Scheduled a brake service for 4:30 the next day, got a call that morning to see what I was interested in- I told him I figured I might be due for new rotors and pads up front. He told me since they close at 5, and it takes about an hour and a half, would I be able to drop off earlier? I told him I could come by on my lunch break. I drive over, they lift it up and it s about what I suspected. Not horrible but pretty much due. He gives me all the options and the estimate. When I tell him what I decide they write it up and I go to pay and realize I left my wallet at work. One of the guys is nice enough to drive me to my work to get my wallet, to the bank to get cash (cash is king- that is if you want to avoid the service fee) and back to the shop. When I get there to pay, uh oh the price changed- it s actually $50 LESS because they had a special. I just drove it home and didn t crash so I figure they did alright. Price before discount was $609 for ceramic pads and rotors on the front of my CR-V. I do plan on taking it back to this location to get pads replaced when the time comes.

This location rocks. Prices are fair, and service is incredible. They have an arcade machine in the lobby with thousands of games on it, which my kids absolutely loved, and the employees in the lobby even took the time to help my kids find the fames they were looking for. We will 100% be back for our next oil change!

They showed me what was wrong before taking off the brakes to repair them. I figured my brakes were the problem. They fixed them same day. The price did seem pretty high however.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE! To start off, I came to do my inspection here months ago and I was upcharged the usual fee for an inspection and I thought that was fishy but left it as is.Now, my brother came here for an inspection recently and they failed him for 2 minor details and tried to charge him $300+ to fix it when we found someone that could fix the "issues" for under $100. Not that it mattered because we went elsewhere for another inspection and he passed. So clearly some nonsense bull is happening here and they're trying to upcharge and find non existent issues to bill you more. BE CAREFUL!!!

Great service, I even got my skittles stuck in the vending machine and they helped me get them out. Nice knowledgeable guys over all this experience was easy, quick and super affordable with my Groupon. Thanks guys!!

Always friendly, Oscar is very personable and explains the cost breakdown well, never had an issue here. Usually fast quality service or good advice if it's something they can't handle.

These guys know their stuff and are honest with you. Went for an oil change but I will use them in the future. Hard to find a competent and honest mechanic sometimes. This place is one of those

It was good. Got my oil changed. Took about an hour and a half, but that was because they had to wait for the cabin filter to arrive. Would recommend and will be coming back.

I have been coming to this Midas Location since I bought my first car in 2008. They have great customer service and care about you and your car! I hardly ever had to wait to be seen and they don t take all day to work in your car! Worst place ever! I came here because my car literally shutted down in front of their place, and even with the jumper I had it was not working at all, they told me it was the battery, I replaced it, they charged me 285.00.Kept having the same problems to days later... Came back, told the store manager my issue, I told him that I did what the other guy told me: To replace the battery , the storage manager charged me 300.00 more that day and said that the issue was a battery fuse, next day my car got shut down again, I go back again to the store and he said it was the alternator, he told me the cost was going to be 800.00, I asked him if he can lower the price because I wanted to treat this problem the first time I came in and he said no, we are not lowering the price, if you want go to another place. I mean, come on!!!!! Why you did not tell me that the first time I took the car in, why you made me replace the battery and the battery fuse???????!!!!!! I work really hard for my money and it really hurts me the fact that I paid and replaced battery pieces that did not have to be replaced. They don t know what they re doing, they re not prepared not even equipped, no knowledgeable, no experience. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND DON T EVER COME TO THIS PLACE, IT IS NOT WORTH IT! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! NO EMPATHY FOR OTHERS PEOPLE S MONEY. WORST PLACE EVER.

***Consumer Warning*** Over the past year I have had my front and back brakes and rotors replaced at Midas Humble. My car would pulse and shake. After replacing and resurfacing many times (three that I can find the invoices) at Midas we took the car to the Volvo dealership. We paid for the brakes to be replaced again at Volvo and reported the damage that Midas did to the vehicle. Midas ruined the brakes and damaged my car. The owner of Midas Humble, Jacob Jenkins would not answer our emails. I called corporate today and he finally called me. Jacob Jenkins refused to refund the money we paid. He talked down to me and hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional and did not try to resolve the situation. I am very disappointed in this business. There were bolts, pins and brackets missing and screws were stripped. This is dangerous. Do not trust your vehicle with MIDAS HUMBLE. Disrespectful and very poor customer service.Service: Brakes

