Outstanding service. They finished re-installing the air filter cover when I went back the second time after discovering it wasn't put on right the first time.They recommended getting a new battery and only charge $75 to install it compared to free at "those other guys." I went to 3 other shops, 2 Auto parts stores and another mechanic and everyone else said not to replace it.During the first visit, they were experiencing inventory issues including parts put back in the wrong box as well as regular missing inventory.

The new office look is great. Lounge chairs are very comfortable and they have coffee and water available. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining everything.

Came in today for an inspection, was greeted by Mr. Mark Lacombe. Very professional man that got me taken care of with a positive happy attitude. Surly appreciate you and your quality of service.

I came to this location because of a coupon I received in the mail (Valuepak) . To my surprise there was no catch to use the coupon. This was a great first time experience with them. As soon as I walked into the office it was welcoming, professional and clean. Thank you to Mark and John at the front desk, they were on top of answering all my questions. They didn t try to hard sell me on anything but gave me great information for future needs. Because of the honesty, comfortable wait and pleasant experience we will be back. Oh and don't forget to get a fortune cookie!

Dropped my car off and got it back same day. Car still floating all over the road. Needs Ball joint or Racket and Pinion steering before it's safe enough to drive.

I get the sales fliers free state inspection!I have 4 cars and a truck!I took my Ford focus up there,they said it would not pass because the Cadillac converter was bad! And it would cost $1500 to fix it! Then they would inspect it!I took it to Vans on 494. It cost me $22 to fix and it took five minutes and I was rolling!Vans is honest and fair!They just tried to get my wife to let them replace the rack and pinion system because they found not even a drop of oil!It is road dust that stuck to a little bit of oil residue on the system!Power steering fluid was not nor has ever been low!This is their Hustle!Probably works a lot with people that just trust and believe what they say!They said it was a misdiagnosis on the focus!Thats two misdiagnosis with just my household!Beware this place will not look out for you,no matter how they make it sound!That is how they work,(BAIT AND HOOK)!Look out for yourself and don t believe what they say,take it to VANs on 494 !!!

I received a post card in the mail stating free state inspection sticker. I called to verify and to see what the catch was. Spoke to Mark and was advised no catch. Also anyone over 65 can get one free anytime. This is the owners policy. Was there just long enough to almost finish the free cup of coffee. I will bring my vehicles here for service from now on. Thanks to Mark and Denise.

Stopped by Kingwood Tire and Auto this week because my tires needed air. Upon putting air in the tire the technician noticed one tire had a nail. I returned the next day and they repaired it efficiently. Everyone I encountered was cordial and knowledgeable.

I took my 2011 Lexus RX 350 to Tejas Toyota after hearing a rattling sound from the engine bay. They correctly diagnosed a faulty water pump but also tried to sell me several other services that were unnecessary and cost nearly $2,500. I took it to Goodyear Kingwood and they quoted me significantly less for the same work. While there, they also discovered a crack in the neck of the radiator and that was also repaired. While the final total cost was still slightly less than the dealer, all the repairs were necessary and were done right. I was very happy with the service and will return to Goodyear Kingwood for future auto repair needs.

Missed due date by a week,didn t finish job (didn t finish connecting parts and seemed to try to take spare) also stole my custom MOAB antenna claiming they can t do anything but had stock one in truck and it jus magically appeared on

I have used KTASCO for over 30 years. They have always done a great job on several of our cars. They are professional and friendly and always explain what needs to be done giving both pros & cons. Excellent value for the price.

When we first began using the Goodyear in Kingwood, Tx on Chestnut Ridge and Green Oaks, we were delighted. Later, we had problems with our car. My husband thought we were burning or leaking oil, which is what we told Goodyear. They did a pressure test and said we were not losing oil. They said the car was old and cranky, thus the clattering noise. They said it was okay to drive. Wrong. We spent over $1,000 with them. They checked the pressure test a second time and discovered a bad leak. After spening $1,000, they referred us to another mechanic who discovered the engine was burned out due to running it without oil. $3,000 later and a new engine, we are really disappointed. We trusted Goodyear and spent almost $4,000 correcting what they should have caught.

Very rude staff and not willing to offer any assistance on other options for tire repair! Do not go here if you are in a state of emergent tire repair needs. Especially on Saturday!
