I was referred to Eric by a family member on Christmas Eve when my exhaust came apart. I gave Eric a call the morning after Christmas and he told me to come down. As soon as I got there he got truck on the lift, fixed it, and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Eric and his crew for anyone looking for an honest mechanic with fantastic customer service. Thanks a million Eric for getting me back on the road so quickly today!

Was here helping out some family pick up their car after it's been worked on. Staff seems friendly and knowledgeable of what their doing. I just might bring my car here to get some work done on it, that I just can't seem to find the time to do.

AC Repair: Had the Compressor Replaced. lasted less than a year, took off the Compressor and found Black Greasy Grit and Grim all over the O-Rings and Black Death all inside the system!! I was charged a premium price for this repair. Don't Go Here!

I have been a customer for several years. I loved the fact that I could send my parents here and not worry about getting their vehicle repaired at a great price and very dependable. My mom has stopped driving, but still ask me when was the last time I saw Eric! Just recently I had a Dodge Charger that would not cool properly and was told it needed $1200 worth of repairs by two other shops. I took it to Eric's and they discovered it was overcharged, they removed some freon and now the car cools better now then when we first bought it. This is just one of the many times Eric and crew have helped me and saved me money. Eric's has been my go- to mechanic for well over 15 years. Has ALWAYS stood by his work. Fair pricing.I have had a vehicle or two through the years, with some hard to find and diagnose issues. He has found the problems and fixed them right.., although it was time consuming, I have never been charged for more than actual time and parts needed.That's integrity.Hard to find honesty and integrity these days... but I have someone I can trust

I first went to Mr Eric's shop this summer because my car wouldn't start. He fixed ONLY what was wrong with the car which was the battery and it ran amazing. I just dropped my car off yesterday because my battery light was on. Eric quickly accessed the problem and fixed my alternator. My car is now running amazing. Mr Eric is very knowledgeable in his expertise and he is always eager to share that knowledge with his customers. He even walked me out to see the smile on my face when I started my now quiet car! I chose a different shop based on customer service experience and price. I cannot comment as to the quality of the work as I chose to not have my car repaired here, but I can comment on my customer service experience. This shop was recommended to me by an acquaintance so I came in for them to look at it and give me a quote on replacing 3 engine mounts. When I told them I was interested in replacing the top mount on my own (I've seen it done and is straightforward, no special tools needed) Eric specifically (and his mechanic though Eric was doing the quoting/talking) literally scoffed at me and exclaimed "just have us do it!" and not in an endearing or joking manner. Mind you, I've done most of the work on my car myself the 6 years I have had it, I'm not a novice though I am a woman. I found him to be extremely condescending. I am not easily offended; customer service is very important to me. I certainly didn't want to be shelling out $1,100 to be treated in such a manner. I also think they mark up the price on the parts as one engine mount alone was priced at $286, but that is strictly my own opinion. I chose Alan's Car Care around the corner as he also came highly recommended and his price won by $100+.

The best customer service for a car mechanic! I have had multiple cars fixed and simply serviced by Eric. Spoiler alert! Eric and his team are actually honest! My suv was failing my emissions test. Eric discovered I needed a new catalytic converters. He said I gotta tell you there is a place on 59 that does it way cheaper than I would. Go there. For an auto mechanic to send me down the road for a new muffler to another shop that he said would do it cheaper than him blew my mind . This is your new shop you need to take your car to Eric!

Eric told me on Friday that if I came on Monday..today 9/20 he will let the mechanic know to give me a 30.00 discount on labor. So when I got to the shop mechanic was aware but he refuse to give me a discount. He didn't need to raise my car. That's the reason I only used Eric twice in 4 years cuz their word is not worth anything.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Today my A/c belt broke!! I came in to find out how much & how long it was gonna take to get it fixed After talking with Mr. Eric I was amazed with how he blessed me! I came in for a brake job, my caliper explode so I needed it replaced. But while there they found a bearing going out as well. Told me I needed to replaced both calipers and rotors on the rear because you always change in pairs. Why I have never heard of that before in my life (54 years)? Never less I decided to only change 1 caliper and both rotors and the wheel bearing. Cost of parts was about $1170, just for the parts. CARQUEST automotive parts if I would have bought them would have cost me $663. Just one example wheel bearing cost $259 for me, they charged me $409 Wow such a mark up. BE CAREFUL IN WHAT YOU GET THEM TO DO. Out of town on work so, what would have cost me $663 cost me $1649.99. The mechanic who did it was great but shop will overcharge you.

I dropped of a customers truck at this place today. I must say Eric is the most pleasant shop owner i have met. I own a tow truck and trust me i have met my fair share of crazy shop owners. They haven't done any auto work for me but from first impression they will soon. I would reccommend any day.

These guys do a great job and are as fair as can be. If you need an alignment done right thia is the place to go and they do not rob you on the price. Great place I will go back and keep recommending.

We brought a vehicle here that hadn't been driven in a while. Thet fixed it the same day and the owner insisted his guys wash it before we picked it up because it was filthy from sitting under a tree for a year. Great service!!!

Great and knowledgeable mechanics. Had my problem diagnosed and repairedin under a half an hour. A little steep on pricing, but for a rush job an hour before they closed, I do not blame them and would be willing to pay it again.

Don't go anywhere else! Eric will give you the honest truth about your vehicle without changing you for stuff you don't want or need. No pressure tactics either.
