I bought a turbo for my truck and it lasted exactly one month. I talk to a guy and he tells me oh yeah your definitely in the one year 100,000 mile warranty, but I don't have one to swap out with you. I call around to find another turbo somewhere else so my truck can work and I find one. I call m&d the following day to see if I can get my money back and they say it has to go thru a warranty process, and now they don't want to give me my money back because the turbo was "contaminated" with metal shavings. This other turbo I'm using is working perfectly fine with no issues. No "contamination" in my oil whatsoever.

As a professional mechanic, I've used M&D for more than 25 years and have always had excellent service and prices. In the last few years they've become a world class operation and have managed to keep the prices amongst the lowest in the industry!

Good Day to AllI was looking for a diesel particulate filter adaptor for my 2009 Ford F350 pickup. At the dealer rediculous expensive, so I looked on line. I found one for less than a third of dealer price. I checked to be sure for the correct part. M&D, at 7902 FM 1960 Bypass rd in Humble Texas, the cheaper place on line, even checked for me. The part arrived in a couple of days. I tried to use the part, IT WON'T FIT!? I called M&D, that is when the merry gop round started spinning. I'm supposed to return the part at my expense, pay a restocking fee for a part they don't stock. Come to find out they ordered the part from the manufacturer, who ever that is.?

I deal with parts specialist Taylor Q for anything i need from M and D, she is absolutely the best at making sure that my orders are completed promptly and are correct, and she does what it takes to get things done. High caliber person and I really enjoy working with her!!!!

I'd like to thank Monte at the Humble location. I explained my issue I was having with my 6.0. I told what I had done to diagnose the issue. He got it right first time! Thank you for getting my work buddy back on the road!I will be ordering the rest of my injectors from M&D. Thanks guys!

Terrible company. Scamers. Ordered a gasket set, the two main gaskets,head and side cover, were damaged in the original undamaged packaging. Called many times and just get told they will call me back. Never once got a call back. Its been 2 months of this

Great place to do business with. Had some issues with my old 7.3 diesel. Spoke to Monty in technical support. Great guy very knowledgeable on the 7.3. Two other shops could not figure it out. Was advised of the parts I needed. I had Kevin look the parts up.They had everything in stock. Great prices. Great service when I arrived to pick up my parts. 5 plus stars.

I would not buy a bologna sandwitch off of these people. I ordered a set of heads for my 7.3 idi. They were a good remanufactured set. M & D wanted the cores so I sent the cores back through their preferred trucking company and gave them the paperwork. I got billed for the shipping from Illinois to Texas. Over $1100 dollars worth. M & D would not reach out to the trucking company and do a billing correction or anything.UPDATE: 9-2-22M&D reached out to me, I did not call them and they said theywould do a billing correction on the freight for getting theold heads (cores) from Illinois to Texas. They made it right withme, the customer. Thanks M&D! I will probably need a shortblock in the future for my 7.3 IDI. You will be the first remanshop I call.

Though, unable to help with acquiring additional part for turbocharger application, they took the time to come out and see what I was talking about. The staff seems knowledgeable. The office was spotless and had nice displays of some products. COVID protection protocols enforced. They provided a possible supply source. I gave 4 stars because they did not have what I needed:)

would not ship to apartment without a wire they state parts go missing ok so guy says yes we need a wire because then its harder for you to dispute the charges . wow what a thing to say to a customer .

I'm from nj, my wastegate actuator rusted out on my c12 cat , cat does not sell it , you have to buy a r/b turbo for 2500.00 ,only place I found that had a new one, actuator in stock, but not the rod , exact fix shipped over nite, got the rod out of a shop in memphis tn area ,back on the road and runnin great and saved 2 g's thx m&d distrib

This is the place to go for parts. Bought a Turbo for my 6.7L Cummins from these guys. They remanufacture them back to stock specs, with a brand new actuator. Great customer service

I have my trucking business address at my local UPS store. A personal box registered to me just like a PO box that people use at the post office. I placed a order at this company for 2 fuel filters and 2 air filters and paid online with my business credit card which is registered to my UPS Box business address. They called me and said they aren't allowed to ship packages to a UPS store????? Really??? 7 years in business and have never had a business not ship something to my UPS address. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Slow as Christmas at the counter...........other than that, parts are good, Bosch re-man parts have high success rate. At the humble location, plan on being there longer than you would like. Also verify you are given and billed for the parts that you ask for.......mistakes are common place here.

It's a nice building. It's the men and women that help you at the counter that leaves me on edge. Something is off. Not openly friendly or smiles, nothing. Reminds me of a funeral home.

A A+ for me mostly for sales rep Rachael Morales, she did everything she can to get me the part that I needed under the circumstances because that part their was out of stock nation wide and regardless she made it happen. She was kind and a A1 employee. For her I will be coming back and they are already saved in my contacts for parts for sure .

Was giving a price went to go pick up part guy said he has to charge me more what a load of bullshit. That will be the last time i will Cc all them
