Brought my company vehicle in for required services at about 10:30am. Standard maintenance required... oil change and bumper to bumper inspections. I also asked to have the tow light connection checked as it is not operating at all. Total time for everything was about 3 hours.... now that may sound like a long wait. Keep in mind I didn't make an appointment, it was very busy from the time I arrived until I left, the amount of work being done to my vehicle (along with every other bay filled with a vehicle and the work being done to them) and they found and took care of other issues with my truck during the inspection. Three hours is not a very long time to wait for this amount of work.My suggestion to anyone is simply Google how long or how many hours it takes to do whatever it is that your looking to have done on your vehicle and then add a wait time to that because your not the only customer... If your in a hurry drop it off or use a 15 min oil change place.The staff was very friendly, courtesy was very forthright on all levels and I never once had to ask what the status of my vehicle was because the staff kept me well informed step by step.Long story short this is an exceptional location that does great work safely, engaging with customers and keeping the information flowing. In today's world its not at all hard to simply drop off a vehicle if life does not afford the ability to wait.Very happy with my visit. I will be back for all reaming scheduled visits.

Costello and Tambraka was so great! They treated me with so much kindness. I walked in with an appointment and they were prepared and ready! The store was so clean and even offered fresh coffee. Thank you all for taken care of my vehicle. I will definitely be returning for anything of my vehicles needs!

Markup on materials is 50%. That's high for any profession. They do good work, they work pretty quickly, they won't keep you very informed but will get you out the door. They won't explain your invoice and will try to email it to you only. You'll see later some items you didn't know you were being charged for.

I ended up having to wait several hours due to unexpected services that I agreed to have them work on but my time there was not unpleasant. T was very informative and helpful with the details for the services and kept me updated throughout my time there. I dropped my car off at 10am for ac check and oil change at 430pm they still haven t complete any service I have an old key and I told them explicitly do not lock the car or hit button on the key fob the car will lock and not unlock without the door key and that I am keeping the door key bc I ve had mechanics lock both parts in my car I left my car unlocked went inside dropped my key off and returned to my car to get my stuff before making sure my car still unlocked At 430 after I called them that they were barely starting on the oil change bc I expressed at 1pm ( when I called them)if anything at least I need my oil change done by EOD However they called me back shortly afterto inform me my car was lockedI picked up my car and left without either service They had my car for 6 hours and didn t complete any service

My Son had just passed his drivers test and received his license after returning from the Navy in November of 2023. The same day his front brakes went out I mean o on one side and 1 on the other and he needed two rear tires. We knew about the tires, but the brakes were a surprise. The manager Castello Winters took excellent care of us and Thanked him for his service. But that day we Thanked her for her service. He has found a service provider for his 2018 Kia Soul and a friend in Ms. Winters and he'll be going back for an oil change and ailment as soon as he gets the money and time.

Ms. Costello and her team went above and beyond their call to duty , they was extremely knowledgeable and effective with handling my car , and Ms . The staff is very friendly, they help you out and try to work with you. They keep you updated on the work on your vehicle and they make sure everything is fixed correctly before giving you the vehicle back. I use them all the time and I always go back and always will. I called the Firestone at 9715 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E to inquire about an issue I was having with my vehicle. I spoke with the service manager, Shamik G. I explained that I had never gone to any other place for car repair/service other than the dealership. I was nervous about trying someplace new. Well, Shamik reassured me that I wouldn't be disappointed and that I was in good hands. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and was immediately met by Shamik and staff. To say it was early in the morning, the smiles that greeted me made me feel at ease. I was checked in and waited. Well, within 30 minutes, I was called and shown the issue, so now we have a plan in place. The technician explained everything where I could understand and make decisions. My car was repaired, and I was on my way. This store and the customer service were outstanding. From what I gathered, they care about the customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Thank you, Shamik, for making my experience awesome. You have gained a new regular customer. I highly recommend this establishment.

