I will give this man 3 stars for getting my car up and running. The only thing is that I feel like I paid WAY TO MUCH TO HAVE A CAR LEFT WITH WITH A LEAK!!! He fixed the initial problem but it seemed like it created another one. Yes I understand that mechanic work can be very unpredictable on older cars BUT when he tells you that you have warranty, YOU EXPECT WARRANTY!!! Also he is highly unreliable on his schedule unless you are a new customer. He came super quick when I first was looking for him and then the whole process slowed down. It has been about a month since he told me that he would come and fix my oil leak. Haven t heard from this man in 2 weeks. I m not a person to leave anything negative but just be careful with who you trust with your vehicle maintenance. Yes like I said before mechanic work can be tricky and unpredictable in older cars BUT don t make statements or guarantees or warranties that you are not going to respect or uphold. I wish this man the best and God bless him.

Adrian was extremely professional and knowledgeable in what needed to be done to my vehicle. I had several issues with my car and I kept putting it off until I got stranded. My stepdad referred me to him and I will forever be grateful for this man. Adrian replaced my alternator and throttle body also recommended changing the battery as well to avoid future problems. He only advised what was absolutely necessary, I would highly recommend him!

He was very quick to respond and come and help. I feel he definitely overcharged us for services 300 to reprogram a fuel pump and offered to do an oil change but never responded to return after a week. All in all his work and knowledge and service was very thorough just I recommend better communication and a website of services because I talk to three others that told me lower prices on the service offered.

I had an emergency with my brakes the same day I called to get them replaced because I live 30 miles from work & couldn't risk my life driving with squealing brakes that would have failed! I looked this business up online & Adrian gave me a good quote over the phone and came the same day to replace my brakes and rotors. My old brakes were metal on metal which is very bad!! He was very courteous & professional and him and his helper did a great job in a timely manner and guarantee they warranty their work!! My brakes are excellent now!!! I am referring my friends and family to use Adrian and I will again when I need a mobile mechanic!! Thanks again Adrian!!

Hello everyone I want to leave this review to let y all know that this man is a scammer, he took my money and never worked on my car, this man takes advantage of innocent woman and tell them his gonna fix there car and never do, this man scammed me out of my hard working money. I trusted him but is a snake in disguise. Everyone especially woman Don t DO SERVICE WITH THIS MAN!!! When I asked for a refund the man blocked me and never gave me a refund -0/10 I wouldn t even suggest this man to my enemies even they deserve better!

Adrian and his partner we're very professional I had emailed them the other day and gotten a response today and he even followed up with me through a phone call. When we finally met we shook hands got to know each other a bit, they began to start diagnosing the problem gathered their tools and started working on my vehicle. The pricing is Fair he s Honest and he looks out for your Best Interest, he ll give you the details and it s up to you to say yes or no. I m looking forward to using their services again I really appreciate them and this is a good start of a great relationship.

So the air blower on my gparents Kia quit working. And my grandpa, who was a mechanic for 50 years, but is limited in what he can do now, because of a car accident, has me come out and try to guide me through fixing it. We got the seat out of the car and some other parts under the steering wheel, and then we both realized I had no idea what I was doing. So I googled mobile mechanics and this was who I called. He came and fixed it all, was very reasonably priced, and now my grandparents have ac and heat. He was professional, did a great job, and I 100% recommend this guy. We will definitely be saving this number for any future car problems

PLEASE "DO NOT" do business with this mechanic Adrian. If I could give LESS than a 1 I would. He has taken OVER 400.00 from me SUPPOSEDLY to fix my brakes on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra & after almost WEEK my car is STILL sitting in the SAME spot. I call him & he gives Excuse after Excuse as to when he'll be back. And now when I call, the call goes STRAIGHT to Voicemail, he doesn't even answer anymore.STAY AWAY!!!

Good first impression. The owner strives to operate a good service mobile repair operation. He was prompt in returning initial call for service. I had a special mechanical repair situation (rv with a Ford gas engine)He maintains excellent diagnostic skills, but needs some improvement on business and time management portion of business. We operated on a "hand shake" deal though he offered a written contract, we both neglected to ask in writing which would have clarified the few issues we had.He performed the initial service (fuel pump repair), but due to age of unit and limited schematics his attempt at a bypass replacement wire seemed to cause pressure switch, relay, and over circuit issues.Better communication with the customer at this phase would have eliminated a few incidents that were unfortuniate.So for analysis and any basic repair, with in stock parts and a one day completion window, he is your man. In the end.. HE MADE IT RIGHT. and in today's world that puts him above most.I would use him again if the need arises. Great pricing, in most cases, quick response and quick repair.

