My only go-to for any concerns or simple maintenance. Great staff, consistent communication, and work completed in a timely manner. The managers, Joseph and Rickey, are always very helpful and ensure I am getting the best service at an affordable price. I truly appreciate their efforts and willingness to accommodate any needs in every visit.

Dropped my car off to get diagnosed for two issues. Didn't get a quote of what the issues were when I picked up the car, just a receipt charging me $200. And when I went to pick up the car yesterday the guy kept telling me you don t get a paper quote he gave it to you over the phone, that s the price .

We heard a rattling sound coming from inside the hood and to our surprise we found a tool still inside! Not only dangerous for us, but dangerous for those on the road I guess that s what we get for paying over 650 dollars with them and being a loyal costumer (not anymore). If I could put zero stars I would.

This place was horrible. No one should ever go to this place., 5 hours to change the oil and back brakes and they are still grinding as if the work was not done at all. $600+ dollars gone!!!! I will have to take it someplace else because I am too afraid to take it back. This is a house of thieves.

Shady. We took our truck in to have the AC checked out under our warranty. When we dropped it off, the guy said it's a $50 deductible, but that I needed to sign the paper which said $180 to check it, but it's actually going to be $50. When I was signing, I even asked the question "So we will be paying $50?" He said yes.Fast forward five days, without a call to ask about doing anything, we get a call saying it's ready and we owe $180 because they added freon and it wasn't covered by the warranty. My husband had already added freon before we took it in so it wasn't low. And they never called to tell us we needed freon and that it would cost more than the $50 we were assured we would be paying. We had been here with several vehicles in the past with no issue. We will not go to Quick Lane any longer. They did this and stuck us with this bill even though we had been promised we would pay $50.Service: Air conditioning

After recent service where I just spent to have ALL recommended maintenance performed, the car now has some minor issues. All associated with the maintenances I had done. I dropped car off at 7:30a and at 6pm still hadn't heard from anyone. I check the vehicle GPS and it still sitting in the same spot 11hrs later. I asked for another oil change and to look into my minor issues. I specifically stated I had to have the car back the same day. 4 cars were ahead of me which means at minimum I should have heard from someone by at least Noon. There's nothing Quick about this location and their internal communication with one another is horrible. I'm done with this location, this was just this visit the review is due to the last 3 visits which have been awful. The manager leadership should be questioned as well as whoever the service director is.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

My question is how do you say you close at 5 pm but at 3:25 pm not taking anymore oil changes? All the stalls were empty. A 40 minute oil change isn t gonna take take longer than an hour. If it s just an oil change I feel if it s not going to take past closing time then it should be done.

Went in for a State inspection. It took less than 15 minutes to complete. I paid nothing since it was my car's first one. (New vehicle coupon) Joseph was a great representative for this early morning visit. He was so thoughtful and attentive. Since Quick Lane's inspection guy wasn't due to arrive until 8 AM, he called the main service department and got their guy to inspect my vehicle. That's what I call excellent customer service and going above and beyond what was necessary. He could have made me wait, but I'm glad he didn't. Thank you very much. it's always a good thing when you can go to the dealership and not have to spend money, but also have really quick service on your car.

I highly recommend Quick Lane in Humble, Tx for their management and service writers. They are much more professional than the Quick Lane in Porter, Tx even though they are under the same ownership. I would never use the Porter location.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Walked in at 2pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be about 1.5 hours. No problem. They weren't very busy so I went with it. I sit and wait. 1 hour 25 minutes later, my truck is still in the parking lot and hasn't been touched. Service advisor nowhere to be found. This was unacceptable with no explanation. I asked for my keys and left. Don't waste your time like I did.

I recently took my 2015 f150 there to get an oil change. Service advisor Rickey asked about doing a tune up as it was required due to my mileage. Said it would be about an hour and a half so I said let's do it. I walked around looking at new trucks and cars next door and returned about an hour and fifteen minutes later. By this time, Rickey was gone and someone else was helping me. He informed me that one of my spark plugs was stripped and couldn't be removed at this time. Now I was having second thoughts about this tune up. He and the mechanic assured me that I could drive my truck until the parts came in to fix my truck. They would have someone call me to bring my truck back. This is where it goes from bad to worst. The phone call never came! I waited to hear from someone but never did. Little over a week had gone by with my truck still not fixed. I then emailed the General Service Manager Jeff and told him about my problem. Jeff called me the next morning and asked me to come by ASAP to fix my truck. I did. Got there around 9:30 am and was leaving with my truck fixed around noon. The reason I'm giving these guys 5 stars is because I understand things happen. Life happens. Sure I was a little frustrated when I didn't receive the call to come back but they took care of my issue and made it right. My truck is running great and I have no problems with it. I purchased my truck from Planet Ford and have had all my service done with them. I will continue going to Planet Ford and hopefully this will help someone else make the decision to go with them too! Thanks Quick Lane and Planet Ford.

Went to the quick lane for my tire rotation and oil change, Took them more than an hour to do so which is extremely slow in my opinion. They spent more time walking around and taking their sweet time. If your interested in buying a vehicle they have good deals at the store and are willing to help, but when it comes to the quick lane part of the store try to avoid it unless you want an average job oil change that you can get at jiffy lube with 5x the wait.Service: Oil change

Quick land have always been a good place for service. The manager Ricky always very helpful and respectful. And they will get you out fast depends on the service you are getting. So if anyone goes there they will not be disappointed. I'll give them a a five star.

