Just had my front brakes and a brake flush. It took a little over an hour and a half. They were friendly and informative. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

I am very unsatisfied with my service today. Yes, my brake pads were changed, but I asked multiple times to tighten my battery connectors and it was not done. The reason I was told is because they were too busy. If that was the case, why wouldn't you just tell me that up front. I won't be coming back. The technician was friendly. That was the only reason you got a 2 star.

Called on a Sunday afternoon to ask if they could get an alignment done on my truck. Dave said give em 30 min to an hour and come by. They got it done and the truck drives better than ever. Extremely happy. Will visit again in the future if needed.Visit #2. Once again, I was not disappointed. Mahmoud got my truck aligned to perfection. Couldn't be happier. I will definitely return when I need another alignment.

I'm totally happy with the prices, people and quality of work. The waiting room has chairs and a bathroom. Nothing else. Vending machines with snacks and drinks plus a coffee machine would make the wait more comfortable

Break check has always done a great job with fixing my breaks. The manager here Mahmoud is the best he really takes care of his customers above and beyond really great guy, he takes time to explain everything to you! He also tells the prices up front so that there s no confusion or surprises..

Invoice# 2580551. I believe Dave was the name of the Technician that helped us. I was very happy with the level of service received at the location! I wanted to check our brakes for routine maintenance. Dave was able to answer all of our questions with detailed answers and provide recommendations. We also optioned in to receive updates of the inspection via email. This is a great service as detailed updates are sent about your vehicle, which can be good for your records. The team was able to get us in and out within an hour. There was an issue that the team was able to quickly resolve. I would highly recommend Brake Check Location #553. Thank You

My place to go to, for alignments. The work and service was great, they wasted no time to help. I was greeted by a technician named Mahmond, he was cool as can be and plenty knowledgeable. I'll definitely come back for future car services.

I was held by Mahmoud and he was very informative and helpful in regards what car needs and not so pushy into selling things I wasn't looking for. He will notify you of things you need so that in the future you have that in mind. Definitely will go back for new tires and deals next time.

My friend took my car for a service close to closing. She assumed it was too late once she saw the hours but the gentleman was kind and took my car in. My friend was extremely satisfied with the service and the gentleman s professionalism. For some reason my car wouldn t start and the guys helped her get it on so she could go home. I ve never used brake check before but I know where I ll be going from now on.earlier than closing time of course. I asked her for names so I could complete this review but she never got their names. She couldn t get over how nice they were and mentioned a tall handsome man. It s a win win all around!

First time coming to this place .I m a woman and I know nothing about brakes stuff. One thing I didn t like was the main guy that came to greet me, he took down my information and of course once they perform the inspection they send it over to the customers cell phone, but this guy when he called me to the front he starts telling me the prices and then tells me the total price out loud for everyone in that building to hear. Good lord. Then I m sure I got screwed over because he said my front brakes needed new pads but how can that be when I just had them replaced at the dealer last year. If you re a woman coming alone I recommend that you stay away. I didn t see honesty here just many money makers. Lesson learned. But it s okay he reaps what he sows. The Lord sees all.

Once again, Mahmoud the store manager, has over delivered on customer service and the leadership within his team.I ve been coming to Brakecheck for over 15 years and this is the one guy as to why I ll remain.Does he deserve a promotion: Yes! Would I hate to lose him: Yes. But if he can expand his role within a great company so be it.

I am thankful for Mahmoud and his staff and their honesty. After I changed my front brakes myself, I had a clunking noise that wouldn t stop on my car. They inspected my brakes and saw that everything was ok. They moved to rear tires and realized that all of the lug nuts were lose, almost falling off. Instead of charging me, the simply made sure the tires were on straight and tightened the lug nuts for me. How refreshing to have a shop be honest!

I scheduled an appointment easily on the website. I arrived a little early and was greeted with a smile upon arrival. The young man explained the process and minimal wait time for my car to be taken care of. He also notified me that since I was a return customer, today s cost for my oil change was half priced! I also received a text message that informed me of each step. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It was a wonderful experience!Service: Oil change

There were four guys working at this location and only the mgr "appeared" to know what he was doing. Two other workers on my car constantly asked him for help; a third was on his phone, MIA until the bitter end. I also saw no certifications on the wall for any of their employees.Ultimately, my issue was not resolved. A gruesome experience indeed.

Actually this was my first time going to Break Check and it was a great experience, I'll be going back there for my regular check ups. Also I got an oil change and everything was real convenient and management and employees are very respectful.

I, Gayle Johnson was graced with the presence of excellent customer service. Everything was explained to its fullest, so that I could make the right decision for the work performed on my 2014 Equinox. I got home and referred several people; to the brake check in Humble on north sam Houston Pkwy. I will be revisiting next week with my 2016 Nissan.

I had a good experience at this location and I have never used this location before. They were professional and they took care of the business in a timely manner, and it appears that they did it riight like there slogan on the door states "We do it Right". I plan to use this location again when I need the service.

Made an appointment for a checkup. Been hearing a roaring noise. Problem was diagnosed and repair within an hour. Wonderful work, I appreciate this team of technician's expertise.

****THE WHEEL CAME OFF AFTER DRIVING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.****Husband made it less than half a mile and the back tire came off. Scrapped the bottom of the vehicle trying to get in to the gas station to get out from incoming traffic. Our son was in the car freaked out.We contacted corporate since they say they want to make it right. But they don't really want to make it right. We only asked for a refund on the brake job because we can't trust they did it right and we now have to get it done somewhere else and for the repair on the damages done that the repair shop said we would need.The VP's response was nothing is broken, and if you want to go to court that is what they will say.

The ppl here RUINED MY 2017 INFINITY QX30. I just wanted front brakes and rotors done and AN OIL CHANGE WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT ( DECLINED TWICE, MIGHT I ADD) and they PUNCTURED A HOLE IN MY AIR INTAKE! They claimed that they haven't done an OIL CHANGE, but was clearly charged on my receipt; I have NO IDEA who placed it in my GLOVE BOX. EVEN THOUGH the dipping stick was broken and jammed into its port as well! Liars! The Cooperate Contacts are refusing to pay for the damages caused as well! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE FOR ANYTHING TO BE DONE!
