Everything sounded good and I was all for it till I got the estimate. Their price was more than what the dealership was charging me. I respectfully declined the repair and went somewhere that was 40% cheaper

Chris listened and worked me right into the schedule. Promptly given a ride by Stephen to my home. Diagnosed by the service technician and repaired quickly. Picked up and got my van back before the end of the day. I was having trouble with my battery keeping a charge. I asked for the complimentary roadside check that they were offering, which included a free battery test. I was told no twice, even though it's being offered on their website through 2/28/2024.Instead I was told that I would have to pay $85 for a charging systems diagnostic. (There was nothing wrong with my charging system).A battery test would have shown that I had a bad battery.I didn't like their inability to listen, selling me on a test for my vehicle that I did not need, then to patronize me about it later on the phone when trying to get some clarification, by telling me that he, "was willing to refund the fee but since I was upset he wasn't sure." Completely belittling. If I heard one of my staff speaking to a client like that, I would have immediately taken the phone right out of their hand. Completely broke any trust that could have been built. It turns out I had a 3-year warranty on the battery and ended up wasting $236 with this business. The last thing they're trying to do is look out for you. After rudely being transferred, I was finally able to get the $85 fee reversed. If they had any integrity they would have offered to reverse it in the first place.I would describe this business as being quite uncomfortable, unwilling to honor their coupons or special offers even when qualified, extremely poor disclosure of applicable fees. Ironically the business is named Christian Brothers.This team needs some comprehensive training on how to treat the diversity that comes through the door honestly and respectfully, both on the phone and in person. This team also needs further training on how to manage customer complaints respectfully without belittling or patronizing their customers that have concerns.

Spoke with Derek on the phone about the issues that I was needing to get fixed (O2 sensors, wheel bearing) and was told that there would be a $169.00 diagnostic fee. Had my wife bring the car up to the shop and left it there. Then I get a call this morning from Derek that there is going to be 3 - $169.00 charges for diagnostic testing. I'm sorry but that's dishonest, if you would've told me that before I would have never brought my car to the shop. I'm not paying you $169.00 for you to hook up a code reader and tell me what I already know. I'm going to pick up my car and take it somewhere that's honest.

Professionalism is top notch. Dropped car off for tuneup and fuel injection cleaning. They kept me informed about when I could expect my car. It was a two day turnaround only because they needed a to order a part for a separate service I needed. Chris is great will be returning in the future for auto maintenance needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Christian Brothers. I was taken back home and picked up by a courtesy vehicle. The automative team was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was treated with respect and was always updated about the status of my vehicle.

That was my 1st time going there, but they made me feel so comfortable, they did a great job, and one thing that I noticed is the counter guy did advise me of recommendations but he did not pressure me at all, me as a woman has always had the mindset to be aware of businesses trying to take advantage of a woman, I will for sure go back.

Would NOT recommend at all, last time my car was serviced was at this location and now bmw dealership is telling me that from the improper oil change my car has been leaking oil for months and now Christian brothers automotive refuses to take any accountability for my car completely being totaled at this point and completely useless with the bmw dealership saying this happens all the time with this company messing up cars by having techs who have no idea what they re doing. Definitely take the time to find a better company than this one

These guys are super nice and knowledgeable! I was asked if I still have the original warranty on my car because there might be a leak, which would be covered by my warranty, instead of just telling me to get it fixed with them! I will definitely be a returning customer.

My engine seized due to a bad oil change at Walmart.They quickly diagnosed my vehicle early the next morning, they advised me, they gave me paperwork and photos and videos of my car and engine. They were very professional and great customer service.

