Amazing shop. Amazing Owner. Amazing mechanics . Jays shop has never let me down, went in for a pre purchase inspection and a quote on anything the vehicle might require and was not disappointed. Keep up the good work!

We needed to get our tire replaced. We pulled in at 5:45pm to at least drop off the car. Their sign says they close at 6, online it says they closed at 6. Well it wasn't 6pm yet and they where closed.

First visit, I took my truck there for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment. I was drilled on why I wanted the tires balanced. The cashier said he didn't want me to spend money if I didn't have to. Now how would I know if the tires are out of balance or not unless it's put on the machine? I want what I asked for and I have the money for it, that's why I asked for a balance check. When you order a cheeseburger, does anyone ask you why you want cheese on the burger and try to talk you out of it? I kindly walked out and will never step foot in this place again.

If I could give NO stars i definitely would. I pulled in with 2 blow outs on my 3500 from the construction on 1960, 45 min prior to this shop closing stood at the counter for 15 mins waiting for the guy to stop talking to what looked like a buddy all for home to tell me that he closes at 4 and I could leave my truck but he would not be able to replace the tires today. So I asked you mean because you closed at 4 and it s 3:30 now, you can repair the blow outs on my truck. Yes ma am but you can leave your truck. I limped around the corner to NRS New and used tire and the replaced both blow outs in 15 minutes , I m getting ready to pull out of their parking lot now. So usual depending on how your treated in an emergency situation based your opinion on if you would likely use that shop in a non-emergency situation so chances of me EVER using them or recommending them to any of my friends or family to this shop is highly unlikely

Twice now I've brought my JKU to this shop. Both times for minor services such as inspection, oil change, tire rotation. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, hygienic, and friendly. During most recent visit I learned this shop does "everything" including engine swaps, suspension work, and electrical.As someone who is just knowledgeable enough about cars to be dangerous, choosing a shop to do the work I can't do myself is a complicated process. Obviously I love my ride just like a lot of other drivers do. Sometimes it comes down to a gut feeling when choosing a shop.I let them do some basic stuff. No weird results to report. Going to bring the full suspension upgrade for my JKU to them and have them install. Will post thereafter.But for now, solid 4 stars. Good work.S.

This establishment is honest and spot on! I went to Jason s as another place said I needed brakes on my GMC Sierra. They called me and said there's 40% life left on the brakes, it wasn t necessary to change them yet, I changed them anyway. Their honesty and pricing is what did it for me, too many services out there that are dishonest! Nothing but praise for Jason s Firestone, dealt there before years ago under a previous owner, can t say the same!Service: Auto brake replacement

They are fast when it comes to oil changes. The staff is friendly and their prices are fair and reasonable. (My friend paid 9k for her new engine) But someone please tell me when an oil change started costing $76.00! I'mma need $24.99 back please.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst automotive service experience I have ever had. I went in for a Royal purple oil change. When I checked my oil level the next morning I noticed that the oil on the dipstick was yellow-brown and burnt. To be clear Royal purple oil is a brilliant purple color. When I addressed this with the owner , I was met with a defensive , obstinate and disrespectful response. He refused to take any responsibility And refuse to give me a refund. Up until this point I had been a repeat customer. I will never do business with them again and I suggest that you do not either.

I took my vehicle to one other shop in the vicinity to repair my car. They quoted me close to $2000 for repairing my AC. I took them to Jason's for a second opinion. They fixed my vehicle for less than $300. The car has been running fine and I saved a much of money. Not bad.

My wife recently took her car (that has never had an issue and certainly has not broken down) in for inspection. She was charged just under $2,000 for a cracked heater core and the car broke down on the side of the beltway 3 days later.They did offer to have the car towed back to their shop, and depending on what happens from here I ll come back and give either a higher rating, or I ll find a way to give negative stars.Update: Jay (the new owner) and his crew went above and beyond to make this situation right. I am happy to report my wife s car is back up and running better than ever. Thank you Jay for being a stand up guy and fixing a bad situation.

I took my 2005 ford to jay at jasons auto repair for possible timing chain and exaust repairs. 2weeks later after i had called several times,because they never called , he told me he would definately let me know something by end of day. He never called! So at5:15 friday evening i called and told him im coming to get my truck.he said ok nicely with no other response. I made it to the light at atascocia and truck would not stay runnig i was stranded in intersection and had to call humble towing who was there in 5 min awesome service by the way. Ive lost 1380.00 per week for 2 weeks of work ahave no idea why my truck isnt runnig now but i gave it away and bout to buy another one this weekend!!!! He is a honest and friendly guy and doesn't try to up sale you every time you go in like a lot of places around town. Very expensive cost for a starter for wife's car. Found I was really taken for a ride. I found starter for 259 and labor cost at 3 different shops for 300 total 500 to 575 was charged just under 1000 dollars.

Payed over $100 for an oil change and didn t get a sticker to tell me when the next oil change is due. They also lost a center cap for my rims, which cost $100 to replace. Never going back. Terrible service.
