Brought vehicle in for second opinion of a job we were told should be done. Reyes did a thorough check and advised that we should wait as he wasn t convinced there was a problem. He walked me through what to watch for and if it happened again, bring it in and they would take care of it. Also, their quote was much less than the other well known shop. He also pointed out some other items and some helpful tips to maintain the vehicle. I will be using them for everything moving forward.

The owner of Diamond Automotive & Reyes took very good care of my vehicle. They are very professional and very thorough. It only took them 2 days to complete the job. I ll definitely be returning for all my mechanical needs. I d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable and reliable mechanic shop.

World class service by Reyes and Monte. Very trustworthy and honest mechanics. Reyes even stayed two hours late to make sure my vehicle would be ready the next day so I could get to work. Will be back for all of my future needs and recommend to anyone needing work done to their vehicle.

Ethical, honest, efficient, reliable.We drive 30 minutes out of our way to take our car here.We have tons mechanics in our neighborhood, and have searched all through the Houston and Spring area trying out different mechanics over the years, but they always leave a lot to be desired.Diamond Automotive is the only shop we have found that is 100% trustworthy. Totally worth the drive out there.

I will never give them business, they over charge, the guy behind the desk needs an attitude adjustment. Way better shops than this one choose wisely.

Just finished the brake work on my car. Super friendly and respectful staff!I m not as knowledgeable about cars, but I did do some research on my own about cost before I took my car in, just so I would know if I was being overcharged, but nope! They are fast and honest. Cliffords told me it was a broken tie rod, Diamond said the nut was just loose, which would have been done by last shop to do an alignment again Cliffords. So steer clear of Cliffords and come see the nice guys at Diamond. They legit gave me answers in less than 10 min too. What a cool shop with real small town, good guys feel.

Best auto mechanic shop in the extended area. You don't come here to get a cheap fix. You come here because Jeff and his staff will not bend you over or try and and add on services to pad the bill and will do the higheat quality of work. You get what you pay for, and this shop is your best bet for getting the most value out of the dollars you spend to keep your vehicle on the road.

Fast, reliable, affordable, great communication, I could go on! Highly recommend Diamond Automotive. Took my suv in to repair the ac that a previous shop could not diagnose properly. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and their original quote was right on the point.

Great work and the head mechanic Ray is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and won't just change parts but find the problem and verify before costing you money for parts not needed. I recommend Diamond Automotive as my mechanic and yours if you want it fixed correctly!

I have been taking my cars there since I was a teenager. Good, properly price, trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. I drive 30mins out of my way to do business with them. Go see Jeff and the DA crew... You will not be disappointed. Oh! And they fix the problem the first time. I never had to go back after a fix.

The guys here at diamond automotive are great. they're very knowledgeable, and willing to work with you. I have an old classic I'm restoring but I'm also upgrading at the same time and every once in a while I have a question and every time they've been able to help me out and leave me in the right direction would definitely recommend them to anybody in the Houston area

I highly recommend Diamond Automotive. Brought in a driveshaft for an 89 Ford Ranger. Being 30 years old, parts were unavailable or backordered elsewhere. Monte was able to build a whole new one within 24 hours when the one I brought in was too shot to rebuild. He even took measurements from over the phone to build the new one. Was back on the road FASTER and for a lot less than others quoted. Very happy customer here. I will be back again. Thanks so much!!!!

I have been going here for some years and Jeff and Monty and the rest of them are great. Honest and down to earth gentlemen. Never had a problem, therefore I always recommend them to my friends.

Great work, fair price. Went out of their way to let me know about a minor delay receiving parts. Overhauled Jeep transfer case driveshaft for front drive. Much less expensive than other options.

I took my car to Fire***ne due to a shake in my front end. I was assured and told it was definitely my tire rods and the issue would be fixed ......NOPE after driving off 2 minutes down the road I called them and told them the car was still shaking. The guy told me.....welp we thought that was the issue. Long story short...in a 4 month span I purchased 4 new tires, inner and outer tire rods(both sides), cv joints(both sides),(both sides) rotors and also brand new lower control arms(again both dam sides!) for my vehicle. I have a shiny new front end now but same crappy problems . I took my car to diamond and they found the problem in about an hour....an engine mount was broken. Plain as day and upfront with me, no guessing and having me pay for parts that I didn t need.

I will never give this place any business and I would avoid it if I were you. I stopped by to have my 1 ton truck lined-up because a friend recommended them. I told them that I had a 1 ton truck so they changed the price from $89 to $99. He said it was because it was a dually and not a single wheel. ok, I can understand. No big deal. I told them that I just had the front-end checked out and that it was ok but I was unsure about the steering box. They said they had a "Complimentary Front-End Examination" to check it out before the alignment. I said "sure" and they found that I had an idler arm, pitman arm AND the steering box bad and they showed me the damage. I thanked them profusely for finding the fault and I said that I would replace the parts and bring it back to them for a line-up. One fellow started mocking me and said "Let him go back to the guy that said the front-end was ok if he wants to, let him find out the hard way if he is 'that' way". I told him that I only wanted a line-up and that the economy was bad and that I had to watch how much I can afford to fix the truck. He just mocked me again. This fellow looked like the manager and wore glasses and a uniform and looked to be in his mid to late 50s. The other two guys were professional and friendly. Stay clear of these guys. They will try to humiliate you into getting them to work on your car. If you do have a problem with their work then they will be VERY hard to deal with.There are many other fine shops with friendly people that will appreciate your business in Humble, Texas.

We ve been going to them for years and they ve always done a great job. Even telling us when something doesn t have to be done where they could ve just done it and made extra money. Honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Worked for these guys for years and now i bring my cars to them when i need something. They are honest and will take care of you honestly and fairly. Would recomend them to elderly and women as honest as they are without question

It was a nice place they were friendly they give me information I needed to know in my car for the most part was good I didn't they didn't do anything with before me with me I just like other customers told me to come in there and I wanted to check it out
