Took Xterra in for recall & oil change. Oil change completed; recall item couldn't be completed in 8 hrs. They kept my car overnight to complete recall item. Service tech kept me abreast of work.

Well drop car off Friday for my scheduled appointment on Monday. This is prior to Christmas. The problem, electrical problem with center console on 22 Nissan Versa. They order new console, but the back up camera not working now. They keep the car until Wednesday after Christmas. Say it's ready, but we test the back up camera and it's not working. They then say they have to order a new center consol and we can take the car and they will call us when they get it. Today, Thursday, the console going all kinds of crazy and will not let my key fob work with the car.

Disappointed to learn oil change service was no longer able to be scheduled on the website. Also, oil changes are now only offered on Tuesday and Thursday versus all open days on a first come, first serve basis. Website still suggest ability to schedule an oil change but the option is no longer there. They just suggested need the for changing our in cabin air filter and soon to need the engine air filter change which were both changed by me a week ago.

I am a 66 year old, partially disable senior citizen & in the past I have purchased 3 vehicles from Robbins Chevrolet/Nissan. I always take my vehicle back for routine services. I purchased a new battery Jan. 2021 from Robbins. November 2022, I started having problems with the battery, I got stranded and had to haves my battery/vehicle boosted. The 2nd time I had my car towed. I contacted Dan in the Nissan Service Dept. & was told that my battery was still under warranty but I couldn t just bring the battery in, it must be installed in the car. Because my battery was dead, I had to have my car towed again. Arriving at Nissan, my car was put on a charge. Dan informed me that the machine indicated to reset, recharge. After being on the 2nd charge for over an hour, Dan informed me that my battery accepted the charge and therefore it could not be replaced. (After being on the charger for over an hour quite naturally it was going to start my car.) The next morning my car would not start. I call Carissa Delgado to see if there was someone else I could talk to.3 or 4 days later Chris, stated he was the Service Manager, called me back. I explained the problem. He asked me to bring my car back but if it passed the charge like before, Nissan s policy is not to honor the warranty. I asked if they could pick the car up & explained that I only get 4 free tows a year from AAA & I ve already used 2 behind this battery. I asked if they could pick my car up, he said yes but we will charge you. I really felt that Chris thought this was a joking matter and made a unprofessional comment, Well it s a good thing the year is almost over & your AAA will start over . I said NO, I just recently renewed.I WILL NEVER, spend another dime at Robbins Nissan & will try to discourage anyone else from doing so.

Don't ever bring your vehicle to this dealership. They should put a large sign out front saying we don't want black people business or money . My truck has been there since the 17th of February and they lied to Allstate and said it wasn't there.. I told them to just put a large Trump sign out front so we would know to bring over vehicles to another racist white dealershipService: Auto body & trim repair

Made an appointment online for oil change and tire rotation. I was coming with a new car and had previously came here for oil changes in my previous car. I did not purchase my Nissan here, nor did I purchase my previous car here either. It s a new 2022 and was NOT told at check out that they didn t do my rotation. I asked about it since it was crossed off on the paper. I left and called the person who had helped me check in and was told my wheel locks are aftermarket and that they wouldn t touch them. Mind you, I haven t done anything to this car and called Tom peacock where I had purchased and they said it s odd that they didn t rotate my tires regardless if it s aftermarket or not. And I guess that s just their policy. Policy or not, I should have been told before my oil change was done. I paid $50 for an oil change that s supposed to come with free rotation. Now I have to make an appointment elsewhere for my tires and spend more money. I will not be returning.Service: Oil change

Dec. 28, 2022I was at service center at Robbins Nissan in Humble, Texas. Horrible experience, staff is not friendly and uneducated, unprofessional. I will not visit here again and I'm not buying another Nissan.I've had experiences at other service center such as Lexus and it's a totally exceptional experience.At Robbins Nissan No customer service etiquette providing the worse customer service experience.But I must remember this is in Humble Texas.

