I went to get my windshield checked out for a rock chip, which cause a crack in the glass, near my dashboard. The guys weren t there to check it but the lady at the front was very informative, told me to come back so I did. I go back within an hour and the guys were just arriving from an outside job. The lady asks Mr. Christian to get check if the repair can be done and he goes outsides and gives it a quick inspection. After a couple seconds, I hear a drill sound and I see the drill on my windshield. There was no verbal consent for the repair and I was shocked the guy was already repairing. The lady noticed and approached Christian to see why there was no communication with us. I was left with a paper to sign saying not liable if the crack spreads and I stood in quite shock. They even stated there s no warranty in their work and I had a competitor who backed up their work with a 1-year warranty. The repair looks alright, but hoping it will not spread. I do not recommend, I dislike the fact I didn t agree to the work when I only went to check if it was repairable.

These guys are the real deal and the professional experts in glass repair! My baby got a chip and then that chip traveled all across my line of site and I had to get my whole windshield replaced, bummer! BUT, Chris Oaks did a BEAUTIFUL job of changing out my window and now it s beautiful again! Thank you, Chris, Hayden, and Sam!

What an amazing business.I called just to ask questions. The woman who answered was extremely helpful and polite. I was able to set up an appointment. I, unfortunately, had to delay my appointment, but they held onto the glass for me.When I arrived, the man at the desk was also super friendly and helpful. They put in the new window pretty quick, less than 30 minutes, I'd say.And it turns out that the nice lady answering the phone was the owner herself! It's a great sign when the owner is involved, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful....IF, I ever need glass for my vehicles agin, I am undoubtedly returning!

From the initial phone call with Hayden, to the appointment today, the service was 10/10. They replaced the windshield on my truck, helped me find small leaks that I wasn t sure I even had. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this service.Great job going above and beyond. Thank you so much.

They do very good work and honor the lifetime warranty. I had a front windshield done in 2018. In 2023 had a leak in top left of windshield took it back and they replaced the glass with no question or hesitation. I will continue to recommend to friends n will go back whenever any glass issues come up. Thanks DGA!

I got my windshield replaced by them a few weeks ago. The customer service was amazing and it cost me way less than I expected! I definitely recommend these guys for all repair and replacement needs!

I took my glass door that went to my RV it was broken. They tried to fix it and it broke again but not as bad they refunded my money and I put it back on and you can't even see where it's broke awesome job I would use them again

My car was quoted bout hour. I got a call in hour and 30 minutes so it was close to time promised. I had a ride back later on. I'm very impressed with the fast service and I will refer this place going forward!

Very fast and cheap. Only took 45 minutes to replace both of the drivers side windows and it cost almost half the price of what was quoted to me by Safelite. Definitely recommend.

This was a great place! I called around and everyone was giving me these high quotes. When I called here they were super nice and friendly. I decided to go here ( very thankful I did) I was early, and they still helped me right away. The quoted me a price on the phone. $264 (Honda full windshield replacement) and that s EXACTLY the price. It took less then an hour. Which he gave me a heads up about how long, cost, insurance help. All of that over the phone. Very educated. They were so kind, respectful and very helpful. I really liked them and their environment. Great place, but I hope I do t have to see them soon lol. Thank you for getting my baby back to her beautiful self.

I have to this company 5 stars. I run a car business. So I have to fix broken glass often. Rather it's a windshield with calibrations or just a regular widow they are up for the challenge. This team has done amazing work for me and has gone out of there way to make sure the job is complete and done currently. In the past year I have 6 or more job done by them and its the same professional fast trun around work. I could be more satisfied. Great service, very clean, friendly and very professional. Appointment was at 12:30, got there at 12:15 and immediately was met by one of the employees who took my car and immediately started replacing both passenger side windows. Payed out and was on the road at 1:05. Best price around for the job.

Great quality service at a great price. Called late morning and had new glass installed by mid afternoon at my home. Nice and friendly serviceman made the job look easy and cleaned up the leftover broken glass. They replaced a broken front door power window. Looks and works great now. Highly recommended!! Hope I don t need them again but will be my fist call if I do.

These guys do great work. They did a super job on my windshield. Not only did they re-prime the sheet metal to prevent rust, but they moved all my stickers and the rear-view mirror for me so that it was just as it was before, except the stickers are a little straighter than they were.Very nice job at a very reasonable price. Discount Glass Auto in Humble was the best experience iv had while dealing with car cosmetics. They have the BEST PRICES In town compared to everyone else and I was only waiting for 45 minutes and they were finished! Great quality work and very efficient. The family own business of discount glass was the best experience I have had in a long time. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner with a wonderful hello and a good hard hand shake. I was immediately treated like family and the work was amazingly fast. I will be referring them to everyone that I know. Every thing was explained before anything started and upon completion cleaned the inside of my truck. If I could give 50 stars I would.
