Showed up at 4:20pm and there s two workers outside saying they re closed when they re hours clearly show until 5pm, when I m suppose to get stuff out of my car so my insurance can take it and they told me they couldn t even call the owner and ask him to come back to let us do that. The 2 guys are just sitting in the parking lot smoking after hours? Very strange. Do not recommend to any one

Worst ever body shop I been to. I will never recommend dis body shop to anyone had to take my vehicle for a Insurance claim n minor insurance claim charged my insured 10 grand n my car still not fixed properly had to take it back 3 times had a very bad experience at dis place

They did a wonderful job on my 2019 after a hit and run with a semi truck. Got it back to as good as new. Great customer service. They kept me updated throughout the process and worked with my insurance seamlessly.

After being referred by the tow company in Humble to Phil Baumann I would never recommend anyone do business with this repair shop. It was over a month before my vehicle was fixed after me having to call weekly to check in on the progress. Once complete there were still issues with my car and I brought it back to be corrected. That was when I met the owner who is COMPLETELY RUDE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. His employee informed me they would cover a rental service due to them not having my car fixed, the owner refused to pay for the rental and got so rude and nasty when I spoke to him about it. He is a horrible business owner and doesn t value customer service at all. I wouldn t recommend anyone do business with repair shop. The owner is the WORST!

My daughter's car was towed here and my wife wanted it brought home the next day. They wanted $800. I confronted the owner and he was very rude. I curse this owner and it's employees in the name of Jesus Christ. They need to go out of business

worst owner ever. convinced that every good review is fake! didn t hear anything from them for over 30 days and then when i finally got my car back that the supposedly cleaned there was more dirt in it and on it than when i originally dropped off. also found out they let employees drive your cars around bc when i asked the owner if he did indeed take it out at first i got lies, then was meet with aggression before being told he did indeed go get some fast food and drove my car to get it. odd and rude experience and my cars body work wasn t goodServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Do NOT bring your car here!!!!!! Rude and incompetent owner. They will drive your car without your knowledge, my vehicle was disgusting and littered with trash/dirt when I got it back. The repairs are mediocre and you can tell they were lazy and did not care. The owner is RUDE and will cuss at you on the phone if you have even the slightest issue with his work. Please take your business elsewhere to save yourself time, money and energy.Service: Body & Trim

Overall, the job was well done. Took over a month to get the vehicle back. We had to call to get updates. Communication could be better.

THIS PLACE IS NOT REAL LEGIT!! after humble wrecker took car after accident to this shop we wanted it moved. 608 bill they blamed al on humble wrecker service then trying to add 500 for admin fee changed to 250 because gieco would only pay 250. OK Lets see where can I begin from the time I entered the door until the time I drove away I was all smile...The place is filled with nothing but love, hospitality, smiles, and professionalism...I had call other places explained the issue of my issue and they right off the back quoted outrageous prices withour even looking at my car...God told me to check around more and I was Blessed to find this little gem of a place literally right around the corner spoke with Brandon who asked me to come by.I arrived there Brandon immediately looked at my car pulled it in while standing watching him do his thing with nothing but professionalism from start to finish handed me my keys and said have a nice day...Yes no charge so you know what anybody that treats you like that deserve much respect and yes God is good and so is this shop...I want to say to Phil Bauman and especially Brandon THANK YOU for put a smile on my face along with making my day you guys ROCKYours Truly Greg (White Mercedes)P.S. I brought my 2016 F150 here that was wrecked pretty bad over the Thanksgiving holiday in the front and down the drivers side. I was really worried that this nearly brand new truck wouldn't look the same but when everything was done the truck looked like it had when we drove it off the lot. The customer service here is EXCELLENT and they updated me regularly. They even handled everything with the insurance company so I didn't really have to do anything which made the process painless. Every step of the process was a 10 all the way across. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else in the future if I need body work.

From the first phone call to finalization of work and picking up my pick up, everything was outstanding. Customer service was awesome and although I know they re busy, I always felt like every question I called with was given priority. The workmanship is second to none. The professional and friendly service I received at Baumann Paint and Body was fantabulous!I will definitely use them again In the future if I need work compleated.

These days, customer service is what gives a company the edge. Last year, my friend took his badly wrecked truck to Baumann's and they did a fantastic job repairing it, making it like new and even better than it was before the wreck. They completed the job timely and kept the customer informed of the progress. I recommended them to my friend because a co-worker had a good experience there, also, when their car was keyed. They color matched and completed the work at a reasonable price.Now it is my turn. My car has front-end damage and my insurance is cheesy. Mr. Baumann, himself, has worked with me to get the repairs done on my time and within my budget. He pays attention to detail and stands behind the work performed at the shop on 1960 bearing his name. The way Baumann Paint and Body is handling the repairs to my car is professional and tailored to fit my needs. I appreciate the personalized service of actual phone calls every couple of days to update me on their progress. They took over the negotiation process with my insurance company, made sure that the damage that could not be seen from the surface was covered, and made it possible for me to focus on what I needed to do in my life while my car repairs are being made.So far, so good. Personalized, over-the-top customer service and great communication have made my experience at Baumann Paint and Body excellent. Update to follow!Update:I got my car back in like-new condition, on time, and at less than the price that was originally quoted. I appreciate the personalized, old-fashioned great customer service and the way they kept me informed as to the progress on my vehicle repairs from beginning to end. Way to go, Phil Baumann!

They had the cheapest estimate out of 3 places I went to. I have gone to them twice for body work and each time they did an excellent and fast job. Super sweet staff and very helpful! Love them and will definitely go to them for future work and I would definitely recommend

Had damage to front right bumper of my Silverado. Looks good as new. They even clean and vacuum the inside of your car when they wash it. Would use them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After an accident took my hyundai to the dealer on 59. and they sent me here. Not only did they take almost 2 months to fix my car. which meant that after 30 days of my insurance paying the rental car i had to be responsible for the other 20 something days thati still did not have my vehicle. Also their mecahnics suck, for the parts taht they replaced on my car were not put correctly which i had to take it back 2 more times. TO top it all off they gave me the car back and the paint was a different shade of blue. by then i was paying out of my pocket for the rental car so i did not want to wait another month to get my car painted. Now my car feels like a hooptie... Do not take your car here, go anywhere else.

Best Collision center in town! Paint match is spot on and body work is magnificent! They are very friendly and reliable! Doesn't get better than this place!

Beware the estimated quote they give you! Went in for simple job that took 2 hours and was charged double for 4 hours because was told they had another employee help out. WHAT!!! Bad business etiquette. Won't be back. I feel I was ripped off.

These folks have performed some of the best quality work on top of curtious professionalism outranked by anyone in the local market I have dealt with. I highly recommend Brandon and the crew at Phil Baumann Paint and Body to anyone in the Houston area, North South East or West it is worth the drive, long distance or short, these folks are top-notch.

Best place I have ever delt with. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy, they saved me 100 off my deductible. They are the only place I will EVER go to get my car fixed!

Dianne and the staff are always welcoming and do a great job. Unfortunately with my business damage happens, but I do right by my customer, same way Phil Baumann paint and body does me.

This place has been here for 30 plus years. The staff is helpful threw out the hole process of your car being fixed. Any questions on where you need to get your car fixed there's not. TAKE IT THERE TRUST ME!!
