I took my car here for a transmission check, fully expecting issues. I told them as much and they had me bring it in for a free road test, fluid/hydraulic check, computer scan and a bunch else for no charge (their 22 point check). They called me the next day & said after they cleaned the inside, the transmission looked great and all I d need to pay was for a fluid & filter change. I paid under $50 in the end, after another shop had quoted me over $500 for the same service. I will definitely be coming back if my transmission ever doesn t feel quite right.

I highly recommend A+ Transmission Specialist for service. I found their number on a Google search and they took care of me. The Manager Justin is a really great guy and will get you back on the road.

This is a complete transmission shop. The shop is extremely clean including the restrooms. It should be noted that the people working there are very customer friendly. They are very knowledgeable about their line of business. I watch them do the 22 point inspection on my car. They gave me a print out of the inspection when they completed it. A Plus gives great service for a great price. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while waiting on my car to be serviced. I would highly recommend A plus Transmission to my friends and family. Thanks again for serving my car today.

I had an excellent experience at A Plus Transmission specialists. From the moment I walked in, I was promptly taken care of. The staff patiently explained everything, which was especially helpful since I'm not well-versed in car matters. They presented various solutions to my issues and collaborated with me on both pricing and timing. Overall, their service was top-notch!!

A big shout out to Justin and his team at the Humble, Texas location. My transmission went out and after a call to a neighborhood garage who recommended A+, I contacted Justin. He sent a tow truck for my vehicle and contacted me the next day with a game plan. I had my truck back two days later.I would gladly recommend Justin and his team to anyone needing transmission repair.

This place should be everyone s go to transmission shop. They are affordable and do good work. They are also honest. I made the mistake of saying I thought my transmission needed to be re-built a lot of other places would have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars and agreed and charged me a ton, A+ said I probably just need my fluids and filter changed as it s an older vehicle. And they were correct, my car runs smooth now. They were on Northpark and now on 1960 they still run their business with the same integrity as they did back then.

AMAZING Customer Service!!! I can t Thank Justin and his team enough for being knowledgeable and thorough with me during the intake of my vehicle. I was noticing a burning smell coming from the car, but was not sure what the culprit could be. Spoke with Justin on Thursday, and the team was prompt to work on my vehicle Friday morning! These guys are a true blessing! 10/10 would recommend, DONT HESITATE TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ALL YOUR TRANSMISSION NEEDS. Thanks Justin!

29FEB2024 Friendly and helpful staff.I performed my on seal repair and still had a leak. Justin, the manager, took a look at the maintenance I performed on my '04 Toyota Tundra's output shaft seal. He had his team correct my mistake (put it on backwards) by tasking me to go to the parts store and buy another ten dollar seal. That was it.I appreciate the integrity; this is how businesses grow and retain customers (my opinion).BONUS: Justin was more than happy to answer all my generally transmission questions and he added helpful preventative maintenance tips

They got me right in at my appointment time! Work was completed quickly and the price was right! Service manager and service team were very friendly! They answered all my questions and provided a no cost inspection prior to completing the job! Very honest and knowledgeable staff! Couldn't be happier with this Location! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The best and most reasonable transmission shop in town . These guys know there stuff, I brought my grandpas truck here to get it serviced and they were more than reasonable and professional. I d recommend to anyone that needs work done . 10/10 service.

I would truly recommend this company to anybody. I was in a bad situation and they came through for me 100% had my vehicle fixed and back to me within 2 days. Great customer service. And the pricing was just right.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from A Plus Transmission. First, the lobby area and restroom is extremely neat and clean. I didn't feel rushed and Justin explained everything he was going to do in a manner that I could understand. Although it was my first visit with A Plus I know it's run with integrity.

If I could give a 0 star I would! Took in for diagnostic to clear check engine light and they ended up keeping the car for over a month!! Mind you they NEVER once called us to keep updated we kept having to keep calling and just kept getting a run around. We ended up not getting work done due to the high price of replacement and it would be better to just buy a new car. Anyway finally heard from David I believe his name was saying someone had covid and got sick in car so they had it professionally detailed (cleanest car has ever been) too bad it couldn't run properly anymore like how it was before we took it in so it went straight to the junkyard. Car ran perfectly fine before we took it to this place.David was rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic.

They were the most friendly and most helpful with what I needed done on my car. They answered every question I had right there on the spot as well as having a very reasonable price for the kind of work that I needed done. Hopefully I don't need them again but if I do 100% I would take my car.

Being a single mom with a transmission issues not knowing anything about cars. I was Dealing with Justin. He explained everything in a professional manner to where I could understand. David and company were extremely helpful.. they came to my house got my car towed and gave me a diagnosis of my problem. The problem was not with my transmission so they referred me to the shop next door. They did not charge me for any of this I just had to pay for the tow. They are good honest people and I highly recommend them.

Thought I had a transmission problem for sure. Took it in to A+ and they ran all sorts of test and basically checked everything out. Turns out, they discovered it wasn t a transmission problem but a mechanical problem with the engine. Possibly a sensor. I really appreciate all they did and not try to deceive like some other shops might. Thank David, you ll always have my business if needed.

The experience with A+Transmission was amazing. David is the most knowledgeable and personal manager that I have dealt with. My husband explained what problem he was having with the transmission and David understood perfectly what he was talking about. I will refer all my friends and family to A+Transmission!

I have a 2017 suburban and as you know they have transmission issues always so I took my truck to them and got it fixed a year later it started acting up again so I took it back and no questions asked they took care of the problem with no hesitation they have excellent customer service and very helpful will definitely recommend them

BEWARE....THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! David was nice to start with and became very condescending at the end. Kept my car for 3 weeks. Finally pick up my car and realize the engine cover is in my back seat! When I returned to get the cover put back on, after having it checked elsewhere, they didn't even secure it properly. They didn't tighten the transmission drain plug (could have lost all of the transmission fluid while driving) and also left the pan off. How does a shop operate like this??? WAS a repeat customer....will NEVER visit this business again. Incompetent shop.UPDATE: Carlos left his breakfast trash in my trunk (see photos). What kind of business treats a customer's property like this?Service: Transmission
