I went to H-Techs Auto Service because it is close to my residence. After my usual spot turned me away because their machine were down, I went to H techs to get an inspection. Their service was good and quick. They had me in and out with no wait. They have a quick payment process and clean air conditioned front office. H-Techs is my go to shop for trustworthy, knowledgeable and affordable service, These guys have always shown me excellent customer service they are very professional and have me in and out in no time at all I d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Jamie I couldn t have asked for a better experience, I definitely look forward to doing business with you guys in the future. They didn't even bother to take a look at my vehicle and informed me that it would cost me over $3000. I countered him by stating the average cost of the parts and he says they only buy the expensive stuff. These guys must be psychic to know exactly what my truck needs without even going outside to look at it. I took it to another shop and was able to get it running for $200. I would never go back to this place or recommend it.

I needed my door repainted after another driver left a deep ding in it at a parking lot. I also needed an interior panel that was hanging off its latch fixed. The estimate I received was $450 & 3 days. Not only did they fix the panel FREE OF CHARGE, but the final estimate was reduced by $50(400)! The door looks great, blended perfectly & unnoticeable, and they even used the leftover paint to cover up tiny paint dings around the car. They are now my go to mechanic for any car needs. The professionals at H-Tech are the real deal!Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Went twice to get my car inspected, they just have terrible service and don t care for the customer. 1st time I came in during their lunch break so I wasn t in a rush I knew they were eating , they watched from where they were sitting and ignored me. I called one over and asked can I just leave my keys, phone number and told them what I needed. They said ok and I left. When I got back it was 2 hrs later and they hadn t even started, than asked me if I had the keys as if we didn t even have a conversation, just the disregard I took my car and left. 2nd time it wasn t just me it was a group of people with the same issues so I left.

I went to get an estimate on the morning of 4/5/23 and the mechanic was barely coming in to open the shop. I was told that there were two cars in the bay, so I would have to come back 4 hours or more later just to get a diagnosis and estimate, as if I don t have a life. Luckily, I found the option for what I needed across the street.El Leon test drove my car twice and gave me a diagnosis. They took care of my wheel bearing issue for 1/4 of other estimated cost of local shops while not turning away any customers who needed services. I received the diagnosis, used the owners truck to go get the part, had the car repaired, all in time to make it to work by noon. That s true customer service. Thank God, I no longer have to go outside of Humble to get good prices and to be treated as if I matter.

They do good work and have fair pricing. I trust them with all my vehicles and so does my family. Let the dealership tell you everything wrong with your car then take it here. They will tell you what s what and give you fair pricing if things needs repairing.

These guys are great.Not a huge corporation or franchise primarily interested in extracting money from your bank account.I am made to feel like family. That's important in building repeat business.

TRUSTWORTHY, HELPFUL, GOOD PEOPLE! Great service center! Roy has been helping my in-laws with their Hondas for about 20 years. I just took my Honda in for a second opinion after another shop said I needed a couple thousand dollars worth of repairs. Luckily, this trustworthy shop disputed the recommended repairs and saved me $2000. I am very thankful for these guys.

I looked online for mechanics and came across this place after the dealer could not find the oil leak in my car, yes the actual Honda dealer!! They charge way too much and still could not find the source of the leak. The next day i call this place and took my car in, the people there were very friendly. They had it for half a day and found the issue of my leak. Thank god i went with them because not only did they have my car the next day they prices were great. I will be bringing my Honda again to this place, what did i learn from all of this DONT GO TO DEALERS for your fix, find shops like these to get your car fix.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend. The car people you can trust. They provide all kinds of vehicle services: any repairs, painting, dents, damage, maintenance, inspections. They tell you exactly what you need and don't try to screw you. And their prices are the best by far. Great local shop. I can't recommend them enough. My go to guys for all things with a motor.

I highly recommend using H Tech for any vehicle repair. I have taken two vehicles to them (a Honda Element, and a antique truck), and each time they quickly repaired what I wanted, and charged a fair price for the work. I have had good experiences with them. and will use them as my primary repair shop for the foreseeable future.

Took my truck to Pepboys to get an oil change (10/19/17) and check the computer for the brake light and traction control lights that were on. Turns out that my brake booster and main cylinder were bad. Pepboys quoted me approximately $1200 to change it (good service & nice guys just seemed high). My wife coworker recommended H-Tech so I gave them a call for a quote and sure enough they were able to beat Pepboys price by several hundred dollars. On top of that, we currently only have one vehicle and I was going to have to wait for them to complete the repair, however, instead they gave me a ride to my house until they finished picking me up when they were done! Awesome service, great prices, nice/honest people - will use again.

Be very careful with these guys! Please be informed there was nothing wrong with my car besides dirty transmission fluid and filter ! First they gave me a firm price of $189.99 for transmission service, then called me the next day (while my transmission is already being worked on) with information about a SPECIFIC type of transmission fluid they could ONLY use on my car that raised the price to $249.99 for some odd reason. I didn t argue or disagree with there judgement so I paid the $250 happily. Come to pick my vehicle up the day of off and leave the parking lot 5 minutes later im hearing a whinnying noise when I turn then my steering wheel gets almost impossible to turn ...I called back to tell him the power steering is acting up and his comment was oh yeah? Really? Bring it back let s take a look . I arrived 5 more minutes later and Jamie comes out with brother telling me I don t know what could ve happened they both checked it out and recommended all kinds of parts and problems that I know for sure wasn t the case trying to get more money out of me instead trying to fix what they probably messed up in the first place ! I feel like if I was Hispanic this wouldn t have happened at all people...Im not that guy that compliments in life or tell you this shop sucks don t ever go here , to each us own but just know this is my first time commenting on any business in my life. I know when im being screwed over and if I can prevent people from making my same mistake I will but if your any ethnicity other then Hispanic please watch them closely and be carful if you go here!! Definitely wouldn t

I took my car for inspection... it failed!! But the guy that helped me was honest and told me what I needed to do to pass inspection...I took it a 2nd time and passed!

Roy is very rude and a true racist I've never been more upset and disrespected....Ive been call in about my car and get no interest like it doesn't matter