DO NOT COME HEREI had an actual appointment for replacing spark plugs at 11:30. I showed up on time but after 30 minutes of sitting, I was told that they had to push my vehicle back for call outs and that they wouldn t get to my vehicle for an additional 2 hours. I was very limited on time and frustrated with this. They probably should have called their appointments and notified people of the potential for missing appointments. I said I live 15 minutes down the road, I ll be back in 2 hours then . The guy said my truck had to stay . I didn t argue. Just asked for a manager politely.I explained I can t wait here all day and that my appointment should be priority . They wouldn t honor it so I said I ll take my keys and I can be back when a bay opens. Brian was kind enough to give me an extra 5% off for the inconvenience and took my number saying he would call when one opened up.Fast forward the 2 hours and nothing. I call and say what s going on? They said oh yeah you can come now .When trying to verify my new price with the 5% off, the main manager I guess, Costello, starts acting like I don t know how appointments work and starts telling me how doctors offices do things if an emergency happens and someone s appointment has to get pushed. She says I m gonna do the 5% now but next time that ain t happening. I told her don t worry, I ll never make an appointment here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If I schedule for 11:30, a great business honors that. Walk ins should have gotten the push.Also if you need handicap parking, expect not to get it. A school van took up the handicap spot the entire 5 hours I spent here because they thought that was a good spot to put it.

Great Great Great customer service. Nice prices, they usually stay busy, so attempt to schedule an appointment. They offer great services and do well with explaining the work they will do on your vehicle. They gave me tips on ways to take care of my vehicle more. The staff member, Ms Adam's at the front desk, was phenomenal at helping me get my vehicle service at this establishment. I shall return back for any services that I need.

Wouldn t recommend this place. Dropped my wife s car off for a flat repair, was told it would be a couple hours. No big deal, holiday weekend. Call back 3.5 hours later to check on it, was told it s not ready, before they even knew who I was. They finally called my wife back about 45 min later stating the flat is u repairable as it has a nail in the sidewall. I knew where the nail was before taking it in, and knew it wasn t in the sidewall. Sounds to me like they were overwhelmed and didn t really want to be there on a holiday weekend, so they were just making whatever excuses possible to not have to put anymore time into a job than they had to.Had them put the spare on and I ll be taking it down the street to a shop that actually cares about it s customers, not one that is just trying to sell tires or close tickets. 3.5 inches off the shoulder is far from the sidewall .Update- 9/21/22Email exchange back and forth with Firestone Social Care team since the response was given. Was promised a call from the store manager within 48 hours. this did not happen. Beware, not only does the store pull one over on you, but the "social care" team will as well with zero follow through.Tire was repaired the following business day by Discount Tire down the street. They were appalled that firestone would classify this as irreparable, and still charge to take a tire off to classify it as irreparable. Not only did Discount fix the flat, they did so free of charge because customers matter to them.Service: Tires

Horrible Customer!!!! I took my car here to get the ignition switch fixed. Now steering wheel rubs against steering column case and steering wheel sticks when I turn. After the store tried multiple times to fix the issue they caused, the steer wheel still rubs and sticks against the steering column case and cosmetic damage from the repair. This store needs customer service training.

I have been thoroughly impressed with this Firestone location. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly, the service is fast, and they accommodate almost any of our needs. This is my preferred place for oil changes and new tires. If they don't have what you need in stock they are always willing to have it delivered same day if possible.

My personal experience with this location, I arrived in the morning and surprised it was already busy. Every one at the front desk was above and beyond. Every one was busy and yet they are still patient with the customer and very respectful. The young man helping was very helpful explaining the difference between tire. The lady next to him was so respectful. I just kept hearing, yes ma'am and no ma'am with her customer. It's very hard to find places with good manners and good customers service. I felt comfortable and confident in choosing this location. I decided to add on oil change here, while gettingg 4 new tires and a alignment. Great customers service. Yes I had a small wait because it was busy that day. Its just common sense, you dont rush certain things in life. But the garage technician did a great job especially for being busy. I would definitely return and recommend this location. I will be returning later this year to get my car inspection sticker.

Coming up from the RGV we caught a bad wobble in the tires. Before heading back I took my car to this Firestone and they discovered the 2 back wheels were bad. They let me inspect the tiers and my brakes, changed them out quickly and with reasonable damage to my wallet and in only an hour and a bit. Friendly, personable and professional. I went for State Inspection & after 3rd try finally able to get it done. Failed because of a brake light out. $85 to replace. Auto zone replaced for $5.37... took 2 days to reinspect.
