Yes, been here a couple of times. Never had a problem with the services or repairs. Devin knocked it out and I quickly got me back on the road.

Horrible experience with the rude young man that is working today 8/28/23. Took my business elsewhere. Patsco Humble won t ever see me again! He would hardly answer questions, I had the insurance company on the phone. When he said he didn t know their address I d had enough!My insurance sent me to a nice clean inside shop! Do better Patsco!

This glass repair hut is hit or miss bc it is dependent upon who is working at the time you go. I really wanted to give them 2.5 stars since there s a 50/50 chance of getting a great result.I ve had absolutely wonderful repairmen who take their time to do it correctly where you couldn t even tell I had a chip or crack. And then I ve had some horrible ones who either need more training or just wanna be done so they can go back in the shade of their tiny hut since it s hotter than hades outside.This last time I went, I had a speeding semi throw a huge rock that chipped the very bottom of my windshield and by the time I got to Patsco, it had already spread roughly 20 . The guy that was working did say that there could still be places that u could see the crack. Mind you that I had this same type of crack on my last truck & after that guy was finished you couldn t see the crack at all and you could barely see the chip. However, this time, not only can I still see the entire crack but 5 little holes all along it so he could get the sealant into the crack which obviously didn t work. So, his warning of still seeing some parts of the crack should ve been you ll see the entire thing plus all these little holes I ll drill in!Afterwards, I asked him if there was anything else he could do bc you could still see the entire thing. He said that I could still see it bc they can only fix the top layer of glass & that was why you couldn t see it on the outside looking in but at least it stopped it from spreading. Well then, he s blind bc you can definitely still see it on both sides of the windshield. Iow, I paid $110 for 5 more holes and to stop it from spreading.Now I definitely have to get a new windshield bc you can t fix an awful repair job, unfortunately. So, my advice to you is that you may get a wonderful repairman or an awful one; you just have to decide if you want to take those odds or find somewhere else. I hope my review helps!

Came to Patsco because a rock chipped my windshield. Alex worked on the crack and it s so much better, you can barely see the chip now. Thank you so much I will be recommending their services to others!

Saved a ton of money. There was a crack across my windshield. Went to Safelite...they quoted me $400 to get it replaced. Told me it couldn t be fixed. Then an employee at Autozone recommended that place. Not only they were able to fix it, my insurance picked up the tab.

I was looking for small windshield repair damage shop at a reasonable cost. Patsco offered an immediate response that met this criteria. I had the opportunity of paying out of pocket or making a insurance claim which was an added benefit. The technician was knowledgeable and did his job well. The result was very good and the rock chip in my windshield was barely visible afterwards. All of this is why I gave them five stars.Service: Auto windshield repair

Richard is absolutely fantastic. My second time coming here in a months span and the first rock chip repair has still not failed. Had about a 12 inch crack this go round and now I can barely tell its there. Great work. Would recommend Richard to anyone.

05/11/22I visited this location again..this is my 4th time within 2 years..once again they did a great job..Chris the attendant was very professional and did a great job!!! I will be back because I love the service!!!!I visited Humble location after a rock chipped my 2020 Cadillac XT6 I practically rushed their to get it fixed..this is my 3rd time visiting the location but 1st review Joseph the attendant was awesome..he was very professional and kind he explained the process thoroughly..he did a great job any more chips I will be back satisfied customer Service: Auto windshield repair

Was wonderful... just drove up to their location in Humble stayed in the car while they repaired the chipped windshield. They gave us the phone number to our insurance department that handles glass and the insurance approved the repair of 2 chips. We did not have to pay anything, no deductible really nothing as the insurance pays the glass repair directly. So this is really great !

I got a chip in the windshield, right at eye level while driving on Hwy59 in my brand new car. The temperature was dropping down to the 30�s that night and I knew I would be using the defroster the next morning. I knew the damage would spread and possibly cross my view. So I remembered the Patsco location from shopping in the area.My 1st time using Patsco and I am very happy at the end result. Richard the real MVP. I went to another location a week ago when the crack first happened and two days later another crack formed from the main crack. Came to this side of town for work and saw it had grown. Took it straight to the Humble location and he was fast really polite and funny. You can barely see the new crack! Thank you Richard!!!!
