They keep changing up this issues of what is wrong with your vehicle. They will tell you one thing and say its multiple things. They are two expensive. They double up the price for the part that they buy. They break parts on your vehicle and refuse to fix it under their expense. Please don't bring your car here.

Extremely disappointed with their service. Even after I had asked several times to just change the part that I came in for after seeing several other service suggestions in my invoice, I did not ask to add. My invoice was not updated. My card was ran, they made the executive decision to replace another part which wasn t even the problem.

Took my car in to get the starter replaced, they did a great job. Done in about an hour and some change. I'm recommending Fred's . I used to get mad at him, because I guess me being a woman I always felt people took me for granted because I don't know that much about cars. But he's a great mechanic. Thanks

Always get excellent service from Fred and is always honest. Prices are normal which is a plus. Definitely recommend! They work on all of our company vehicles.

Can t say enough good things about Fred and Josh. Their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise go above and beyond description. I have taken several of my cars to Fred s and each time, not only was the problem diagnosed correctly, it was fixed properly and affordable. I have a goddaughter, and I worry about her constantly about having reliable transportation and not being stranded. On one occasion, Fredpersonally came to where her car was, for it had stalled, got it running; brought it to his shop and quickly identified the problem and got her on the road.Even when I call, the ladies who answer are very professional and helpful.Car problems are the worst. My catalytic converter needed to be replaced so I took my car to Fred s to be fixed. He let me know about the emissions warranty and that since my car only had 66,000 miles on it that it would be covered by warranty!! I had no idea and have never even heard about this before. I m so grateful that he saved me tons of money and gave me advice on what to do next. I will definitely use his shop again and appreciate his honesty so much. Thank you!!!Service: Exhaust

These guys are awesome. Took my car in for some exhaust work. They explained what they needed to do in detail and told me that it could cost more than their quote if they have to pull the exhaust down because the area where the weld is going is pretty tight. They got it done quickly and at the original quoted price. Awesome service. Will definitely be back.

I have dealt with Fred for awhile now. several of my vehicles have been here for exhaust work, every single time they do a great job. Nice clean welds, very professional. You can definitely tell these men love their job and their reputation. Keeps me coming back for sure.

Fred has done work on my truck several times and maintenance on my wife's car. They are always friendly and the prices are fair. They are good honest people and do a good job. I do recommend them.

Fred and his guys do great work. I made the mistake of going to another shop for a tuneup. 5 visits later, my number 4 cylinder was missing and the other shop said I needed a head job and even recommended replacing the motor when absolutely nothing was wrong with it before their tuneup. Fred and his guys narrowed it down to a faulty plug and fixed it right up. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend Fred's. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. They told me the issue was one of the o2 sensors. Initially, they quoted me one price, but tried to charge me a higher price when it was time to pay. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to go back to the lower price. Less than 24 hours after they completed work on my car, the check engine light was back on. I was told that the issue may be another o2 sensor and they can't be certain unless they replaced another sensor (for which they were going to charge me). Essentially, they were guessing as to what was wrong with my car and wanted me to pay for their guesswork. I ended up going to a Honda dealership to get the issue resolved. (The issue was not what the mechanic at Fred's suggested). Very disappointed with my experience here.

I dropped my truck off overnight. The front counter stated that i would receive a morning call with the report and that there wasn't an extensive wait. I had to keep calling as each time i'd have to call myself just to be told it's still sitting outside. After 24 hours they finally looked at it, yet there was still no report. The front counter was rude and Fred himself was rude and unprofessional. This place was a waste of time. If you are ok with the price but willing to wait days for a diagnostic... Go for it.

So far so good with this auto repair shop. I had a two separate simple issues.1. Someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter off my truck2. The switches on the driver door we re going out and my window wouldn t come up.They welded the converter closed and they found me new part for my old truck.

I took my Mercedes in for exhaust work and Fred was very friendly and helpful. He listened to me and helped accomplish what I wanted at a great price and the job was done very quickly and professionally. I recommend checking here before paying outrageous dealership prices and dealing with the headache their service departments always give me.

I am so blessed to have found an honest, affordable mechanic shop. Fred and his staff have done work on my vehicle for 3 years and I have always had great results. They have never tried to sell me maintenance that was not needed immediately. I appreciate Fred and his staff.

Took my car here after spending hundreds of dollars trying to correct the issue autozone diagnosed engine with. Fred gave me a rough estimate of price and time and actually saved me money and finished quicker than expected. Extremely unprofessional! I called and was told to bring my truck up. Got there rang the doorbell. No one answered. Went to one side the gate was locked then went to the other side. I didn't go through the gate. Them some employees comes around the corner very aggressively yelling and cussing at me. Such unbelievable behavior. There is absolutely no reason to act like that towards people. I don't know how this place is even in business!

I had a horrible experience with this shop. I took my car In running. I had a problem with my fuel gauge, they fix the fuel gauge problem and told me that I had a bad computer! I ordered a new computer and decided to let them put it on! They put the computer on but call me and told me that my car was running worst then when I brought it to them! They just push my car to the side and did not try to fix it are find the problem! I would not recommend any body to take their car to this shop for anything! The shop is located in Humble Texas on First Street!
