If I could give this place no stars I would. Let me start by saying our lives were put in extreme danger due to the negligence of this poor quality business. Saturday 12/2 I began with a google search for companies close to the business we own that could do break work on our car. Meineke ended up being our choice and to my disappointment it was a complete disaster. Not only did they take the entire day to do my breaks after an initial time quote of 2 1/2 hours they ruined our car. When I first picked the car up as I was driving away I heard a loud clanking sound so I returned to complain. The manager Kallista gets a wrench and begins tightening some things under my car. She came back gave me the keys and says you're good to go. My rebuttal was are you 100 percent sure because I have children in the car and a long drive home. She said yes I promise you are good to go. This was far from true!!! As we began our hour drive home things seemed to be ok but as soon as we exited the freeway our entire break caliber fell off!!! Imagine if this would have happened on the freeway!!! Thank God my husband was able to steer the car and avoid running into anyone because we had no break pressure!!! At this point there is no telling how much damage has been done to our car. I tried to call Meineke roadside assistance but they refused to help. We had to have our car towed to Lexus for repairs!!! To say I am upset is an understatement, and I strongly advise anyone thinking of using this business to steer clear if they value their lives!!!!

I went in for an estimate and Kenny and his staff were very responsive and knowledgeable. He assessed my problem, took it for a test drive, and then gave me a thorough estimate. Got it scheduled for 9 the next morning and they handled it promptly and well, with lengthy guarantees for the future of the job. Very satisfied with their service. 5 stars!

Went in with a classic car.Ricky was extremely helpful, as was the manager.My car was in and out in just a few hours.The cost was a little more than I expected, but the work/welds/material looked very nice and seemed worth the cost.I will certainly do business with them again when the need arises.

I had an excellent experience here! Rick was super nice. He got our car in quick for diagnostics, explained the problem clearly with good visual aids, and fixed the problem in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

They are very professional and the customer service was EXCELLENT! They fixed my vehicle faster than I expected and the price was the lowest of 2 other auto repair companies. I will always take my vehicles there for service and repairs!

The owner was the best. He also had an extra hand that was awesome. I took my two daycare buses to them and within 4 hours they had me driving out after doing exactly what I asked them to do. Very professional and understanding men. Took one van in because a/c wasn t working, the other I was having problems with exhaust. He got both vans up and going with no hesitation.

This place is awesome! The staff did a great job replacing my tires and making my truck ride smooth. They didn t try to upsell me on services I didn t need. Would definitely recommend

The alignment tech is the reason I will not return to this store. I was embarrashed for him. He should be kept far away from customers. At one point making the jester of throwing my keys at me not wanting to look at my car. He represents the the owner and the owner lost my buisness. ****my car still pulled to the right when I left there and the front right tire was out of balance.

Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was ready within a day. The customer service here is amazing! I m glad I found a new place to service my vehicle that is reliable and trustworthy. So many little things that he didn t have to help me with, but he still was generous enough to help. Bring your vehicle here, you ll be happy with the service and quality work.

IF YOU CHERISH YOUR LIFE AND THE LIFE OF YOUR FAMILY, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I almost lost my life allowing these drug addicts to work on my vehicle, brake caliper fell completely off while driving on freeway because these drug addicts forgot to bolt on my caliper correctly. When asked for a refund I was denied. I will not stop until this business is shutdown

I'm new in the area and was in need of breaks. I found this shop on repair pal. I praise God I came here!!! They are able to take care of all my car needs and did not break the bank! As a matter of fact the owner suggested a 90 day same as cash, so, I didn't have to stresshow much today. They are now my official mechanic shop!!! about

This is the worst experience I had. I pay over $300 which I shouldn t have to have ac checked and I m still having the same problem after being told freon was put in my car. I was told by Tyler to go get a part and the first part was wrong. He finally gave me a picture of what I needed and that part was wrong as well. So I doubt if he really knows what s the problem. He tells me I put some more Freon in your car I didn t know I was being charged $60 for freon. My air still is not blowing and I know I was over charged and taking advantage of because I was a woman. This is poor customer service and I wouldn t recommend this company to nobody. Now I have to find a professional company to fix my car a waste of money

