Honest. Fair. Genuine. Skilled technicians. These are a few of the words that come to mind when I think about the auto repair service I received when I suggested my daughter have her 2014 Ford Fusion towed to CMC Auto Care. Billy explained everything to us in a very straightforward and understandable manner. We worked out financing through Snap Finance and waited as the very skilled technicians repaired the fuel pump on the vehicle. It was not a rush job and once completed, the car was delivered to our house. It has been two months since the repairs were done and the car is running great! Thank you Billy for your honest dealings with your customers; it is befitting that "Care" is in the name of your business. I highly recommend your shop to anyone tired of overpriced, unfair dealings with dealerships and other auto repair shops. God bless and continued success.

I'll begin by saying no words can describe the amount of appreciation i have for Cmc auto . Not only was my Jeep repaired in 1 days . It now runing better than ever. When i came in i was scared due to few of a limited income ..My car was up and running that next ..i feel so blessed to have CMC thaaaanks God bless you all . It really hard to find honesty in repair so im grateful to have CMC auto repair who my husband and i can trust to get tge jod done

I bought an older van as a second vehicle. Billy and his crew helped me solve some issues I was having filling the gas tank. While he had it on the rack he inspected, filmed, took pictures, and reportedproblems he saw. He sent me an email that ranked these issues by severity along with his recommendations on order of repairs. I could see the slack in the tie rod ends that would wear my tires quickly. Once I approved of the repairs, he had the vehicle ready the next day. I was amazed because it was a lot of work (complete brake job as well as tie rod ends ) I am glad to have found an honest and professional repair shop for my vehicle whose prices are fair and near my home.

Great place to have your car repair. My car wouldn't pass inspection and I had some lights on the dashboard. Dropped off my car, was given a ride home. The next day I received a text message with pictures explaning what was wrong with my car. The following day I was driving out of the shop with my car fixed. I also got free inspection :)

Horrible placeI went to do my state inspection, and they did it wrong, they put my vehicle as commercial, when I call them to fix it, Billy the owner didn t let me talk and interrupted me all the time, I was trying to explain to him the my vehicle wasn t a commercial one, he was rude and hang up on me. Stay away from this place

90 K Scheduled Tune Up - 2018 GMC Sierra DenaliBilly & his team of pros flushed & changed fluids in both differentials, the transaxle, coolant, oil & brake system in my truck. They also installed new plugs & wires and changed a leaking air conditioning condenser. The first condenser did not seal properly, so the team came in early the next morning to get me on the road before my first appointment. I put many miles (90K in 3.5 yrs) on this truck for both work & pleasure.Now my truck is light on its feet & responsive like it's new again! The AC is blowing cold just in time for our upcoming 95 degree/ 95% humid summer heat. Feels like changing all the fluids, plugs & wires restored horsepower!! If you're one who doubts needing to have all the fluids changed in your vehicle, I recommend getting it done. The results are worth it!At the dealership, I felt like a number in a production line. At CMC, they have invested in today's technology, equipment & people to get the job done right. I am a friend & valued customer. Great auto repair shop! Billy and his team do quality work and charge a fair price. Referred me to another shop for work they did not perform, then helped me get my car fixed after the other shop dropped the ball. They stand behind their work, which is becoming unusual these days. They even offer pick up & drop off services if you live close to the shop. Great service had two vehicle repair love that they took pictures of everything that was wrong and only fix what I asked them to both vehicle running good. Our new repair shop. Guys did front brakes on my 08 expedition couple years ago. Had issues with brake grabbing. Took it back for warranty n guys took care of problem asap at no cost to me. Thank you very much. Great service, great personal. I understand repairs are expensiv both for customer n shop that does the work. Nice to know there are straight businesses that treat you right.Service: Brakes

CMC Auto is THE place to go for your car repair needs! The entire staff is very personable and professional. They will do what is right by you and your vehicle. Billy was such a very nice person. We spoke with him several times times prior to setting an appointment with him to work on our vehicle. The job we needed done was not your average, easy transmission oil change, it was rather a difficult job because Lexus made it harder to keep it an expensive job so they could make a lot of money on what could be a simple process. Billy was very knowledgeable about this situation and explained everything to us and he was aware of certain things that other shops didn't bring up and so we felt confident that his shop would do a good job for us. We didn't have the money to waste and we surely don't have the money to replace the transmission.We were very pleased with the outcome of the job and we will return to CMC next time we need any work on our vehicle.

Ran by an extremely nice family. Rates are reasonable. Very friendly people. Comfortable environment. Always take my car there for service.Had car issues. Being a female and thinking, I could trust them with resolving my issue. I was quoted a amount that I couldn t afford at the time I told them I want to get rid of it because I had another vehicle they told me it would cost $500 and I need the title. I provided them with the title. Billy looked at it thoroughly and saw that it was a legal title. I called back and asked him was I supposed to have signed the title went to weeks without saying anything. Had to continuously call them about me signing the title, then I started thinking negatively. They told me that the guy didn t want to buy the car. But then a month later, I came back to the city, and see my car with tags on it. This was after they said that they was going to destroy it. So technically, they ripped me off took the title that I did not sign. Had someone else sign it or forge my name. That was simply not cool. I haven t been able to do legal documentation for it because I ve been out of town but rest of sure I hope they get their papers up correctly because I did not sign over my title to him.I thought this was a good company until this happened to me. Now I do not highly recommend this company for Nobody.

