I had the BEST experience with this shop. I just moved to the area and my windshield wipers weren t working. I left work in a hurry on a Friday afternoon trying to find a shop near my home before it started raining. They re very professional and transparent with their estimates.Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute my car was quickly ready for pickup the following morning. My windshield wipers are working great now with the new motor they replaced. Will bring my car next month for additional repairs.If you re looking for a good honest auto repair shop, this is it!

I first stumbled upon Next Auto after going to 2 different certified Chevy Dealerships, being taken advantage of and lied to. I got their contact from my extended warranty and was able to get an appointment that same day to drop my vehicle off!The entire staff was SO kind, knowledgeable, and willing to work hard to locate the cause of the issues! My car was repaired and I was able to get my vehicle back with cold AC and no oil leak!About 2 months later I noticed my car leaking oil so I called and spoke with John. He was not only kind but willing to listen to my concerns and assure me they d get to the bottom of this issue! I had my car towed, and John gave me a ring to let me know when my car made it to them. I also got a call less than 2 hours later letting me know the diagnostic and the cost. John handled everything with my extended warranty and I had to come out of pocket little to nothing compared to what the out of pocket would have been!I am SO SO grateful for the entire staff at Next Auto! They ve earned my loyalty and support! If you re lost on where to get your next repair please give these guys a shot! They re also priced way lower than any other shop in the area! Paired with their customer service they really are the best in town!Service: A/C installation & repair

This place offers free AC check and they are very good. They are very professional and whenever anyone asks about AC repair I always will suggest them to friends and family.

Stopped by mid-day Saturday to just put in a new headlight bulb in our 2019 Dodge Ram and they let us know they were full up with people looking to get serviced, but the gentleman told us to stop by inside and let the guys know that's all we were looking to do and they might be able to just put them in real quick. They weren't sure if they were going to have to take the whole bumper off but they took a look at it regardless and put them in without removing the bumper and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Professional and honest and quick, only charged us $20 to put the bulb in and we were on our way.

My engine light was on and car shaking bad, called Next Auto and spoke John close to closing time, he was so pleasant, took my car in, him and Jay got my car running smoothly and me feeling safe. They were the epitome of great customer service, explained everything to me in laymen terms so that I could understand. Thank you all so much!

I came in because I was having a problem with my AC and I had a free AC check flyer when they gave me a price to fix the fan that was needed. I tell them to do a complete diagnosis check because I knew I had a check engine light on that I want it fixed so they did they tell me what I needed? I payed them to get it fixed. When I pick up my vehicle The AC was cooling and then it would stop . They came out, lifted the hood to check to see what the problem was. There's some adjustments and it was doing the same thing so I thought because I was sitting in one spot. Maybe that's why it's not cooling off. So I left and I continue to have the same problem. Gave them a call on the same day. Let them know that I would be bringing my vehicle back. Just for them to give me a new diagnose and have to pay more when I ask why Didn't they find this out when I asked for a complete diagnostic at first it was an excuse. I asked for the paper from my diagnosis. They gave me another vehicle and infinity. But a different model that was not my car. One of the guys got upset that I was saying that it's not working and I shouldn't have to pay more when they was supposed to do a complete check in the first place. He acts as if he didn't remember going underneath the hood. When I first came to pick up my car. I'm still having the same problem till this day. Where the fan working and cooling the car off and then it goes back hot.

I took my 2018 Toyota Avalon I suspected it was a wheel bearing. They diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. They are able to use Snap! Took my girlfriend's car there too. What more can you ask for? Honest mechanic that tries very hard to fix the problem and they are open on Saturdays.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been a customer of Rory for years. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and fast. He has done alternator changes for me, as well as entire brake jobs and we are scheduling a complete A/C system job for the summer. The shop is is amazing. Was there to get an O2 Sensor replaced. Scammed me by saying the O2 sensor I bought of Amazon didn't fit even though it was 100% identical to one he was trying to sell off of O'Reilly, he was rude and not willing to try it in my vehicle. I didn't want to waste time so had to purchase it from him and make him install it. Had to pay $233 when it was supposed to be $75. Will never go here again.Replying to the message here since there's no other way. However, the part was 100% identical and it's a lie to say it's not the same. It's not a false accusation, it's exactly what happened. Just don't treat customers like this, You were arguing with me infront of your employees. Totally unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the outcome.