After see their commercial about repair financing, I called and it was an easy process to see if I was approved. I did get approved so I set an appointment for that weekend. When I got there I spoke with the manager Tyler who quickly got my car in to see what the problems were. My car has my issues and after figuring out witch problems were best to take care of that day within the amount approved upon they got on it. Caleb was the guy that worked on my car and he did an excellent job. For the amount of work that needed to be done he did it very fast. My drive home was the smoothest ride I've had in over a year. They even got some things fixed that I wasn't expecting to get done. Overall it was a great experience and the guys were very professional and knowledgeable about cars. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!Service: Wheel alignment

I visit this location for a free a/c diagnostic today . I spoke with Tyler . He was very rude and unprofessional . After knowing I wouldn t agree to pay $269 to remove Freon from my car flushing it out and refilling it to see if that was the problem. Ridiculous pricing with a nasty attitude. I told him thanks leaving the lot . He jumped out my car and walked inside the store ignoring me . Thank god once I left my a/c kicked in and blew smoothly

Going near 2 months dealing with them and they are refusing to fix the damage they have done to my car. The check engine light was on both times when we went to go pick up the car. Neither time did they bother to tell us, we had to go tell them the check engine light was on to which they tried to claim it was on when it came which is a lie. They are confused on what car they were looking at. They put the wrong converter on my vehicle and not only that, they cut up the piping for that converter and had to weld a new hole for the O2 sensor. You can see where they cut my pipe up and then added sections from another pipe. Ever since then the car has been complaining about the O2 sensors, we were given the excuse of the wiring harness, the told it was the computer and it would throw random codes every time it's scanned which it hasn't. We got a second opinion on the converter and was told that it is a hi-flow racing converter. Why would you put a racing converter on a little v6 car that has never and will never see the track in its life. Ever since then, they car has been refusing to start on the first go, it makes noises like it grinding silverware in a garbage disposal, it's dying on us while driving and we are being told these are all preexisting problems that the car was having before it was taken to them which is a bald-faced lie. Their head office is just as helpful as a wet noodle and today have decided to come to us with yet even more excuses on why our car is acting the way it's acting. Now they are trying to blame the other converter when it's not even throwing a code for the converter, its throwing codes for the O2 sensors they failed to replace. It's showing codes for the O2 sensors they failed to inform us needed to be replaced when you put a new converter. They failed to use the right converter and are trying to drop the responsibility of their failed mistakes on us and our car. They have hacked up my converters pipe. Every time it's taken back to them, they make up some other excuse for why it's doing what it's doing and the excuses are never consistent based on who you are talking to. We recently took it back and they are blaming a part on our car that would have been fixed and replaced had they installed the right converter. I wouldn't recommend you bring your car here for anything repair related. They have ruined a very nice car and are trying to skirt the responsibility and dump said responsibility on us. They are refusing to fix it and refusing to refund us. I don't see how this shop is ASE certified when they are hacking up and destroying parts on peoples cars.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Lee and his crew were able to fix and repair my brakes and the rotaters in less than 1 hr. Lee went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were friendly, extremely professional, and made me feel like a VIP Customer! I will be back in the next week for an oil change. :)

I booked an appointment for a front end alignment, upon arrival I was told they couldn't do it because I have a tiny 3" lift on my truck,,, guy just seemed like he really didn't want to mess with it, no where on their website do they list any restrictions for trucks that have a small lift,,, what a water of time,,,, not the first time this place has screwed me around... I found a place called DSC wheels that will do my alignment, screw this place

Omg, I had the BEST experience with this company!! I use to go to Drivers for all my car needs but now, I am a new Meineke loyalist. They have proven to me that they are TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their customer is happy and fully taken care of!! This company truly cares about its customers and we need more companies like that. Thank you guys again for taking care of me and my car! Just AWESOME!