I made a deal with the owner for $35 oil change and I asked him am I going to pay $35 he said yes... When I got to the shop they said He doesn't know anything xxxxx I do sales too and I said Okay we are starting another scam again. So I ended up paying $50.03 guys it's not about the money it is about how you act or scam the customer. You can tell me you need a tip I give you etc. They charged me a shop supply fee and a credit card fee you forgot to charge me a sunny day fee too so you can roll up to $60 if it makes you happy. I have 5 more cars and I am not gonna do any business with you even if you change for $10 now. Not good never seen anything like that and I felt sorry you guys acting so cheap.

Took my Chevy Malibu for a oil change and someone messed up my windshield water reservoir. The cap is broken off at the top and there s a hole in the reservoir. It leaks when windshield fluid is put in. So now I can t use it when my windshield gets dirty. Normally I would get a windshield fluid low on dash that doesn t even work. I m assuming someone unhooked the sensor.

I went in for a diagnostic test because of my check engine light but it was running fine they said it was a sensor got it changed which took forever finally got it finished went to start it it s running hot they tried to act like they cared driving home it would stop on me had to wait for it to cool thank God i don t live far I will never come here again a waste of $500 dollars

I took my wife's SUV for service including suspension repair, brake service, wheel alignment, and oil change. My wife put to test Midas's quality of work as she had to drive from Houston to Dallas right after. He definitely noticed a huge difference and was very happy. Also I was impressed that before they handed the car back to me, the mechanic working on the car took it for a test drive and he himself was not fully satisfied with the alignment and put the car back up to further adjust. Edit: after reaching out to the website posted below, I received a call from the owner (Mr. Jacob). In my response, I requested email communication only, which this location doesn't do on these matters as I was informed. Thus, I received a call outside of my wishes. Mr. Jacob basically told me they never received my quote request or follow up email, which I still have on my end. Above all, he insisted that I remove a poor rating on their establishment based on a technical error and allow them the opportunity to make it right. He was polite and seemingly genuinely wanted to fix situation. I declined.As per his wishes, here is the change of review rating we discussed over the phone. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and reach out.____________________Maybe I could give them a better review but I can't. Other poor reviews say they lack communication. That's true. I requested a quote on a tune up for my truck, received the confirmation email, and that I would be contacted within twelve business hours. It was a Saturday morning when I made the request, so twelve business hours would have been Monday morning because they are closed Sundays. No response from them. I sent a follow-up email about my requested quote on Tuesday. Still no response. They might be good if they would respond. Go elsewhere.

Great service!! Jacob was great, he was able to get my car in and out in a good reasonable waiting time. He was thorough in explaining what services my car needed. Very professional. I highly recommend for all your car needs.

These guys are great! The manager, Oscar, worked with us to get our brakes repaired within our budget and really went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend this shop, it's a national chain location but has a "Mom & Pop" attitude when it comes to helping their neighbors. Good folks.(Apparently this is new management and they are definitely getting off on the right foot. Give them a try.)

I could not get a price for the oil change until after it was done. And if you don't pay then your car will be towed. Service writer/manager said he couldn't give a price because he has not put the pencil to the paper yet. Once complete it was $100 for oil change and air filter changed. I wanted high mileage oil but not the highest quality and most expensive oil. I did not even get to choose! I'll go to Walmart next time and get it for $39.Edit: the service was quick and I did get the better oil so price was fair. But let me know what I'm paying for and let me choose.

Jacob was fantastic. A month after I had all four wheels outfitted with new brakes, my 2006 Corolla had a squeaky, scraping sounds when activated. Jacob got right on it, and discovered the emergency brake was not fully working to adjust the brakes. Jacob resurfaced the drum, did some adjusting , and fixed the problem, no charge. Highly recommend this place!

So, I came here Monday to get an A/C recharge and payed $278 just to bring it back the next day and it's not working. Manager said I had a leak which they should have known the first day. So, he checked it again and said there was another leak and it would cost an extra $700. So, I called another location and they said to bring it there and they will take care of it. These people are scamming people out of money. Why not diagnose the problem the first time? I was told to contact the corporate office and that's what I'm doing. This was the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Fix the the problem and you get your customers to return. Do your research before you go to these places. Do Not go to this place!