Very frustrated with this new system they have. I am supposed to receive a text with my inspection and recommendations for service.I did not receive it until I had to go ask about it. This has happened since the pandemic. Before the service advisor would come and talk to you about what was recommended. That system seemed to work very well.If it weren t for the stellar service in the past, this rating would be 1 star Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

To start off I had my car towed here because my alternator died on me. The service advisor Kriss told me it would be Thursday or Friday before they could look at it. I called late Thursday afternoon to see if they got to my car yet and he gives me some excuse his technician went on vacation and that he will be coming back Monday. I was ok with that but he was very rude and even hung up on me in the middle of asking questions. Monday I call and he gave me a run around and would not be clear of to what is going on with my car. Again he gives complete attitude and hangs up on me. I called the service manager Kieth and he also has an attitude to where now I m just wanting to get my car and bail. They came back to say I m going to need an alternator, core, and fan belt and that it would cost 1296.00. I knew that was way overpriced and dealing with these disgruntled employees to where the next morning I came and towed my car to Kristian Brothers that replaced my alternator (no fan belt needed) and charged 293.00 but that was even reduced due to still having warranty on my alternator. I used to come to Robbins Nissan for oil changes and warranty items but I would not trust these people with a hot wheels. The advisor Kriss and his manager Kieth were very unethical and dishonest throughout the whole ordeal and displayed they could care less about you the customer. Beware!!!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received on 2/14/22 from the start my service advisor did not introduce herself when I pulled up I had to ask if it was her because I made an appointment. At the end of the service there was no explanation of the service, I read what was listed on my receipt. I understand that now you make an appointment for what you want done but I m not a mechanic I don t know what my car needs. What happened to Service where they check it out and honestly tell you what your car needs. Yesterday, 2/28 my car wouldn t start I called AAA for a jumpstart, I understand I probably need a new battery however the AAA mechanic had to pour CocaCola on the battery terminals and wipe them before attaching the jumper cables. My concern is that the technician that changed my oil on Mon 2/14 did not see the buildup on my battery and think to mention it. My receipt from 2/14 from Robbins Nissan notes that I m part of the Nissan Multi Point Inspection Program and a Visual Inspection of the Vehicle was done not happy at all!Service: Oil change

I ve always used Nissan whenever I needed to service my Rogue, I ve never had any problems until recently. The last time I came they were very unprofessional, not once did they tell me what was going on or let me know what was needed. I request to have them change my rear windshield wiper and they got upset cause no one told them earlier. And today I came to get an oil change and my state inspection. I made an appointment with them so that I wouldn t have to wait so long. When I came in I was told and it was first come first serve, and the appointment I made did not count. The guy told me that he didn t know why they even had appointments during the week. Now they want to tell me I have to wait 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I m really disappointed with them

I think they are no longer doing their job well, I bought a new Altima in 2022 with warranty and extensive service, with 7 free oil changes or included in my warranty, I went to the dealer to do the first oil change at 3000 miles and rotation of tires, the oil change was not done and the tire rotation was done, I changed dealer because they did the same thing, now what??? Will I have to change dealer again???Service: Oil change

Had horrible experience, i go to have factory recall repair, asked Johnny Martinez to look at cv joint while they got it, to see if i need to use warranty. Then he charged me 160 dollars and kept my car till i paid and lied and said he told me i was getting charged for him to listen to noise while he had it!

I pulled up driving back to pasadena from out of town at a funeral. It was raining and I could not see. Kriss Dial walked me over to the parts dept. After measuring my wiper blades and actually found a pair that fit my toyota. What a nice man very knowledgeable about the auto industry. And put the wipers on so me and my family could safely make it back home. It's the small things that mean so much .

I am a valued customer over 27 years of dealing with Robbins service,on this date I already had had the complimentary Multi point inspection sheet,when I drove up I inquired about the sunbit,she asked me for my driver's license and handed me the the computer and had me to put email and phone number and they told me what I qualified for in a matter of minutes,I was never informed that I needed a debit card,I told the young lady I was paying with credit card and I went sat down for 3 hours while my vehicle was being serviced,they called me up to cashier and that is when cashier told me I needed a debit card and I informed her service advisor Brenna Sue Boub did not tell me that,otherwise I would not have had all that work done on vehicle,I knew what I came in too pay with,well I went and spoke with my salesman after I had to use my credit card to charge over 680.00 to my card,very upset,he in turn had me to speak with the loyalty manager who was very nice and assuring me she was sorry how that happened, since it was not explained to me about sunbit,and she into has the service manager comes in and of course he blows me off saying that I should have read the fine lines and he showed me the sunbit pamphlet which the young lady never gave to me ,if I had had the pamphlet I would have read it and knew then that no I would not have had that service done since I knew what I was paying with,when I came in,I felt that was very un professional and for now on ,I will definitely ask everything, since I see how I was treatedServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I didn't have a good experience I had a diagnostic done and it was not explained or options I couldn't recommend them to my family to my friends or to you I'm very disappointed they did charge me though quite a bit for nothing go in there at your own risk thank you

Don't even bother making an appointment. They literally do it first come first serve....so your appointment is meaningless. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours without warning.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