Went in with my 99 camry needing some serious care. The CMC crew was welcoming and timely taking care of me even though I was a walk-in. Got a great price for my fixes (yes i compared to other companies. All together I was extremely pleased with my experience and customer service. It s extremely hard to find someone trust with your car, and I will return to them if I have a problem. Thanks again!Service: Engine repair

They did my wheel alignment on my 2015 BMW 528i and the alignment on my wife Chevrolet Equinox. In a timely fashion their customer service was outstanding very friendly very helpful and they drop me off at my house and when the work was done they came and pick me up with no additional charge. I can honestly say I got my money's worth and then some. If you live nearby this is a shot you will want to bring your vehicle to and have peace of mind that the service will be performed by professionals and they will get the job done.P.S. they are good at communicating with on the price that they quote you goes up or down because of a problem that they found while working on your vehicle.

Highly recommend! We went with this shop based on the great reviews. I'm really glad we did! They did not disappoint. This shop treated my 19 yr old son with nothing but honesty, respect and explained in detail every issue that was going on with his camaro. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, quick and very fair in their pricing. Their work is great! Their customer service is awesome! From the first phone call, to the exchange of payment 5 stars and more for these guys!! Thanks for helping my son! I will refer people here any chance I get!

If I could give more stars I truly would. CMC Auto Care are by far the best auto mechanic shop around. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to them for about 3 years and each time their services are excellent. Billy and his team are very professional and they care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto care services.

I can not rave about CMC enough! They have been meeting my automotive needs since I moved back to Spring Texas in 2009! They're the most honest auto-shop I've ever had the fortune of working with. Their prices are the best, their people are top notch! You can't go wrong putting your vehicles in their hands!

I took my car for an inspection during my lunch break. It ended up taking a little longer than expected and they generously offered to give me a ride back to work. What really blew me away was the fact that they returned the car back to my office once they were done! I would 100% recommend CMC and their great customer service!

CMC Auto is my preferred mechanic of choice for a couple reasons... they're an honest, family owed business with reasonable fair pricing & great customer service! Even when I have a quick vehicle question, Billy is who I call. Thank you CMC Auto for all you do keep up the great work!

Had a front wheel bearing go out while leaving a job in Humble, pulled into the first place I found. Josh was very helpful. Had it diagnosed and the mechanic replaced both front bearings in a couple of hours and I was on my way. If I keep the van I will make the 20 mile trip to have other repairs made. I really appreciate them getting the work done right away as I had very little chance of making it too much further

A serious mistake trusting Billy with our car. Brought my car in to have the power seat repaired. Instead of admitting that he couldn't do it, he kept pushing us aside, saying "next week, it will be done by Tuesday, oh I'm just waiting on the parts," and has never offered a refund despite 3 months passing and the problem is still not fixed!Service: Brake service & repair

I brought my Pathfinder to CMC because the heater had stopped working. Billy and Josh the service advisors were very helpful. You can tell they love their jobs. Josh even gave me a ride to the rental place, my Pathfinder had to spend the night in the shop. Billy explained everything they were going to be doing to get the Pathfinder s heater working again. It s been two weeks since they fixed and it is fixed. The heater is working great thanks to the guys at CMC.

Trustworthy, quality work, and excellent customer service sum them up pretty well. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else! They often go above and beyond to give me and my family the absolute best experience possible. Highly recommend!

I take my car to Billy for every thing from oil changes to the most recent thing such as replacing my radiator. He always gurantees his work and offers a 3yr or 36,000 mile on all the work done in his shop. He has even gone as far as having someone drop my family off at the airport and keeping my car while it needed work done on it when we were out of town. The customer service they offer is beyond that of any mechanic shop I have ever dealt with.I recently had to replace my catalytic converter at another mechanic shop in Humble not of my choosing because the dealership were I purchased my car from was paying for the repairs and I was highly disappointed. They did not offer the same customer service as Billy at CMC nor the warranty and friendlyness that CMC offers.Billy and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure that I am completly satisfied with the work they have performed. When someone totalled my car a few months back, I was able to call Billy right before CMC was closing and he stayed after hours until the Police released my car and the tow truck delivered it to his shop.Needless to say, I have never had any issues with Billy/CMC Auto Care. I will always recommend them to my friends, family and anyone needing mechanic work.

The place is clean and we'll placed. Being that it's right on 1960 is a huge plus for me. When I took my car in the first time I was having "reduced engine power" because of an idle control thing. Costly part right? Welp it was just a broke wire on the thing. Cheap fix. Later when I had a different problem they explained like I never worked on a car. No jargon just simple analogies. easy for me to understand. They also vacuumed out my car. Prolly the first time it's happened since I owned it.Great service, great location, great folks. I have and will recommend them.

I've had the privilege of getting to know the owner over the past year or so and can say that he runs a top notch shop. He treats his customers and employees very well and stands behind his work. Trust is so important and this shop understands that.
