be taken out to replace..And the cost would ve been $635 after the deduction for the inspection cost.. I told him, was not going to pay for it after paying for the replacement of the system a year ago he said ok walked off..While he was gone I Checked online about the relays and switches for that a/c system there are three, one in the dash behind a/c control panel, one IN the fuse box, and one on the clutch to engage it. The rep come back said they could drop the price to just the cost of the relay, and the inspection fees. Not happy with it cause he had been miss leading from the start, told them that I had took the vehicle to a different shop and got different results, other shop said clutch was sticking and needed to be replaced since it should ve been covered by warranty from one year, which would be today , he said either way I was responsible for paying the inspection fee of $180 even if they didn t do the repair work the price of the part would be $111.59, requested part # searched part, found it was a relay/fuse in the fuse box, sold at just about every auto parts store for less than $40, made them aware of that, the response was it s not Toyota parts after trying to get out of there without having the work done or paying, the dealer was wanting keep the vehicle until the inspection fees were paid, I informed them they could complete the repairs and I ll pay the cost, but I will never bring any vehicles to be repaired or nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them, I m not sour about the deal, just aware of the service you now get from this service department, this is not the only bad business we ve had to deal with from them.. ask what multi-point inspections includes check for leaks of coolant..???this service department been bamboozling about every customer walks through door Check their work, get second opinion.. know your vehicles mechanics Just saying, not on the up and up

My son took his truck in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. The techs told him he had a nail in his tire, it could not be repaired, and he needed a new $200 tire. We declined service, took the truck to Discount who removed a piece of shrapnel from the tread with a pair of pliers for no charge. The tire was fine. Either the techs here are not very skilled at diagnosing a simple problem like this, or they were deliberating trying to take advantage of my son.

Worst possible experience - stay away!!1. Told us the car will be ready, and when we drove an hour to the dealership, the car was nowhere ready and asked us to come next week.2. The dealer was extremely rude - told us we have to pay $3000 extra over the online published price; take it or leave it3. When we called next week to check the car, they said its taking time to service the car; and suddenly sends a note that they got another buyer paying higher priceI will give a negative 1 star...

Spoke to Chris Brown in service department regarding recall issues with my Scion. He was very pleasant and helpful. I brought my vehicle straight away. They have a very comfortable waiting area. Free coffee too. He arranged a shuttle service to get me back home and assured me they can also pick me up once my car is complete. I am very pleased with the service I have been provided.

Posting a one star so Tejas Toyota will recognize and correct their info. My son (same name, I'm Jr and he's III) visits them regularly. I visited them once, a long time ago before he ever did. Every time he goes I get the thank you and the survey notifications. I'm not sure, but maybe he'd give them a higher rating, lol.

I m giving 5 stars, my salesman Khalid made my transition from my 2017 BMW with 114T miles into a Camry Hybrid super easy. I drive 50 miles one way M-F to work, and I needed something that was going to be gas efficient. I was skeptical going to a hybrid but I m so glad I did. Khalid was patient and not pushy. And anytime I texted with a question he responded promptly. This went on for approximately 2 weeks before I actually decided on a car, I even went to local dealerships in the area looking at cars and test driving them. But it was Khalid hospitality and honesty that brought me back to him to purchase my car. So happy that I did! I will definitely purchase again from Tejas. Thanks Khalid for making this journey so easy!!Liz

Had appt to take care of recall items. I d set appointment a week earlier, am told after fixing one item they don t have the part to fix other item. Tejas should have cancelled appointment the day before, inconvenience.

Went to the collision center to get my car fixed after crash champions could not figure it out. Johnathan was great and very helpful everyone was friendly. My car was repaired properly and returned to me in a timely manor. They even found a pair of sunglasses I thought I had lost. I would recommend this place. Will be the first place I go to next time.

I had one of my Toyota Camry had the Collision service there. Great service and overall excellent customer service in Collision department. Professional and on time. They also have courtesy pick up and drop off when you have your vehicle in collision repair. They accept all type of insurance company. Johnathan and other guy are so helpful, of course the process from other party insurance companies took a while from the adjuster, but the rest they get done quick on my car.Eric the manager so helpful and understand your needs and he will takes care of it. Excellent customer service, you won t find any dealership like Tejas Toyota.Lisa are very nice and professional. Overall I had a great service and attention from Tejas Toyota, definitely recommend anyone for the service or purchase a new or used vehicle in this dealership. I m from Florida and this is the only dealership that I can trust for the service or purchase vehicle there.Also, the sales young lady Nash is wonderful person and so helpful to help choose the vehicle that you need with great service.Have a blessed day

First time I went to have my car serviced, The person working at the service desk told me the wrong place to go I waited an hour for someone to help me or tell me where to go. Then I got laughed at by an old man that works there.Well, I was going to give a bad review but one the service guys saved the day. Thank you Chris Brown for helping me reschedule my car maintenance.
