Honestly I've always been an Autozone over O'Reillys kinda guy, but the employees at this autozone just don't even try to help most of the times, it just seems like they get angry if you ask for help. I've found myself just going across to the O'Reilly where they actually try to help and treat you as a valuable customer.Honestly I hope they can fix their attitude, I loved autozone, but at least for now I'll probably stay away from this location.

A team member who's badge said elijah who was very disrespectful and basically refused to assist me, but the manager stepped in and introduced herself as Jessica, she came out and checked my car, she apologized for any inconvenience and went very far out of her way to assure that my experience was wonderful.Not only did she explain the products to me and what was best,she also walked me through possible ways to deal with my problem. She was a shining star after my initial disappointment. If only all managers cared so deeply!

Very helpful staff stopped in cuz my car quit on me at their spot . The red shirt with long hair kind of tall forgot his name I think his have dreads but he helped get the battery out and the manager at commercial he was very helpful with looking up my commercial warranty for my battery thru my account . Staff real welcoming friendly and helpful . I will be returning to this location it s more convenient now that i stay in humble

I needed to get license plates screws ans the young gentleman not only helped me find them he put my plates on for me, I offered to finish but he said it was okay.Then right after me he helped another lady. Great customer service

I stopped around 11:51 a.m. and I was the only customer.No greeting was initiated. I was standing at the desk in front of a gray uniformed employee. She was talking on the phone to a customer and another employee regarding an active transaction.There was a red uniformed employee next desk and she asked to help me, and I moved over to her desk, and I started my order of part.Believe me, AutoZone vision is great, because I used work there several years ago. When you open your paycheck the first thing you read is " a customer made this paycheck possible" and I totally agree and used to like that.Also, when I used work there, I always used to welcome customers by saying "welcome to AutoZone."I have no idea why this store was kind of different.I believe if a company put a trust on you and provided you with all the training in any skills regarding performing your job, you should fulfill this trust and do the right thing.Simply, this store needs to do better in customer service.

I went in to get oil as I was paying the register went down they said the transaction was cancelled so I went to another register and paid AGAIN. First transaction did go thru. This was a week and a half ago still haven't gotten my money back and the little Mexican lady with the glasseswss no help at all

Staff were incredibly helpful when I was unable to find the correct fuel pump for my 1969 Shelby GT500. The store was very clean and it was very easy to find any parts or tools that I may need in order to get the job done

By far the worst Autozone I have been in all of Houston . The commercial, Hispanic guy with glasses has an attitude like he does not want to be there might as well send him home. I visited two times in one day, and I just couldn t believe how poor the customer service is
