I was skeptical at first when taking my car here, just like any first encounter especially dealing with a vehicle you wanna make sure you re not getting screwed out of your money. The staff was friendly and the technician Thomas who worked on my 2005 Lexus provided a lot of insight as well advice moving forward regarding the cars repair. After leaving the shop it was driving much better and even though it still needs a few more repairs, I can safely say I m comfortable with these guys handling my future repair needs

If you are seeking mechanics you can trust with your vehicle repair needs, this is most definitely the place. My past experiences with auto shops have not been so good. Filled with surprise fees on my invoice and untrustworthy mechanics. No worries with K's Autohaus! They provide great customer service, no surprise fees and they contact you if they should come across any issues while servicing your vehicle.

K s Autohaus is outstanding. Thomas made sure I was informed and up-to-date with all of the repairs and preventative maintenance that he recommended. My car now run's as if it was brand new and I will be using K s Autohaus from here forward. They also have fair prices!

Very informative and straightforward about the work needed to put my Audi in Good working form again. Fixed my list of needed repairs in good order and were very cordial and professional. Will be happy to use their service again as needed.

Brought a VW GTI in and was very impressed with the customer service, the time, effort and care they took to ensure I was satisfied with the work they did...and I was! They are definitely the shop I'll be going to moving forward.

This place scams you. I had 1 bad ignition coil of 4. This place tried charging me 950$ for the service to fix it. Now that 950 went to all 4 coils replaced and new spark plugs. I took my car home and did it myself, it took me 10 min and cost 150$When I went to go get my vehicle there was a older African lady sitting down waiting for her car, she said she s paying 500 for an oil change

Great team, worked with me to get my warranty to cover a portion, staff was kind and actually spoke to you like you weren t just another uninformed customer. Big respect to the fact that they took the extra few moments to clear the tire code for me and walk me through some tips and tricks for my vehicle. Very kind.

This was the best experience that I've ever had with a repair shop. They made sure that they fully understood the issue before providing a quote. The communication was awesome. The repair was completed quickly and the price was extremely fair. The technicians and staff at K's Autohause are top notch. I trust them completely. They do all repairs and maintenance on all four of my vehicles. AA+ All around. My BMW dropped the radiator and it was wedged between my front tire and the body of my car. I couldn t drive my car. Googled repair shops and K s Autohaus popped up. I called because Autohaus was in the name of the shop so, they MUST work on BMWs. Spoke to Sheela and Thomas, and both kept me abreast of my car s situation throughout the repair process. Excellent communication from them both. My car was repaired and back on the road quickly. I was so impressed with the the service this shop provided that I looked at their ratings and found that they have the best warranty for their work than any other shop I ve seen in the USA. Impressed with this shop completely & will use them again! Thanks K s Autohaus!!

K's Autohaus is very Professional and they performed the electrical diagnostics on my 2004 Audi A8L and spent all day on it, but only charged me for 1 hour. I would use them again. We ve been taking our cars to K s for several years now. We trust them to work on our high end, persnickety European vehicles and they always do a stellar job! This review in particular has to do with the latest work K s did on our Audi that had a sick air conditioner that was difficult to diagnose and fix.The man who worked on our car had to play detective, but he refused to give up until he found the culprit. He took time to call and explain to me exactly what the problem was in terms that I could understand and appreciate. After receiving the go-ahead and fix it from me, he had the car ready as soon as humanly possible at a very fair price.The folks at K s Autohaus are honest, good people who do great work!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement

Great service! Took my Mercedes in for an oil change. They called me to let me know it was leaking oil. They said they would take pictures and give me an estimate.Which they did. Very customer service oriented. They communicated very well and took care of my car.Thank you!Service: Oil change

I don t know how they have all of these 5-star reviews. Actually, yes I do. They delete the poor reviews. P.S. I saw your mother-in-law s review that has since been deleted.At first, I thought they knew what they were doing over there, but then it became painfullyobvious that they did not. They didn t fix anything I asked for. The windshield wiper lines were supposedly old. They fixed all the lines (had to go back TWICE) only to still have the leak. The wiper fluid reservoir, itself, had a hole. They replaced the WRONG parts.When my car kept getting a fuel line signal, I spent money and time with them injecting some kind of dye to find the leak. Problem was not solved after they erased the code. I did some research myself and all it needed was a new gas cap (purchased off Amazon for $30) . In addition, I received the car back (over a week later) with 250 extra miles on it. 250 miles! Explain that? To top it off, the leather in the driver s seat was completely trashed with grease. Needed re-dying and sealing . Did not refill the a/c with refrigerant (as they were supposed to) and did not find the problem in that time frame. Refridgerant was also bone dry. Obviously, we found a new mechanic.***See the dirty seat and the after (that is also what it looked like before they got it covered in filth).

I love k s Autohaus cause I get to have discussions and ask questions about my vehicle. They are very informative and helpful about evaluating your. I don t know if they are expensive or overvalued for they re labor but I ve never haggled on price because I trust their judgment on my cars diagnosis. If you are a car enthusiast or looking for friendly service this is the right place for you. I love everyone that works there.

I purchased an aftermarket full brake kit and rear sway bar for my 05' G-35 coupe and was looking for a quality auto shop to install them. The kit was made by Power-Stop which was the Z-23 kit that included cross-drilled/slotted stainless steel rotors, carbon fiber brake pads, red powder coated painted calipers and stainless brake hoses. The sway bar was made by Eibach. About 3 weeks after the installation, I received a thank you card in the mail in which I was quite pleased with because mechanics/auto shops don't do the little extra things like this to keep you as a customer.

I had No Clue how to put my License Plate Bulbs on my QX.... "Come to find out you have to take the entire back Hatch panel off thanks to Matt. Thanks Again for your Great Customer service! I highly recommend.

I'm very impressed with this business. I brought my audi to figure out what was throwing my electrical system out of whack and possibly 2 engine mounts. They had the the results of my diagnostic within a few hours. Once the repair was completed, he made sure he kept the old broken parts to show me that the repair was done. I'm definitely bringing my car back if I have any more issues.

I did not have a nice experience AT ALL. I paid $500 d�lares in labor and parts and my car was not repaired. You could have been more helpful!!! I was outraged when you even wanted to charge additional for dismounting the new part you had installed because it did not solve the issue. I never experienced that before in other shops.

I call and was given an immediate appointment with Ks Autohaus. Spoke with Sheila. Brought my car in, was told would receive a call within 2 hours with a diagnosis. In 2 hours I received my call. Was told part would be order. I was call when part was received and work started. The next day the work was done and my car was ready for pickup. I received courtesy and professional service. My vehicle is still not right. Was charged for an alignment but my car is still pulling to the left. They had my car for over a week all repairs should have been completed instead of waiting until I paid and test drove the vehicle. Now you want me to bring my car back for more repairs I don t think so. Over three thousand dollars in repairs and you re still trying to get more money. Thomas and Sheela are very good at communicating and even though the part that's needed is on national back order I will wait for the part to come in and allow K's to do the repairs. They diagnose the issue quickly. Great customer service and honesty.
