I agree with others. I wish I could give a 0-star review. My truck has been there for nearly a month and the only thing they have completed was a tune up. I declined letting them charge nearly double the cost for a transmission (another dealership quoted me 60% of their cost). Service adviser is in a perpetual state of "checking on the status" and apparently is out of the office often which apparently must bring the entire service department to a halt. Have an extended MOPAR warranty and was getting blame game between them and the dealership. Decided to let them finish another minor repair as they stated the parts where in stock and that was a week ago and I still don't even have a timeline. Worst auto repair experience I have had ever!! I have purchased multiple vehicles from them but will never do business with them again after this experience. Also had my Jeep in for service just over a month ago and when I picked it up the front license plate was bent out and the holder broken. Not a huge problem but something they should have noticed.

If possible I ll give this place a 0 star review!!! Took my brand new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get checked out for a recall on the coil springs 2 days later i went to pick up my truck and everything was fine supposedly it pass the inspection for the recall! Yesterday We took a road trip to The Valley for a family emergency and guess what our RIGHT COIL SPRING literally flew out all we heard was a loud noise and saw the spring land on the side of the road. I m just so thankful nothing major happened to us because my husband was driving 40mph speed limit.Called the dealership and guess what NO ONE HELPED US! All they did was give out numbers of who to call next, all we asked was for them to get us a rental car to get back home (6hrs away) but nope not even. Looks like they don t want to take blame for the mistake of the person who supposedly inspected the recall! But I know for a fact this is not going to stay like this, I m going to get an attorney because this could ve been avoided if y all would ve done the job right! Everything crosses my mind like this could ve cause a big accident or us flip over and one of my family members got injured bad Don t take y all vehicle to this place!!! Or get a Jeep Grand Cherokee because those are the ones with the recall!

Terrible customer service, no call backs, lied about warranty coverages, and best of all left parts and hardware off car after receiving it back half fixed after two weeks with no loaner available. Left multiple messages for sevice manager Dalton Hobbs to call me back without a word. Left message with general manager Greg Williams with no call back, and on hold for 30 minutes. Will update of they make any attempt to rectify, but doubt that will happen. If you buy a car here, don't expect any sort of support after purchase. They got their money already.

My car was for an oil change and tire rotation. All was well. However, it concerns me how we are just given the receipt without speaking in DETAILregarding performance needed. Please consider placing this excellent communication and good customer service factor BACK Into the process. As a widow it would be warmly welomed. Instead the Representative, tells you to look on the 2nd page.

To schedule an appt. for an oil change at my convience is very important to me. TEXAN DODGE always is courteous and polite, very professional. I appreciate the complimentary customer service extras of covering my floor mat and seat protector!! Thank you very much for this! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I really enjoy my 2018 RAM 1500 and pray I will be able to drive it for several hundred thousands miles!!! took care of a lot and he worked well with me on my issues. Except I specifically asked for diagnostics so I knew of any issues and never got the report. I will reach in hopes I can get full report on findings because I feel like the brakes may need work and headlights are terrible. Inspection could have been done due in January.

I bought my 2020 kicks in for an oil change at 7:30 am and did not leave until 11am for a basic oil change, on a Monday. My fluids were not refilled, and battery was not checked properly after asking.

I took my truck in on Monday and Nic said after it was diagnosed and would be ready by the weekend i had to call Nic several times and he never returned my calls. Went i Finally reached him on Thursday he assured me it would be ready when promised. Went there Sat cause no answer or responce and he was off and my truck still sat outside not even started on. After work monday went there and truck was done but then there were two lights on the dash that wasnt there to start I told Nic and he tried to get me to leave it 2 or 3 more days before they could look at it. He told me they had no loaners or rentals that i was promised after diagnosing by the warranty co. So i went to his manager and within a few hours my truck was fixed. Not keeping me informed and making promises that wasnt kept is unprofessinal and un appreciatedService: Air conditioning