If I can give no stars that s exactly what it would be I recommend him for my moms car after he fixed something minor on my bf car even tho I recommend him to diagnose the car he made her feel comfortable enough for him to complete the job he said it would take 2 days to complete she handed him 750 dollars and he took her parts to fix for her car a week later of him lying and having excuses of why he hasn t come back to complete the job he called today 11/2 to ask for more money for a battery when she refused to send him the money he blocked our numbers . Communicate is very poor , very unreliable and a total scam do not support this businessUpdate*** it has been 2 weeks still no refund or my parts I am in the process of file a claim for court and charges for my parts ,

When I came back from a work trip, my car wouldn't start, couldn't do a dang thing. I called so many mobile mechanics that all had no availability and then called one that said he couldn't but he knew a guy. When I chatted with Adrian, he said he could be over in about an hour. He was prompt and knowledgeable, had proper tools and was able to check it out and see my alternator had died. He went, got the parts, and had it fixed in less than 2 hours total. It ran great and he followed up to make sure it was good even a few days after. I'll be calling him again for sure.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Sent $100 cash app for a mobile vehicle inspection, he never even hooked up my car. Had 4 different appointments Adrian (the owner) never showed up for. When I went to his "shop" it was empty. Do not fall for this scam of a company.

I would never use this mechanic you are better off going to a real shop. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Never received my receipt for anything I paid for including parts and labor. If you are needing your vehicle I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

After getting the run around for days from another mechanic, I found these guys online and they were an absolute blessing! They arrived in less than an hour and completed the necessary repair for my car under an hour and at an affordable rate. They were professional, kind, and informative! I highly recommend them

My car was having steering issues due to a loose serpentine belt. Adrian told me that my AC Compressor was seized and that I also needed a new harmonic balancer. After doing the work he only showed me the harmonic balancer that he replaced. He gave me none of the old parts that he supposedly changed or even a receipt that verified that he did the work. He told me that he got my AC Compressor rebuilt, which I guarantee is NOT TRUE. Every time I went outside to check on the work that he was doing, he was sitting in the truck. To access my AC compressor the radiator and cooling fan assembly must be taken out. Not once did he do that. He did not even remove my AC compressor. The only work I saw him doing involving my AC is adding Freon.I also contacted him several times for an invoice. He repeatedly promised that he would provide me with the invoice once he got to the office. That was over a week ago. The fact that he is withholding the invoice makes me believe that he is doing dishonest work. I spent nearly $1000 for this repair and I have no invoice or receipt that shows the work done or anything. He uses his mother as an excuse for his unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I see others have also had the same issue.Make sure NOT to call him for any mechanical needs because he WILL surely DISAPPOINT.Horrible communication and very unprofessional.Service: Air conditioning

I had short circuit on my starter and my headlights on Sunday. Adrian came over to my house and fixed the electrical problem of my car the next day. He diagnosed my short circuit within 10 minutes and fixed my car in 1 hour. I highly recommend Adrian if you have electrical issues in your car.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I highly recommend this mechanic service he is very reasonable with his prices. He has taken care of all my electrical problems AC and just changed my steering gear box to my diesel truck. I Never had to drive anywhere he comes to you. I Appreciated bro! Until next time

The guys are fantastic. It only took them 30 minutes and they got my 2002 Ford Mustang up and running after it's been sitting for months and I plan on having them come back again for some other repairs. Thank you guys I appreciate this a lot!!

I would like to believe that Mr Marcus is a good guy , however after a $1000 to repair my vehicle I was left stranded on the side of the road. I called repeatedly to only get no answer. Days went by and Mr Marcus casually sends a message to my phone so you still need help. Needless to say at this point I paid for tow services and I paid another mechanic to fix the problem that Mr Marcus supposedly fixed. He said that I had 1 year warranty I only reciprocated 1 month. Bad Buisness!!!!

I recently had an auto accident, which sheared my outer tie rod end. I called on Mobile Service Auto Experts. Adrian showed when he said he would, with parts in hand. He even painted them! He had the job completed in about a hour. He was very professional, friendly and most of all, knowledgeable. Man, I can t say enough good stuff about Adrian. Well done and highly recommend him.

These guys were great & very professional! They came at the time that they said they would & had great communication, my girl needed a new axle & control arm for the front left side, we had already had the part s already, they came to our apartment & knocked it out in about 20-30 minutes! My wife and I liked Adrian's work, but the lack of professionalism is the reason for the low review. Adrian made repairs to our truck on 9/10 and says he gives a 1 year warranty. The check engine light reappeared on 9/14. He was suppose to check it on 9/16, 9/17, & 9/19. He finally shows up on 9/20 & apologizes for the inconvenience. He figures out what the issues is & it's covered by his warranty. But he needs parts which pushes repairs to the following day. We get to 9/21 and our scheduled time keeps getting pushed back till eventually no show & no answer. It is bad customer service not to manage the customer's expectations. We are flexible and understanding. He never haggled any price and we try to be loyal customers. We've also not received the original invoice that we've requested several time for services rendered. He does good work but is extremely unreliable. We spent 1100.00 to be given the run-a-round and it's not a good feeling.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I contacted Adrian to remove gas, install a new fuel filter and get my Land Cruiser running again. He wanted $300 up front (labor only). After a few hours of work, I paid him half of his quoted repair amount. He came back the next morning with the filter, installed it, I paid him the other half, and he left. The next morning I told him the truck wasn t running. He said he d be there in 1-2 hours. After 4 hours I reached out and he said, yes I m on my way, but he never showed and never called. I m giving 2/5 stars for not getting the truck running, and for bad communication.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are amazing! I went to several shops that were quoting me between a 3 to 4 hour job to get my rear shocks replaced. They took only 45mins and the price was very reasonable!!
