They quoted me ~25 dollars for a balance and rotate. I was having some vibration issues at high speeds. After the service, the ride was fine, vibrations gone, but then just a few days later the vibration was back and more noticeable at low and high speeds. It looked to me like their wheel weights fell off of one of my wheels. Took it back and they told me I needed an appointment. After the rebalance the technician told me the wheels were barely off and that it might need an alignment. No change in vibration at all. Fast forward a couple months and I needed to get my tires changed out at a different shop (If they can t balance properly, I don t trust them to change my tires), and its like I m driving in a new truck. No shakes, no vibrations. I took it to Costco to save some cash, but it s like the old saying goes, You get what you pay for!

BEWARE. Take pictures of your rims before getting your tires changed here. They will scratch up your rims and then say it was like that before.

Great tires price. But horrible service. Any service will take you 1-1:30 hrs with appointment. I guess they want y all to shop more while waiting. Tires jobs done as expected. Nothing superior.

Had to wait for about 20 minutes before anyone came up front to acknowledge several of us customers waiting there for service. Seems they should have someone full time up front dealing with customers instead of the tire technicians having to do this. It really impacts the customer experience in a negative way. Prices were good, but it took them over 3 hours to change out my tires, should have planned to drop my vehicle off, will likely go somewhere faster in the future.

Ordering of the tires was an easy process. Ordered Michelin Premier A/s 195/55/16. My vehicle originally came equipment with 185/60/16. A 2018 Toyota Yaris IA. An oddball size tire. Ordering was easy. Showed up at 0936 for a 10 am appointment. Seemed to take excessively long to get tires installed. About 2 hours for what should be a one hour job. Only one other vehicle there for a rotation and balance when I showed up. Kind of disappointed with the service aspect. But for the $200 saving compared to Walmart and Discount Tire for exact same size make and model it was worth it to me.

I purchased 4 new tires from Costco and had them installed at this location. It was time for my first rotation and rebalance, so I made an Appt and took it here yesterday. During the rotation, they broke one of the lug nuts in a tire, which was last handled by them during the initial installation, and told me to take it to a mechanic to replace and that they d give me a reimbursement when I brought back the receipt. Robert, the manager, kept his word and reimbursed me today in the form of a check from Costco. However, as I was driving the last 24 hours, I ve noticed my car is very bouncy and it was not doing that before my rotation. When I called to ask what may be happening, they said they probably need to rebalance it. So, now I need to return again tomorrow to have them balance the tires. This should have been done correctly yesterday. This is my first and most likely last time having my tires rotated at Costco. I m glad they are trying to resolve the issues but these seem fairy basic to me where it shouldn t have happened in the first place.Update: Took my car for balancing tires. They can t place the new lug nut back on the tire so I m going to take it to my mechanic who replaced it and ask him to put it back on. I m glad they at least told me and didn t try to force it, but it s a little frustrating how much time I m having to devote to this.

I chose to just have them put the spare on rather than wait for the repair. They went ahead and repaired in a timely manner. So nice and great service.

I showed up 15 mins late and they were still able to get my tires changed in a timely manner.Best Costco tire center I ve been to.

Got turned away from 2 other places cuz they were booked. Costco fit me in, and did the tire repair without trying to sell me something I didn't really need. Thank you!