Took my truck on a Saturday for an oil change and agreed to pick up after business hours as long as they call me when the truck is done and where they hide my key at. They never bothered to call when they finished and never told me where they hid the key at? Spent literally 20 minutes trying to find it and never did. Had to drive back Monday to ask where my key at. Way to Go Quick lane. You just lost a loyal customer. Worst part was I called the lady that overseas customer satisfaction and left her a voice message, never called me back either SMH..

Jose was dealing with my car and always made sure I had updates about it at all times while it was being maintenance. As far as what it had to be done it actually took less than what I was told it was going to take. Overall I had a good experience and I am glad they fixed the issue my car was having

Came in at 4:58 PM wanting just an oil change. Not even The Works . They said that they are done for the day even though their posted hours say 7 PM. The clerk said he has too many jobs lined up and said and pointed to his one remaining ticket on the wall . I asked if there was anything he can do since I have wanted it done before a road trip and he walked over to another gentleman and immediately said nope sorry we re done for the day. I kindly suggest you update your hours to 4:57 PM if that is how late you want to accept new customers and money. A shame since I needed 10 quarts of synthetic motor oil in my Mustang. Went to Jiffy lube that took me right away and close at 6 PM.

I have a 2008 Ford Expedition. I have taken it to planet ford spring location for the last 5 years. Every service needed has been done there. While in the care of the spring location, my vehicle has been rear ended, dented, and a few other things. I recently had them install new shocks in struts. They did it incorrectly twice, and took almost 3 weeks to do it. After long conversations with their service manager I was done with ford all together. We heard from others the Humble Quick Lane was way better and decided to give them a try before giving up on ford. Carl (Service manager at Humble location) and his staff did an excellent job. They handled all warranty conversations with the spring location for me, they did theory in 3 days, made some very good technical recommendations about tires and other issues the Spring location either didn't know to say or didn't care enough to talk about. They went out of their way (Humble location) to make sure we stayed a ford customer and I'm very pleased to have used their service an I highly recommend them.

This is exactly how Quick Lane should work!! The team was great, the service was very fast and done right! I was in and out for my oil change and tire rotation in under an hour. I wish I did not live so far from this Quick Lane. I would highly recommend using them just freaking awesome!

I GUESS BECAUSE IM A FEMALE THEY THINK IM NOT CAR SMART....I went in jan to get my TIRES ROTATED AND OIL CHANGE.. In April I decided to change my brakes when I noticed (after doing my driver side tires no problem) my front passanger tire lug nuts looked like this. They did a tire rotation. I didn't even attempt to take my lug nuts off because I didn't want to screw up my car. I took it back to quick lane to have them removed. I left them there for a whole week waiting for a manager to call me back because he seemed to never be at location ( Ricky) so today I spoke with (joseph) who said He called Ricky in regards to my situation. WHO STATES ITS WEAR AND TEAR. THE ONLY REASON MY CAR WAS TAKEN TO THEM FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROATION WAS BECAUSE I WAS PREGNANT AND COULD NOT CHANGE MY OIL PLUS TIRE CHANGE WAS INCLUDED. For a girl who knows how to work on cars more than just oil and breaks, and raised on a racing track I KNOW FOR A FACT THIS IS NOT WEAR AND TEAR. And if you let your lug nuts get like this from "wear and tear" well then i dont know what to say...If it was ALL my lugnuts would look like this. IN FACT IT WAS ONLY 1 TIRE. As if the technician was incapable of finding the proper size socket. I asked what policy was when they NOTICE WEAR AND TEAR they said they inform customer I was never informed because then I would have replaced them. They went on to state they swell up as well and it could be caused by this. SO WHICH ONE IS IT. WEAR AND TEAR OR SWELLING. smh so I had to spend another 40 bucks to replace my friggin lug nuts. I'll NEVER EVER GO BACK

For friendly professional customer service service, Ricky is your guy. He follows up after any service to make sure you're satisfied with the service. I've been getting my oil changed along with other services at the Humble location for over five years now. I don't plan on going anywhere else.

Not only are the workers polite, respectful, and provide quality work, but they will aid in anyway possible. My brother-in-law had a seizure in the parking lot and fell to the ground, hitting his head. Half the shop RAN out to help us. While I was in shock, they took control of the situation and followed proper First-Aid measures. At the same time calling 911 for an ambulance. The way they handled everything was beyond words. It s things like this, that will make me a customer for life. Thank you, Quick Lane crew!

I just wanted to thank David for being an amazing advisor. He was very professional, thoughtful, kept me informed after dropping my 2018 Escape off for my 15,000 mile service, and finished the work in less time than expected. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle in for future services. Thank you again for your kind hospitality and great representative.

Just Horrible. Went for an appointment at 11am to have an oil change and alignment done. After waiting for 2 hours they finally informed me that they can do an oil change but won't be able to do the alignment at all. So 2.5hr for an oil change alone!!! I have no idea how they are an authorized Ford Shop. Will never come back!!!

Came in at 425 on Saturday. There was only 1 sales person. After waiting 15 minutes to be helped ,I was told they couldn't do an oil change because they closed at 5. I guess that meant they closed at 440. Additionally, the previous time I came in I was told I needed a rear break job. I told them it was under warranty and was then told they were out of brakes pads for my 2011 f150. How do you run out of f150 brake pads at the ford dealership? They said i would be called when parts came in. No call ever came. I had previously had good service at the location. I guess it's time to take my business elsewhere

Ricky was amazing! When I walked in I was greated by three staff members. I went in for a oil change and before I left they showed me where I had a leak, and why I had a leak. They didn't just let me drive off not knowing, and there was no pressure to get it fixed right away. I will definitely be back!