In July, we purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee Overland from this dealership. Driving it over the next two weeks, I noticed noise coming from the suspension and brought it back for service. It was there for 5 days, and I was told there were no loaner vehicles available. When it was returned to me, I was informed that "several things needed tightening" (on my brand new vehicle sold to me by them) and that it was fixed. When I drove it home, I found that it was still making the same noise. I scheduled another service appointment on the Jeep app, only to arrive at the time of my appointment and be told that they were "backed up" and couldn't look at it for several days. I came back again on the date they told me (August 14, 2023), and they had my vehicle for a total of nearly 4 weeks (August 14, 2023 to September 8, 2023). I was told that the fasteners for the right front strut "somehow came loose" which caused the strut to wear out. (It seems obvious to me that (a) they were not properly inspected before selling us the vehicle, and (b) they were not checked when I brought the vehicle in for service the first time. They don't just "somehow come loose.") After two weeks of no loaner vehicle and still no ETA for the repairs, I demanded a loaner car at that point and they finally did provide one. When I picked up my vehicle on September 8, 2023, nearly 4 weeks later, I found that it (once again) has the exact same problem and still is not fixed.Clearly their quality control for new vehicles is inadequate. In addition to the Service Department not being able to fix my vehicle after having it for a total of nearly 5 weeks, they are also not responsive and require constant follow-up (by me, the customer) to get updates on my vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had to bring my car back three times for a transmission issue that I didn't have before going. Kept my car weeks longer than initially quoted. When I got my car back the headlight was out. Changed it, but just surprised they didn't notice. My service advisor was great and helped me through all of it which is why I gave the extra star.

So i called to schedule an oil change before heading out of town. I have a 2500 ram with a Cummins so the oil change is very important. So I have the oil change deal that the dealer sells. They get me in and out and even wash it for me. Awesome. But where I have an issue is that had some paper work stashed under my arm rest and out of sight mind you, can you tell me why it was found on the floor of the rear of my truck.Then the service itself. I get 2 miles down the road and my check engine light comes on. Pop the hood this is what I see. I m not saying this is causing it but this is not the level of service that I have come to expect from here. Nor did they offer to sell me wipers or fuel filter service or injection service that I had to do my self. I prob would have done one of those three to help a brother mechanic but at least give me the option to.I ve had two vehicles from you a and this will be my last. From promises not kept like floor mats or my second set of key fobs on a brand new 2020 at the time. Almost going on one year and still waiting on floor mats and my key fob. It s a shame. My wife has an appointment to get a Jeep Grand Cherokee L at a much further away dealer this coming up week. I guess they will also be servicing my truck as well

Should be a 0 star. My last 4 vechiles have been a Jeep but the service is so bad that Im considering any brand that I can get great service at like Sewell dealership or Lexus.

Service was very unresponsive and I didn't assist with my issue. I called multiple times for updates and didn't get calls back. When I finally drove in they just said my vehicle was repaired, but the issue persisted. Sales was decent when I purchased a vehicle, but that's offset by the ownership experience.

If it was possible to post with zero stars, I would do so. I have never seen dealt with a dealship service center with such poor customer service, bad communication, and inadequacy to properly diagnose a vehicle. I have had the same repeated issue with ac on our vehicle and the "repairs" last maybe 6 months and same issues re-occur. Not only that but dishonest with pricing and properly taking the care to slove this issue. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Please stay away!

1.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment!!! My last visit was 2.5 hours for the oil change and 4wd service. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to sit there for 1.5-2.5 hours? Tires were not rotated again. This is the second time the tires have not been rotated. Oil life meter not reset again. Do the technicians not have a checklist?? I guess I should be happy they at least change the oil! ( I check it before I leave) The service over the last 3 visits continues to decline.I have 1 remaining oil change out of the 3 that I purchased and I will likely be looking for a new service department for my maintenance needs. This review is not a reflection of my service advisor as they do not perform the actual service to the vehicle and usually rectify the mistakes before I leave which unfortunately adds to the 1.5 hours I already spent there.

