We went in for an inspection and technician came and told us about dirty air filters which were not a part of inspection process. We really appreciated they took the time to come ask if we wanted them changed. All the workers were extremely friendly and kind. The service was great. We were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend.

Excellent service!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving my issue and at a much better price. (I had spent 2 hours in a different shop with no results, before I got there). Jiffy Lube even provided additional service that I hadn t requested. Definitely my PREFERRED service provider from now on. THANK YOU Jiffy Lube.

The service is fine here, but plan on staying much longer than anticipated. One car was infront of me for an oil change. I was told it would be 15 minutes. I was there for over an hour. Definitely trying somewhere else next time.

I stopped in there I didn't see but two people but as they got busy more people came to work it took him an hour and 30 minutes I must say but the service was immaculate the service was great now the time it took them was a little long but if I tell you I got the greatest service which made up for the hour it took them and the young man even was vacuum in my car it was so dirty I was surprised that they vacuum I was just thankful I was just grateful

I never had a bad experience here. Great, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Any service I receive here are done correctly and in good timing. I would most definitely recommend this business to others.

Cedric Smith is a skilled mechanic. It is one thing to be a Manager. Manager carries its own description and capabilities. Usually Managers are far removed from the actual job, but in this case I consider Jiffy Lube very Lucky to have Cedric as both a Manager and a Skilled Mechanic.Cedric explained every issue step by step and let me see the work. I was always informed and actually shocked by how skilled he is. It s hard to find a good mechanic that has the skills he has. It was actually inspiring to see him work. I have a lot of respect for him due to his education of cars.He is also very intelligent and a great manager. Customer Service from both Cedric and James was great. I felt comfortable and well informed.I came into Jiffy depressed, stressed and ready to park my car on the side of the road and walk away. Thanks to Cedric I drove away grateful and hopeful that I can keep my car that I m still paying on.I am immensely and forever grateful for such skill. The high reviews are not overrated. It s a good skilled team here. I ll only go to them now and if I have to go elsewhere best believe they will be my advisors LolThank you Cedric and James.

Asked if they took walk in oil changes they do they took great care of me there staff is wonderful was in and out in fast highly recommended for you next oil change I will be back for future oil changed thank you so much

Customer Service was okay but the wait can be super long. I came during working hours thinking it would be fast but nope. It took 2 hours to get a car inspection done.Also I got a coupon online from their website and the employee told me that he couldn't use it. He didn't even try! I was so over waiting so long that I left it like that but I didn't think it was right.

Recently had to get a new car inspection and Jiffy Lube was the only place in town able to inspect because everyone else's machine were down. We had to wait a little longer in the queue because of the availability but the service was still under an hour. Michael and staff were friendly and efficient.

Pleasant employees , and easy access to bring my travel trailer for State inspection ! Had to wait because they were busy, but they pushed the customer s through pretty quickly! Overall satisfied! Will go back again next year!

This place don t even deserve a star. I pulled up to get an inspection done and the guy that does the inspections was sitting in his car, refusing to get out and complete the inspection. Internal conflict apparently.

Michael Jones if that was the guy that helped me he was rude . Didn t say thank you or anything. He keep walking to the back talking to someone in a vehicle. Handed me my receipt and walked out. I had to shut my own hood and pull my own car out. Thanks for the car inspection.Thanks for such a disrespectful service.

I went in Saturday morning Aug 6, 2023 to get my inspection done. Three employees had called out, there were only two guys working. They were very professional, efficient and polite with their job. If they were stressed, they stayed calm and kept apologizing for the delays ( even though they had everything under control. Thank you guys for a great job!!!

Great people here. My sister's truck broke down, and they were super nice and helpful to her until I could get there to repair the brakes on her truck. They went above and beyond even when we didn't spend a dime there. They will have my business when I need them.

Very helpful and efficient. Price for oil change has doubled since 2020. I work from home, so I don't drive my car often or more than 10 miles at a time. Get a Groupon and that will make a big difference, especially if you are 9n a fixed income.

I want to thank the new assistant manager cedric he was great in explaining everything that was going on with my truck didn t know my wife needed her brakes done he caught it and repaired them in about 20-30 minutes great job I recommend that everyone come to this location for your repairs. The customer service TODAY SUCKED!!! My oil changed took 2 hours. They didn't ask me which oil change I wanted like they normally do til my truck had been in the bay for 30+ minutes. One guy was all on the passenger side for at least 10-15 minutes to the point I went outside to ask what he was doing. Due to the fact I never saw him come out with anything. Of course I know that's where my cabin filter is. When I walked outside I was told he was checking the cabin filter. I told the African American guy with the dreadlocks that the guy can come out of my truck I'm not changing the cabin filter. Then about 10 minutes later they call me outside to look at the screen outside to ask me which oil change I wanted. By this time I'm really pissed because I would have thought he had possibly checked to see which oil change I had before, since they had been under the hood and my truck was in the by now 45 minutes. So I ask that he check the history since I frequent Jiffy Lube. So once they finish the oil change they pull my truck out the bay and the Afirican American guy I mentioned earlier is sitting in my truck for 5 minutes on the phone. So I stick my head out the door because I don't see him messing with anything in the truck. Mind you I got there at 1:20 and it's now almost 3 and I'm STILL there. So I go ask another guy that is coming in from the shop what is he doing in my truck. Can he please ask him to get off the phone sitting in my truck I need to go. I was then instructed he was trying to find out how to reset the Oil Change light. I told them don't worry about it I will reset it!! By now I'm fuming. So has the African American Guy comes back in to ring me up he tells me about them being short staffed. BUT he hands another guy the sticker to put in my windshield to remind me of next oil change. So as I'm being rung up I mention I have a coupon. I was told I received the Synthetic Blend oil change. Mind you I use a coupon most of the times I go. At this point I'm a out to be late for my next engagement so I say nevermind and just pay them. However, I need to say I watched 3 people leave while I was waiting. One lady came in and left she only needed an Inspection. Once I got in my truck the radio was changed, the seat moved and fingerprints all over the door panel and streaked windows. The staff they had a year ago when Kedrick was there was ALWAY professional and got you in and out with Great service. Six months ago they lost a lug nut and told me to get another one and bring it to them and they would put it on. We'll dang yall lost it during my tire rotation. But now EVERYTIME I go it's new people and different issues. And the service it's getting horrible!!! I take 2 vehicles up there. And within the past 4 months is a WHOLE new staff AGAIN. Jiffy lube you must do better at the location on FM 1960 BYPASS Store 1884. You should not have ever changed your staff from before. The staff was experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, fast and definitely friendlier than what I experienced today.Service: Oil change
