We will never take our vehicles here again. He just want to do oil change and when our vehicles have other major work he will charge so high or reffer you to other places. Very unprofessional and rude!

I stopped by a few weeks ago with an issue that my normal mechanic couldn t figure out. I made an appointment, dropped it off and they called me before noon that same day. Diagnosed it, gave me the cost, and after approval fixed it promptly. It turned out to be relatively minor, and I was relieved. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After some bad experiences with some other BMW shops, these folks are my new go-to. Five stars, for sure!

These are the BMW experts in Houston. Better work than the dealers without the dealer price. They're up front about the prices, the work to be done, and they get the work done in a timely manner. Like I said better than the dealers.

I was referred to Bimmer Workshop by another Tesla owner. I am so glad I came. Mr. Alan is the most down to earth, respectful, and honest person. His hospitality and introduction to his shop was warming. The best part was his honesty. Took my tesla in, and he even questioned that it was too early for service based on mileage. He did feel, that I wanted reassurance because of houston roads. Once he put the tesla on the alignment rack, he explained that the tesla was still in specs.With a small fee for setting up the tesla on the rack, which i was okay with, this is one of the few shops I would recommend for you to bring your tesla for an alignment.If you have a BMW, come here. You can't go wrong with honesty he displayed.Thank you Mr. Alan for your assistance. I Will see you in 8k miles.

I have been coming here for at least 10 years on the advice of my brother, who has been coming here much longer- he has had BMWs longer than I have. Alain, Jean, and Roy are friendly, honest, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I trust them completely- they always answer my questions and explain things to me- they tell me if I need something done now or if I can wait. They have never steered me wrong. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. Their mechanics are also excellent. I live 40+ miles away, but I would not go anywhere else. I even make the trip here to change the oil in my car. When I have had problems with my car, I had it towed here twice. They even wash my car after the service- SUPER! The team here are very professional and excellent- Need I say more?

I've brought two of my vehicles here, and have always received quick & excellent service. I have never been haggled for any unnecessary repairs, and if a problem arises, they assure it is taken care of. Alan, Roy & John are very friendly, and knowledgeable. I even received complimentary car washes both times, keep up the great work!

If you drive a BMW you need to take your car here for repairs. Honest and trustworthy shop. They will let you know if you need a repair or not and how long you can go without that repair. No pushing you to do anything. They just give you the facts and if they know where you can get it done cheaper they will recommend a place to get it done. I've been going here since 2005

I recently brought in my 228 to have the grill fixed after it had cracked from me driving through these rough Houston streets. Alain took great care of me. I received great customer service and he was very honest through out the process. Pricing was reasonable. He explained and went over everything with me. His estimation of when the part would be in was accurate and he called me right away to get me in. I appreciated that. I was in his shop 3 times and each time he remembered me by name. I appreciated that as well. Bimmer Workshop will definitely be my shop of choice for my BMW (at least for whats not covered under my warranty with BMW). I highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised as to the speed I was attended to and the process in which my vehicle was serviced. I had dropped in to get a routine oil change on my X1. I did not have an appointment, but was told since it was a routine service, it should not take long. In less than 10 minutes my car was up on the rack getting its oil changed. I could see everything that was being done through the waiting room window. The mechanic changed my oil and appeared to be inspecting the undercarriage of my car. I was a little nervous that I was going to be told something was wrong with it, but no, I was told my car was in tip top shape. They asked if I had time for a car wash, I declined because I did need to be somewhere else sooner rather than later. I appreciated that they asked me before just going ahead and doing it. Everyone was pleasant and explained the process. I noticed that other customers that came in after me were also handled quickly and courteously, receiving detailed information about work that they needed done with repair options and estimated completion time. I will definitely be back, especially since they also had very competitive pricing to match their most excellent service.

We have been using The Bimmer workshop for over 15 years. They are professional knowledgeable experts that always take care of us and our vehicles. They are honest and let us know if the issue is urgent and needs attention or if it is something we can wait on to do later. We always appreciate their sincere honesty and giving us the best advice. Highly recommend Bimmer Workshop. They are an Honest and dependable shop. They are always looking out for the clients interest. I had a big repair job that could of been in the thousands. Roy advised us that the SUV had an extended warranty for 10 years for the repair that needed done. Sent us to Woodlands BMW and they promptly made the repairs at no cost. We cannot say enough about these guys. Fantastic staff and shop.