You have price yourself out Of a customer. Especially after I told you what the problem was And you diagnosed something else and didn't fix my truck. I took it back to the Ford dealership shop how diagnosed the problem at first and they fixed it.

I will never take my car here again. Service Advisors are paid 100% on commission so they hugely inflate prices, suggest bogus work like decarbing your engine , and charge $185/hour for labor. Brand new Grand Cherokee with suspension noise issues. Taken twice already for service (the last time they held it for two weeks) and released with exactly the same issue. The service department is very unresponsive, and requires extensive follow up from the customer to get an answer on anything. So far has not done to fix the problem, and clearly does not check its work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was hassled by the service advisor on both of my in-person visits, made an appointment to drop my vehicle off and it wasn't actually looked at until almost a week later, and then my vehicle was in the shop for a month for oil leaks and paint repairs that were covered under warranty - the timeliness is one thing, but the general lack of customer service will ensure I avoid this service department in the future, even if it is conveniently located.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Engine repair, Oil change

brought my vehicle in for service, a recall and some small warranty concerns. Had to wait 2 weeks for appointment, not a huge deal. When I left the car, I was informed they would need it 5 days 5 days to perform about 4 hours of work.They also " could not duplicate " a concern that I can duplicate every time I drive the car. Within a week of retrieving the car I had an oil leak I called, made a follow-up appointment and brought it back on the day set by the service department. They had the car 2 days to fix a "defective " oil filter. I am a 40 year ASE Master techniician and a twenty year European car shop owner. The only time I have ever seen a quality oil filter leak was due to improper installation. Seriously, two days to fix a simple comeback? As a shop owner, if I ran my business this way I would have been out of business a long time ago

I have tried to be patient with the service department here. I ve reached out to Aaron the advisor who is working on my truck and he doesn t respond. He told me that my truck should be ready last week on Thursday and it s still not ready. He did make mention of payment though.As of today (Tuesday), I don t have a truck, and I haven t heard from them. To make matters worse they don t provide loaner vehicles as they take their time with fixing vehicles. I want to move my truck so bad but my insurance company has made the check out to them. I won t be using them anymore in the future! I will drive 50 miles through a hurricane in January to have my vehicle fixed before I ever do business here with this service department again!

I also got my spring coil recall resolved here but I was never informed that should there recall need to take place I would not be able to take my car outta the dealership and they didn t have a loaner ready so I got an Uber home and stranded til Monday when they brought me back in for a loaner . I haven t traveled much with the car but the review from Vico below mine scares me as I thought this issue was on 2021 Grand Cherokee Ls only ; and here is a 2023 . YIKES what a stupid issue all around . No problems yet , fingers crossed

No loaner car available even though I requested a month and a half ahead of time. Service advisor hard to contact. Also, bolts and plastic body clips are missing from the inner fender where work was done and the piece came off while I was driving. Very poor work on the part of the mechanic and whoever inspected it before we took possession of it. Very unsafe situation your dealership put us in.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

So many service departments get a bad wrap, often for very valid reasons. Often you just hear about the nightmares, but I just wanted to share the consistent good experiences I've had with Texan Dodge on the service of my Jeep. Sure there's been some bumps in the road but they truly care and have been easy to work with. Special shoutout to Luis. I've had a few issues with my Jeep and he's been great to work with. I don't recommend too many places, but they've done a good job for me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto battery maintenance, Oil change

0 stars!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Vehicle sat for two weeks without even being looked at, no communication, no diagnosis, nothing. Service advisors were rude and short, Nic told me they are ready to get rid of the vehicle because it s just taking up space. Asked about rentals but was told that the last person that actually got a rental waited for TWO MONTHS . Don t do it.Reached out to Greg Wilhelm via email also, guess what . No response either this place is a joke
