Friendly enough, but oil changes take an hour and a half.... and they marked my air filter yellow, or area that needs attention. I had in fact replaced the filter with a brand new one the day before service. While this may not seem like much, and really isn't a get a manager situation, you really need to stop and ask how many people they have done this to who end up buying an over priced filter.

Bought a brand new GMC Acadia 2021, from the 5th day after purchasing from this dealer, it has been constantly presenting manufacturers issues. We are in contact with GMC and had the hope that they, as a car company, would care about the service and care dealers are giving their clients. We've taken the car back to the dealer MULTIPLE times, and nothing has been resolved. It only comes back with more issues that they seem to "not find" and "not be able to fix." I am dissatisfied with the service this dealership continues to give us, and I am disappointed to have to come and send out this review.

Very friendly sales person. They re willing to negotiate and willing to help you out in every way. I highly recommend Daniel Williams. He helped me get my 2020 Sierra crew cab elevation at a very good price this past weekend.

It took over a week for them just to give me an estimate, and when they did it was $3000 just to repair weather stripping. To top it off when they returned my car, it had three big scratches on the door. Great service my appointment was at 8:30am should up 30 mins before my appointment. Victor Figueroa helped me get in and out. Awsome customer service from Victor!

Took them like 3hrs just to do a oil change and wash my vehicle. The was was bad. They didn't clean my windows or vaccum at all. My trk had streaks of dirt still left on it that where clearly visible on a black colored vehicle

Royston Hall is the BEST!! I was able to get my wife a brand new car, and my Daughter a nice used vehicle with little down, and reasonable notes.. But i think the best thing is, He's able to work around your circumstances (Low Down, Bad/No Credit) and put you in a quality vehicle.. If you are in the market, PLEASE GO SEE ROY HALL!!!

I tell everyone i know to go to Texan GMC Buick to get a vehicle. My salesman Royston Hall made the process so easy from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question without hesitation. I love my Canyon!

This was a great experience. My car oil was changed and they even washed the exterior of the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and willing to help out if you needed.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Texan GMC . I traded in my truck to and agreed to price. I was "TOLD" the sale price of the new vehicle was 68,999 (Denali Ultimate 2500 Duramax) OTD. Shook hands and took the deal. Well i get my first statement in and low and behold it was 68,999 plus ttl and Added another 2900 on top of the agreed to price. I bought all my documentation showing this. the sales manager Lonnie Gibson(Crooked Car Salesman) lied through his teeth and will not honor it. So here I am telling my story so that this Scam / Terrible Business practice doesn't happen to anyone else!If it could be 0 Stars i would , unfortunately it will not let me

Bad attitude waste of my time say I was approved and end up staling I spoke to a sales man den I go in and he switches they switch the sales man lying saying he wasn t there when I leave not feeling them cats
