I ve been going to Waycliff Automotive for car inspections for several years. I also have used their mechanic services. Very pleased with their services and fair prices. I highly recommend them.

My girlfriend came in to validate a (questionable) defect and quote provided by others on her RAV4 headlight assembly. I am very satisfied with the service and troubleshooting from Wycliffe, they maintained excellent communication while they had the vehicle and photos (confirming that this suggested defect was not present) for our records. Knowledgeable, friendly and cost effective! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Wycliff is the kind of shop you want on your corner. The team is knowledgeable, and Julian Perez (owner) communication is constant, cordial, with transparent, upfront pricing and excellent customer educational skills. Highly recommended!

After being scammed by the McGill Toyota dealership, my experience with Wycliffe Automotive, Julian and his team, was a breath of fresh air. I could tell by my initial phone call with Julian that I made the right call. He was knowledgeable and friendly even before I brought my car in. On Saturday morning, I dropped my car off after a quick conversation about the problem. In 2 hours my car was repaired and I had saved 1000 dollars and had peace of mind about my vehicle. Julian was friendly, constantly communicated updates, and even sent me photo evidence so that I could get my money back from the dealership. THANK YOU, from a single female that needed an advocate.

Had my inspection and oil change done here. Very quick compared to other places. They let me know other issues my car had without forcing high prices on me. Prices were actually great. This is my new place!

The jankiest place ive been to! Theyre gonna penny pinch you. They told me i need a new coolant fan after telling me i only needed a new tube and thermostat, i refused to pay for it then thet said oh nevermind it works fine.The guy with the mohawk is a little rude and they charged me 35 extra dollars for putting coolant in my car which was only water and i already had coolant in my car that i couldve filled for free, mind you i did fill up my coolant even before pulling up to them, this is a bad place plus i was here from 9am to 2pmNEVER COMING BACK!!My AC DOESNT BLOW AS COLD OR HARD ANYMORE , THEY FIXED ONE THING AND BROKE ANOTHER

Great staff very knowledgeable. I really enjoy the time I spend meeting the staff. This guys are not afraid of admitting errors or oversight when occurs. Lead mechanics were doing research on how to fix the vehicles the right way. Office staff was pleasant and attentive. In my opinion this mechanics are passionate and take pride on the work they perform.

From the outside this place looks a little rough but it was truly great fast service. The guys were nice and professional and the lady at the front was friendly and informative. The waiting area was clean as well, which is always a plus. Inspection was quick and the car wash they provided was a nice touch that I appreciated.I could see myself coming here for future services. I've been planning on getting my brakes worked on for some time so I'll probably be doing that in the next couple of months here.

I had my AC issue fixed here for a reasonable price along with filters. They are upfront and honest about the cost. They are all nice people to be around. Overall a wonderful experience. I will be returning again for future car necessities.

They charge 900 to change a radiator of a 2020 Honda Accord. Still haces the original radiator, they basically charge 900 for a coolant flush

Went in for oil change and inspection... this is a small shop and you pay in a small room. Problems: 1) masks are required but employees in room don't have masks on. When I brought it to their attention they got angry. 2) Car was not ready on time even though they have almost no customers.. somehow blamed me. I had to comeback an hour later. 3) This was my last time.. but even though I have been there at least 10 times and dealt with the owner...he didn't know who I was or have any records of previous visits. Even before computers there was better record keeping. 4) They don't respect their customers during a time when service is so important...you can see it in the owner's face... he just doesn't care.

Nice people here and affordable prices! I got Oil change ( regular) + both wipers + front light bulb all for around $70 and within 30 minutes. Thanks a lot. Will be back if I need anything!

I highly recommend working with these guys. I came in for a state inspection and the wait time was less that 30mins. as an added bonus they handwashed my car. I also recommend purchasing the groupon voucher because that makes the whole process much cheaper. I worked with Julian and I definitely will be back next year for my inspection.

This is going to be a long review but trust me when I say it is worth your time to read. A few months ago started having some car problems that resulted in my having to take my car in to a shop, that I'll refrain from naming, for repairs. Turned out my timing chain had broken and needed to be repaired and after spending $1350 for them fix the timing chain, water pump, oil change and flush my system for the car to start messing up again. When I returned to the other repair shop i was told the engine coils were bad, even though I had replaced them less then 2 weeks before. Now I told you all of this so you can understand my frustration and distrust when I decided to take my car to Wycliff Automotive. From the moment I walked in it was a completely different experience. They are a family owned and operated company with very knowledgeable mechanics who do fast and exceptional work but what really sets them a part from other repair shops is their customer service. I feel like that is the wrong term, because they really made me feel like a friend of the family. After hearing my story the owner of the company worked with me on not only a great price but also is allowing me to make payments, while also being able to get my car back so my girlfriend can go back to work. Oh the work ended up being some bent valves and a nearly destroyed front catalytic converter among some other things. All together my price was roughly $700. These guys have gotten a customer for life and if you give them a chance I promise you will become one too.