They are excellent!!! and only do what really needs to be done, unlike the dealerships...and have better prices...I have been going to them for 15 years with two cars!!! They (brothers-Alan, John, and Roy) are nice and honest, and run a great shop. I drive out of my way to go to them. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Best shop in town period. I already know how to work on cars, been there done that in college etc. Now I prefer to not work on my cars because it's a headache without the right tools, lifts etc., plus I have other things I prefer to do. So, to find an honest shop is hard because I already know what's involved. This shop is not only honest but have better qualified mechanics than any dealership period..bar none. Then the prices are very fair. I own multiple Bimmers and am a gear head and will go no where else. If I ever have to move, I will ship my cars here for service.

I have taken my car here multiple times and these guys are outstanding. They will be honest, do the work right and keep you informed along the way. I deal with Alan when I go and I would recommend him along with their shop to anyone needed work done on a BMW.

Been a returning customer for a few years now and the service along with the quality of the work has always been thorough and consistently excellent. The family in charge is awesome and so are the staff. Great service. I had my original vehicle serviced there years ago. I purchased a new one from Momentum BMW and had dealership covg till recently when I finally hit 100,000 miles. I've been back to the shop since for any little thing. Enjoy their service more than the dealership. Have been a customer for 2 vehicles over a span of 8 years or so, and had bmw service for 100,000 miles and still prefer these guys. Only used bmw cause they provide a free loaner but usually take longer anyhow.

My wife had a maintenance light come on in her car. We took the car here for a diagnosis of the issue. The diagnostic test found no issues, and as I picked up the car I did not receive a sales pitch for work the car didn't need. I have never taken her car to another shop for her 528I to be worked on, and I never will. The first class care we have received here is second to none, and I will only take her car here for any issues that may arise.

Well, I think is been about one year Since this fiasco happen to me. Well I bought this old Bmw 530i for $4,000. It happened that one day overheated while using the a/c.I decided to take to this shop unfortunately.Well, to start I advice to be careful because what I find out later after this people make me replace all kind of parts and my expenses went up to over $7,000. in parts and labor.They said, after I towed my car for the 3rd time to them for overheating again.Well, They said: That s it We are not opening the Engine to check inside. What We can do is replace that engine for a used one for about $7,000.00, wow I added up and at the end would be a total of $14,000 plus the purchase price $4,000. We are talking $18,000. Total.I thought I better junk it. I told them WHY YOU GUYS DIDN T SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINNING? You people have taking advantage of me, I said. Later, I took it to an honest shop, I bought a used engine for $1,200. and I paid 3,200. in labor. Mike told me that this Bmw engines aren make out of aluminum, therefore, once the overheat This engine are not good no more, just for scrap metal. Oh man, Why this people took advantage of me? I wonder to how many customers They have done it too. SHAMELESS PEOPLE!!

I just want to praise the great service and work I just received from the Bimmer Workshop. It was my first visit and I just cannot find enough words to describe the outstanding service received and definitely, my BMW will only go to the Bimmer Workshop. Outstanding service, excellent value for the repairs and totally honest and trustworthy. Thank you very much guys!

Been going for a couple of years now, the staff and owner are always great help and informative to help me with my project car. Love that they know most of their returning customer by name and not just a number. I would only let them work on my car.

Roy, John and the rest of the crew know BMW's inside and out. Great communicators. I have been a client for 6 years and they have always done right by me and my 2003 330ci.

Very personable and knowledgeable.Hour Rate is $120 compared to $180 @ dealership.Some shops might be $20 less but not as clean, detailed and professional as Bummer Workshop. Highly recommended...

They didn't work on my car because of my time constraints, but I loved that they didn't BS me just to get my business and waste my time. You have to love honest people. Finally a trustworthy shop.

I have known Alain, the owner, Since 1991 or 1992 when he was working @ Intercontintal BMW - He has a Impeccable reputation in the industry. I am on my fifth BMW and have worked in the industry for BMW. He is known throughout the industry for his honesty, integrity,and professionalism. Prices are way too high for a do-it-yourselfer like me but they really know their BMWs.. there were plenty of times that I've dealt with them and they've discovered my problem quickly, then told me what, parts to get, and I would order them online and they've even printed out how to fix it. Great shop, very trustworthy.