Got my oil changed there. Staff was very polite. Oil change was done quickly and they even did a free fluid check and vacuumed the front area of my car. Plus they open at 7 AM so I was first in. Will definitely return.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and share a positive review for Christian Brothers Automotive at Fall Creek, Humble, Tx. My elderly mother takes her Mercedes here for all repairs and services. The service she receives from them is always outstanding. The staff, particularly the mechanics, are highly skilled, professional, and efficient in diagnosing and repairing her vehicle. Their commitment to providing excellent customer service is evident in their friendly and helpful demeanor throughout the entire process. The owner, Aaron, is always near by to take care of his customers. I especially appreciate the sincere attention he gives my mother who is a senior. We are always impressed with their expertise and attention to detail. We highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone in need of reliable, honest, and trustworthy automotive services. First time customer, I found Juan to be trustworthy and efficient. I know nothing about cars and or repair costs however I was treated with respect and great customer service he did everything he stated he would do and I was kept informed throughout the entire process.I will return oh and the shuttle service excellent perk, nice to not have to worry about how I would pick up car after being serviced!! I recommend you bring your vehicle to Christian brothers for anything! I could not ask for a better experience than I received here. They diagnosed a major problem. Fixed it, and quadruple checked. I would even trust them if you knew nothing about cars. I don t feel like they would oversell to make a quick buck. My experience with the staff of Christian Brothers Automotive was both courteous, and Professional. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by multiple staff members welcoming me to Christian Brothers Automotive. I identified myself, and informed the staff member, who was attending to me the nature as to why I had brought my vehicle in. The staff member took down my information, and advised me they would do a diagnostic on the vehicle, and once they identified the problem(s), they would informed me of what would be needed to repair it. Based on the type of service the vehicle would need, I was advised the vehicle possibly would be at the shop approximately several hours. As a result the staff member offered me a courtesy ride back to my residence. I was later contacted and informed of the needed repairs, I approved the work. Once the work was started, I was kept abreast via text on the progress of the time frame the repairs on the vehicle would possibly be completed. After the repairs were completed and I received my vehicle back, I was completely satisfied with the work that had been performed. I had previously taken my vehicle to a couple of Auto Shops only to pay out over a thousand dollars, and my vehicle was still not repaired (waste of hard earn money). I urge anyone seeking to have their vehicle repaired to take it to a reputable business like Christian Brothers Automobile, who are honest, and will addressed the problem(s) with your vehicle. Not only will they repair your vehicle, but they warranty their work, whereas the last business I took my vehicle to just charged me an additional amount of money for the same problem I brought it in to be repaired in the beginning. They were recommended and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service and mechanics. The oil leak I brought my truck in for was not fixed after paying over $3,000. I was told before taking the truck home it had several problems and they were fixed. I was also informed of a 7 point check of the vehicle that was preformed before taking it home for any issue and I had a 36,000 mile warranty. I got home less then 10 miles, parked the truck and two days later oil was leaking from the same spot. We took the truck back. Not only did they not stick to there own warranty they tried to charge me an extra $2,000 to fixed the leak that was supposed to already be fixed. We tried pleading with them on how unfair this was to charge me an extra $2000 after almost paying $4,000 on a problem the said they fixed. My husband was told by the store representative What s 4,000 ? As if we have money to throw away. 3/20/2023 disheartening

A friend told me about this place, so when the AC went out in my car I gave them a call. They were quick, respectful, professional, and .ost importantly they were affordable and fair. I will definitely go back if needed.

Thought I was the only one but apparently not. I came in for an oil change and thought Hopefully since they re Christian and I m Christian, it ll be a higher chance of legit business. No, it was very disappointing. These guys tried to scam me for hundreds of dollars just for a screw and my battery HAHA! I looked straight in the guys face and asked So because of one screw, I have to change that entire part for $$$ dollars? And he said Yes with a straight face. He tried explaining that this exact bolt is only sold with this exact part. He didn t know screws can be sold separately apparently. I had to hold in my laughter and wanted to see how far he would go. I asked Oh wow okay and how dangerous is it for me to drive with the battery I have now? And said Extremely dangerous and went on to even say it can cause engine damage or a fire. All were false and/or exaggerated. Long story short, I didn t fall for it and my cars fine. I don t recommend this place. I paid my oil change and don t have anything to say to these guys. Respectfully, these guys feel like the Get as much money from a person who doesn t know about cars kind of workshop.

I recentlv went to Christian Brothers automotive to have my truck diagnosed.Despite telling the mechanic exactly what was wrong, and that I had already had someone plug a diagnostic reader in to the truck that I wanted a more in-depth look into it. I was charged for a full diagnostic. When I received a call back with their findings, I was told the exact same thing that I had already told them AutoZone had diagnosed. It turns out all they did was plug in a diagnostics reader. Then told me I needed a new motor. Then proceeded to quote me for a motor that was $12,364.60. I'm disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency from the mechanic. I would not recommend Christian Brothers automotive to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service."Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The worst! My wife broke down at the store in front of this automotive shop and and as she cried they took full advantage of the fact that she knows absolutely nothing about vehicles they told her the problem and then gave her a price right then and there and when she agreed they called me and told me it ll be $778 for a heater hose which is in fact one bolt holding the whole thing together, so when I called they said that the price they told her was just to evaluate the vehicle and not fix it which is outrageous to pay $150 to just check out what s wrong! So I disagreed to pay that and told them I would just go pick up my vehicle and when I got there I noticed that they sabotaged the vehicle by draining all the anti coolant out of the radiator! They tried to screw my vehicle up and thought I wouldn t recognize what they did! Be very careful coming here! They are absolutely NOT for the people and I very much doubt they are Christians! And on top of that they are very disrespectful and the front office and if it s less than $1000 than you could more than likely do it your self if you YouTube it and it ll probably only take you less than 2 hours! Don t trust these people, they are not for us!

Any time I go to get work done I'm impressed. Oil changes, inspections, quick checks without the fear of being misled. I used this location twice recently after paying high prices at the dealership. Right out of the gate, they were professional, personable, friendly and very welcoming. They took pictures of the issues, explained everything in detail so that I was confident in making decisions to go forward and had the cost figured in advance. I will be bringing my car here for all future repairs. Absolutely fantastic service. I dropped my car off overnight and when I got up in the morning my car was looked at and inspected and they had recommended actions to take and were extremely quick. I just moved to the area and had to drop it off at a site ~40 minutes from where I live but I will make the drive and return to this location because they are extremely trustworthy, reasonable, and professional!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection
