Thank you Caliber Auto Care in Atascocita! We needed to have some work done on our granddaughter's car and it was time sensitive since it need to get back to her ASAP for on-campus use. Caliber took the time to do a very detailed examination of the car, reported issues to us that we were unaware of, fixed everything at a very reasonable cost and did it all very quickly. Lacy Wiggins, our Service Advisor, was great and so helpful in getting everything done. We have used Caliber for years and plan to continue our fabulous relationship with Caliber for all of our cars!

I was in and out. I don't have kids but I think the play space for kids is a great touch. The person that completed my inspection gave me a detailed report (with pics) regarding my vehicle. The experience was great. I'll definitely return

What an awesome experience! Needed a state inspection fast and I called at 3:50 on a Saturday, they said if I could be in by 4 they could do it. I made it in at 4 and I was out by 4:25. Moses went over all my inspection details with me and was super friendly. Upon departure, they pulled my vehicle right up to the front for me. This was my first time there and I will definitely be back for all my car needs. Thank you so much!

Lacy was my Service Advisor. She is the ONLY reason I'm giving a 5 Star rating. She is very kind, professional, and informative. As for the "Service Tech" that worked on my car...all I can say is they broke an older coolant hose while replacing the others, so the repair took two extra days to get the part and finish the repair... BUT... Everything seems to working as expected on the first day, so I call it a success. Lacy made the experience a good one. Thank you, Lacy Wiggins.

I always get good energy whenever I take my vehicles to this location. They provide a very comfortable environment to wait while they take care of your vehicle. Saying they have a friendly staff is an understatement , as they check on you periodically to ensure you're comfortable, all while updating you on whatever is being done to your vehicle.

Lacey Wiggins was my service advisor and she did the best job I've ever had anybody do. I don't know how she keeps it together and remembers everything but I would personally give her five stars. Everything I asked for was done and I will keep coming back.

My explorer was in a repair shop since March 20th. After more than four months, I had my suv moving to Caliber in Atascosita.Lacey Wiggins took charge and after weeks of tenacious work, got me back in my vehicle.She kept me updated on the progress throughout, and the challenges they faced. It proved to be a tough repair, but it is done! Thank you very much to Lacey and her mechanic team. I ll be back!

The service is beyond spectacular. Every employee there is completely customer service driven. You feel the value of being a customer to them, which is why I will continue to come back. I have only been for oil changes and inspections and they have yet to disappoint, which at this point would be a complete surprise. During my oil change, they bring to you an actual inspection of the vehicle, giving you actual samples of fluids and their color, inspection of the underbody, etc. I have been pleased every time I visit. The true embodiment of a 5 star service auto shop, the times that I have been. Thank you Caliber Auto!

A++ Service - Great team! Lacy was amazing from the beginning to the end. She went over in detail what needed to be done and ensured all options were reviewed. Please ask for Lacy as your service advisor and you ll not regret it.

Excellent experience once again. I arrived late in the afternoon and they made time to do the diagnostics and get the parts on order for repairs the next morning. Always a great experience and love dealing with Lacy Wiggins (W Lake Houston) or Barry (North Park) when any of our vehicles need repairs or a simple vehicle renewal inspection.

Great services offered here. There is alway a smile present here. The work is impeccable. Comfortable seating area with drink and snacks, WiFi. I lost power steering at around 3:45 pm on a Friday 1/26, and drove straight to Caliber Auto Care on West Lake Houston Pky. There was no question about them accepting my truck, if it was just a belt I would have it by Saturday they said. As busy as they were they were taking care of a valued customer.I really appreciate all the positive support they provided. Oh, got my truck back on Saturday with a requested oil change! Your team is the best!

Very honest. Took my car in to have the brakes looked at. They evaluated them for free and called to tell me they still have life left and I did not need a brake job. I appreciate the honesty because I would ve never known otherwise.

Great place and people. Great communication about my car. Especially when we had the "cold weather & Ice" that shut down Houston. They had to close early and the next day, they were great at communication. Very flexible. Also I LOOOOOOOVE their receipt/work proof documentation. AMAZING!!!!

Dropped my car off @ 8am for brake pad replacement.Didn't get any work done on the car and they had it all day.They didn't do what I asked instead they decided to look over the entire car and tell me what needed to be done that I already knew about.Complete waste of time today dealing with them.If the customer tells you what they want done, don't do what you want and keep their car all damn day without giving them the service they asked for!Never going back!!

I took my car in yesterday and spoke with Mr Aaron about my car problems, he explained everything too me, so I left my car with them. Today I picked my car back up, once again Mr Aaron explained everything to me. I will continue to give caliber my business, always friendly faces and great customer service.

Highly recommend Caliber Auto Care in Atascosita! Lacy Wiggins was very helpful and informative of what was going on with the vehicle and the repair process. Lacy would update me daily and was very honest and straightforward; a quality that is no longer present in most auto repair shops.Jacob went above and beyond on the repair of the vehicle. In my case, it was no easy task but he took his time and was very meticulous with my vehicle. I cannot thank Lacy and Jacob enough for their service. One last THANK YOU

This was my first experience with Caliber Auto Care. Lacy went the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. Everything was smooth and stress free. I was constantly informed about the progress of the repairs. The price of repairs was extremely reasonable. This was one of the few times I didn t feel taken advantage of by a mechanic

I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service Caliber Auto Care extended me, in my time of need. From the honest assessment of what would get my vehicle back on the road to the payment options & patience granted me (I travel a lot) until I could pick my car up, they were a 1st class operation! And Lacy Wiggins I will ask for her every time I bring my vehicles in for service. She was awesome to work with!!! Thank you all for service!

Good things in this world aren't cheap. I was a little sad that there was no warranty on my alignment, however Scott (amazing phone skills and customer service) had an explanation for me as to why, and provided it with confidence and a smile. Employees standing behind their companies policies and being educated on them is hard to find now a days. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back!
