Sebastian greeted me with a smile and expertise beyond my own. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my car and was very competent when it comes to his job. I honestly think this dude should be training all AutoZone employees , because AutoZone is trash and even the other O'Reilly's managers that have met at other stores. Dudes a beast if he leaves I'm never coming back.

I always have a positive experience at this store. I can get what I need, when I need it, and as a woman I appreciate that I am always treated with respect and as if I know my own vehicle. I have never been treated like a "just an ignorant girl " here, which is very refreshing. In an industry that is largely still male dominant, it is so important to treat each customer as an intelligent person and this store is very good about doing so, every employee, every time I have been in the store. I have been to other places that could take a lesson from this store on customer service!

Each time I go into O'Reilly's in Humble I always have the best experience I'm not in batteries and I've gotten parts of my car they're always there to help me get the best of everything it's just a great place to stop in and shop for parts for my car friendly friendly people and helpful too I had one person to give me a phone number for a mobile mechanic turned out to be really well so it's not just helping me at the counter it's helping me all over keep it up O'Reilly's you're awesome

Very friendly staff. Always go above and beyond, today included. A very nice girl helped me look up wiring harness for my truck. Unfortunately they don't carry it but was helpful enough to look on the internet for me, as well as refer me to xl parts. However, that place I will never go to again. The guy there was dismissive and truly couldn't care less about helping me find my part. The service at these two places was night and day. This Oreillys will always have my business. Thank you. Keep on truckin!!

Great experience today after going to 2 other auto part stores that couldn't assist me with my battery install I decided to stop here and give it a try. The Asst Manager was so helpful my battery is not easy to get to but we managed to get it out and she installed the new one and I appreciate her help so much.

Chris has been helping me the past few days as different things on my car have gone down. He's been extremely helpful, provides excellent customer service, and has calmed me down everytime when I've been stressing over my car.

Although TRE wasn t assisting me per day, I was able to feel his vibrant energy throughout the store and he made the visit worth while as he carried himself with much professionalism and BUBBLY spirit!!!! Awesome customer service even with my TRASH IPHONE lol (inside joke) love it

Don't say you can do a free battery test if it's not true all the time. I know you're probably a busy store...hire more people. I could've gone to AutoZone down the street.

BEST customer service I have ever experienced! The closing guys here are so awesome! We had a dead battery, got a jump and arrived 10 mins before they closed and they tested AND replaced it so quickly. Thank you guys so much!!

Great place to do business with very helpful and knowledgeable.Had every part I needed except for 1 and he was able to get that part from another store and deliver it to my house within an hour . Awesome employees. Thanks y'all I'd still be without my truck if you hadn't brought that part out to me you definitely have a loyal customer for life

Decent prices - definitely cheaper to get parts from Amazon but if you need it now, it's the best place to go. Also they have a very convenient tool rental for jobs where you need that $500 tool, but don't want to purchase it for just one job.

My time manager Jose and Sebastian provided excellent customer service knowledge and know-how when it came to my vehicle. Their expertise could not be matched that's why I passed at 12 AutoZone to come to this store. Greatly appreciative for their advice thank you

Great customer service no matter what Oreilleys you visit. Very knowledgeable staff as well, and even thou the parts I needed where not in stock at this location in specific they were kind to look into the other stores and check who had them in their inventory. Also had the opportunity to check on some others as well for my other vehicle so I could work my budget and get them so I can work on it very soon.

Yesterday stop by for a check engine light scan. Skinny Elderly man with eye glasses was so rude. He was having hard time checking error code and he was so rude. I was told by him he can't scan codes he can't clear codes. ( Store was empty no customers)Why O'Reilly keep him in this location to be rude polite customers?

Good group. I priced a specialty tool and the counter man said they could loan me one. I paid a deposit which was fully refunded when I returned the tool. Good job!

Because they are straight-up honest when they could have made a quick dollar off of me they told me I'd be wasting my time replacing this this and this would it be best to have it checked and diagnose professionally before we went about throwing the cheap way about it because it could lead up to $4,000 in the insole of fixing for with that being said I spent 120 for the Diagnostics and that money was applied to the hundred and $30 fix so I spent ten bucks so O'Reilly's and AutoZone or two good places at least the ones in Atascocita humble

This is the closest oriellys to the job site I'm on right now. Called ahead so they could have my parts pulled by the time I got there. Got there and the same lady I had spoken with on the phone had it all at the counter for me. Bought the brakes for 2 of my vehicles and was on the way home in 5 minutes. I really appreciated them getting me on the road before traffic got too bad. Thanks guys!

I went in to get parts for a tune up and oil change and Jose helped me find all the parts. I've never bought parts before. He was very patient when I asked what each part did and where it went. I did google first but nothing better than someone that is experienced. He offered both brand name and O'Reilly's parts which was cool he gave me options. I didn't feel too ignorant haha. Thanks Jose!!!

I had recently moved out of the area and was back home to finish up some work on my house. My car had a bad battery and I needed help changing it out. I did not have any tools with me as they are all at my new home. My husband called a competitor and was told someone would change the battery out for me. It was a different story when I got there and had already turned the car off. The manager said it would take 30 minutes to change out the battery since it is located in the trunk and they were unable to perform the work. Lucky for me, OReilly s was within walking distance. I walked in and explained my problem to Robert who quickly said he would be happy to help me change my battery out. Robert loaned me a portable jump starter box and I walked back to get me car. I was able to jump start my car and drove it to O Reilly s. Robert was waiting on me and had everything ready. It took a whole 15 minutes to change the battery in the trunk and that included waiting for me to clean up the trunk. This is not my first good experience with this store just one of the best. Thank you Robert and to all the staff at O Reilly s in Humble.

To start, O'Reilly's is my preferred place of choice for auto parts. This location is the only place I've ever had a problem withO'Reilly's price matches local competitors, including Walmart. I had a product sold by Walmart and I asked the guy at the counter if he could price match. He said no. I said I was hoping he could because I've gotten it done before at every other O'Reilly's. He didn't want to look at my phone where I showed him the Walmart price. He wanted to call the Walmart down the street but after 5 minutes of holding he gave up.3 stars because he price matched in the end. But note, if your corporate policy is to price match local competitors and I have proof of a lower price from Walmart, I shouldn't have to haggle you about it.

How are you going to have a sign on the window that states" CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY " when you treat customers like they are a bother when they ask for assistance?!?! If you don't like your job find another , we shouldn't have to beg for assistance when we are going to spend our money in your place of business!

Always have the correct parts. Service could be better. I hate when someone is serving me and abruptly stops to answer the phone. When this happens I walk out. It happens all too often in parts stores especially.
